we had been sleeping on a too-soft, too-small mattress for the past uear, only because wed just bought it the year before. but finally, we bit the bullet and bought a purple. its such a relief to sleep on a mattress that is big enough, and firm enough.

I was really interested in the Purple bed so I purchased it considering I had my past bed for too many years past its "expiration" date and it had been really hurting my shoulders because I'm a side sleeper. I've had the Purple bed for about a month now and I've been sleeping great and I love that I can't feel when anyone gets on/off the bed too. I'm a light sleeper and now I don't even wake up. I'm loving my bed so far!

Purple lived up to the hype. The mattress and platform base have worked wonderfully. Normally I've got issues with lower back sciatica pain -- after a few days I started noticing it diminish. I would walk around without that strange walk I'd do to stretch my lower back. Needless to say, the lower back issues are fixed. Now the wife and I just have an issue sleeping in.

I am extremely displeased with the new day mattress and the service to which I have to pay for the mistake of a purple employee that ultimately caused me not to be able to afford to switch the mattress that would be suitable and because I had to deal with multiple people telling me different things and ultimately I still do not have a cal king or a softer mattress and am STUCK with the king new day that doesn't even fit in my bed frame I'm over this company and if I can't get anything resolved with my next call they can come get all of it this experience has been by far one the worst customer service experiences ihave ever had If you have employees telling people one thing and call back get a supervisor on the phone and guess what she had no clue about anything and said that employee was confused well make it right ....nope well now it's goin on 2 mo and I still stuck with a crappy situation

Upon first lay down the mattress feels nice and I really had high hopes. It's been 2 months with it now and I still wake up constantly and feel like I've been punched all over my body. I feel like the support it there but it's just too firm. If it had a nice foam layer on top for a little softness and cushioning it might be better. Calling for return this week sadly.

My husband did extensive research when we decided to get a new mattress, and after hours of reading and watching YouTube videos, we settled on Purple. The ordering and shipping process was incredibly easy. I loved the mattress right away. It took him a little longer to get used to it because our old mattress was a little more firm, but he's very happy now. I would recommend a Purple to anyone. My only complaint is actually about the sheets however. We received a set as a Christmas gift (we actually just got them last week because they were on back order, which was fine) and the white sheets have a very obvious pink hue to them. The look white in the box but as soon as I put them on the bed, especially next to our ivory-ish duvet, they are very obviously tinted pink. I don't know if we got a bad set or if this was intentional.

Friends told me how good it felt to sleep on, so I bought and am so pleased. It's hard to explain why I sleep so good but I do. The pillow needed some adjusting bh adding a pillow inside since the purple pillow no longer comes with a boater to fit inside for height.

I slept on this amazing mattress at my mom's house. Now I want one for myself. I have a neck injury so I often toss and turn constantly. But I slept the entire night, 9 hours straight, with the purple mattress. Thank you for making an amazing product.

For the last 8 years I have been sleeping on a fairly firm mattress. I have back issues and I would always wake up to back pain. I saw the Purple ad on a social media site an decided to go ahead and give the Purple mattress a try. One of the best decisions I've made. I've had my Purple mattress for a few weeks and I have NOT awoke to back pain at all. Great mattress, arrived quickly and setting it up was easy.

We loved the idea of the purple mattress and couldn't wait to try it out. The top layer is good, but the next layer under the purple is just too firm. It's hard to turn over and get positioned and we are waking up several times a night. Sleep has been a struggle and we are going to return the mattress.
