We purchased our first purple mattress in 2017 and loved it. After 3 years, we had a little issue with one side of the mattress giving in. We spoke with purple customer service, followed their directions in submitting pics and they sent us another mattress. They do what they say they are going to do. We are very pleased with purple's commitment to excellent customer service.

What can I say the purple mattress is truly just an incredible mattress . Definitely different than any other mattress you will buy . My wife and I wish we would've bought the purple three but it was a little too expensive for us to buy right now so we bought the purple one . If I had one complaint about the purple one bed is that we didn't buy a king size we bought a queen instead . I highly recommend buying the king size bed the queen feels a little small and I'm 5'11 . Money well spent though.

I tried my Purple mattress for 60+ days. I didn't hate it, but it was not the mattress for me. Purple made my returns process very easy. They arranged for a charity organization to come pick it up at my house, and 1 business day later, I had my full refund. I appreciated the ease of the return/refund. I ended up getting a traditional mattress with springs, as I just couldn't adjust to the lack of bounce in the Purple foam design.

The mattress is amazing and the customer service is wonderful. With the matress being so heavy it is very very very difficult to move around, on previous mattresses I have had handles which make moving the mattress a breeze. It is a gigantic struggle to move but very comfortable.

I have arthritis and was having increasing difficulties with pain in joints on all my pressure points, knees, shoulders, elbows and so fourth. I was waking up multiple times in the night to toss and turn and find a comfortable pain free position. I've had my Purple mattress for a month now and sleep pain free like a baby. I get excellent rest because I am not waking up at all and sleep right through the night. What heavenly restful sleep. I love my Purple mattress.

This bed is amazing! We've recommended the Purple to so many friends and family. Bought our first in July 2017, noticed a small issue in fall of 2018, called to see if this was normal, had the most awesome conversation with one of the Purple reps who was beyond sweet....BOOM! Next day I received an email confirmation that in fact a NEW mattress was already in route! This company stands behind and all around its customers like this mattress supports us! Unlike any we've ever experienced. Thank you for bodies that no longer scream upon waking...and lose sleep because they were screaming so bad! Best mattress EVER!

From the ads on facebook, I was initially pretty skeptical about buying a mattress from a social media website. But I was SO glad when I did. This is the most comfortable bed I probably have ever slept on and definitely would buy from then again. So worth the cost :)

So I'm almost going on 3 months into having switched to the purple mattress, I'm one who suffers from back issues (3 surgeries) and my last mattress even though moderately young 5 yrs old was causing me more discomfort then comfort, once I had my most recent surgery within the last 9 months my old mattress wasn't going to cut it any longer so I researched for a good while, and I decided to take the chance amd go with the Purple because it claimed it was the best of both soft & firm, and I'm here to say in that aspect Purple surpassed my expectations for the first couple of weeks my husband and I were like wow this is great! Then after about the first month amd a half my aches slowly crept back, but not to the extreme they once were. I don't believe it has anything to do with the Purple Mattress tho, more like its my issues with my back, I would and do recommend the Purple to anyone who asks for my input... my reasoning for rating 4 stars is nothing to do with the awesome product Purple provides, they live up to their claims 100%, I'm just difficult to rate something 5 stars. If you have back issues and are in doubt take the chance on the Purple the support for the back is awesome without sacrificing the comfy aspect of it.

This mattress is perfect for all types of sleepers! I like a soft mattress and my partner likes a firm one and the purple mattress is the only one we could find that works for both of us! Customer service was extremely helpful when we had an issue with our first shipment. I definitely recommend!

I like a soft mattress, while my husband could sleep on a slab of concrete. I figured one of us would not be able to sleep on the Purple mattress, but I was wrong! Both of us are very comfortable and pleased with our new mattress! No hip pain for me and no back pain for my husband.
