I've been eyeing the purple mattress for about 2 years prior to buying one and boy am I glad I did! This is by far the best sleep I've gotten. This mattress can't be compared to anything else. It's both soft and supportive- my body remains aligned no matter how I sleep. Highly recommend:)

Cool company but the matress was not cofortable to me. It felt like 2 inches of comfortabe on top of concrete. We gave it a month + but never got better. Wish the 2nd layer was softer. I'm 175 and like sleeping on the floor but this was the worst of both worlds

It's not a horrible mattress. So far, it's just not for me. I'm 5ft 5, 160 lbs. I got the basic design bc I read it was best for side sleepers. Because of this, I was expecting the mattress to be less firm and more soft. This is more of a medium firmness to it. It does sleep cool but I can feel the grid slightly if I don't sleep on top of my comforter. Again, if you like a medium mattress, closer to the firm side than soft, you'd prob like this. Just need a thick protector so you don't feel the grid. No complaints at all on ordering and shipping process.

I must say I love this Bed. It was a lot to adjust to but once we got use to it we love it. I took ones star away cause though it is not a super thick mattress it is hard to keep the sheets on it. I got some elastic things and now thay stay one perfectly. It takes about 5min for your body to really sink into it but once you do it is a grate sleep. Thank you Purple!

My partner purchased this mattress and although it's comfortable enough for him. I wake up with back pain every single morning. Which is something that did not happen before and doesn't happen on nights when I sleep on a different mattress (in a hotel, for instance). It's been extremely frustrating because I was very trusting of Purple and thought for a while that I simply needed to "adjust" to the mattress. It hasn't worked. I found a chiropractor who, after attempting to problem solve with me by adding cushions in various places to no avail, finally recommended that I get a new mattress. I am a 5'7", 135lbs, 25-year-old. I shouldn't be experiencing this kind of back pain just due to a mattress. Very disappointing, Purple.

We got our mattress about a week before we got our harmony pillows. In that first week we were not sleeping well at all. We couldn't stay asleep and woke up with all sorts of aches and pains. Perhaps it was just our bodies adjusting to how different it was compared to our old mattress, but then we received our Harmony pillows, plush pillows, purple sheets, and duvet. Now we sleep like Kings! We sleep through the night and wake up completely rested. With our old mattress I would press snooze at least three times before getting out of bed, but now, with our purple goodies, I get right up with my first alarm. We have loved our purchases and now we plan on getting some for our children too.

My two daughters, ages 14 and 12, love the two Purple mattresses that we ordered. Contact free shipping worked well, and it was nice to have the duffle bag style shipping containers with straps and the tool to easily open the mattresses one we got them to the upstairs bedrooms. They were easy to carry with the suitcase-style straps. Also, removal of the plastic wrapping was easy with the nice tool you provide with the shipment. I am so glad I did not waste time in mattress showrooms. Ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza (this is the same thing I said when I ordered my Tesla car). I highly recommend your mattresses. Your no questions asked policy for returns is comforting at time of ordering. Now I know why - No one would find a more comfortable mattress, finding it very hard to want to send it back. A year and a half ago my significant other and I needed a new mattress so we bought a Purple. We loved it so continued to purchase more products. Most importantly, we bought 2 pet beds for our Dogs and they have never slept so good! I'd love to see a purple sofa someday! They're firm/soft/supportive. You will not regret buying one :)

I'm 9, and I recently got a new purple mattress. It is amazing. I sleep really well, much better than on my old mattress. I even did the egg test and it worked. But my mom wasn't sure so she made me put plastic down before I sat on it. I didn't break the egg. It's basically the best mattress you'd ever get.
