Really great mattress especially compared to our old mattress. Stays alot cooler then our last mattress however you might need the purple sheets for it to really be noticable. Also I would recommend getting one of the higher priced mattresses to have the best experience. We have the purple mattress but once we have it paid off we're upgrading and giving ours to a lucky family member.

My husband and I just turned the big 40 and with that came an inability to effectively sleep in the same bed. He likes soft, I like hard...we were desperate! We have tried sleep number, gel, firm and soft in the past and weren't able to both get a good night's rest. We decided to give purple a shot. We are both surprised at how well we are both sleeping. We have only had the bed for a month, so we don't know how it will hold up long term but so far, we are both well rested!

We had a tempurpedic for 5 years. Loved it at first, but it quickly became lumpy and uncomfortable. And, even worse, when we recently flipped it over there was mold on the bottom! After some research I found out this is not uncommon! Gross! The Purple is great! It really feels like it is cradling my body in its cells. I like a firmer bed, and my wife prefers softer, but we both love this bed. We have only had it a month, but so far it has lived up to its promise.

Mattress had a cut on the surface near the foot of the bed. It looked like a slash to the mattress. My son is very young and doesn't reach that part of the bed yet. I will probably have to get a new mattress the moment he grows enough to reach it and starts to mess with it. I don't know how that could even happen to these mattresses. I ordered one less than a year ago and loved it, which is why we ordered one for my son. I don't think I'll be buying one for my daughter when the time comes. Too much of a risk. The bed itself is obviously very comfortable, which is why we purchased it to begin with.

I have always had trouble finding a mattress that fits both my boyfriend and I. I like a softer memory foal feel. He wants a firm mattress. This is the perfect combo of both. The mattress is soft and you do slightly sink in but the mattress is firm enough that you feel supported. The most money I've spent on a mattress and definitely worth every penny.

We have enjoyed our Purple Mattress now for about a month and we are not experiencing the back pain we used to. We are sleeping much more soundly. One of our sons laid on the bed and said even just a few minutes and he already felt like he could sleep peacefully and comfortably on a PURPLE!

I got the original Purple mattress with the mattress protector and sheets. They have been great and I especially love the stretchy sheets. So comfy! I am a hot sleeper and I now sleep much cooler compared to my prior memory foam mattress. Hips and shoulders no longer hurt when I wake up.

The first night it was GREAT. Then the consecutive 2nd and 3rd night, I could not sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night and could not sleep after that. After 4-5 days of sleeplessness I had my first good full night sleep. I think it's a matter of getting used to the mattress. It is rather comfortable, but I wold think that it may take a few moth to establish the consistency of sleep on this mattress. Also, I ave not seen any review from anyone after five years, ten years, or more than one year... Difficult for me to evaluate at this stage.

I got the hybrid 3, the bed is awesome. For the past 10 years it has taken me 30 mins to be able to stand straight, in the morning, but now I wake up and I'm fine. The bed is so comfortable, both my wife and I love it. Sadly the delivery time for the sheets and pillows sucks. I've been sleeping on this bed for over a week already and still no purple pillow or sheets.

This mattress has impressed me from the day I purchased it and each day I sleep deeper as my body becomes more accutomed to it. If you are a back sleep dont be surprised if the feeling of you lumbar relaxing unnerving and the soreness you mighjt experience.. this is just your back adjusting to not being so tense all the time. The matress came undone easily blowing up in seconds. No weird white powder or smells. I am super impressed and would highly recommend this amtrees to anyone
