I had been seeing commercials on YouTube for the Purple bed for quite a while before I decided to buy one. This bed is everything they say it is! I sleep so well at night now. I have suffered from anemia and sciatic pain for years and the combination with leave me with bruises and pain in my hips from sleeping on other mattresses. But ever since I've had the Purple Mattress the pain and bruising has stopped! This bed is a game changer, thank you Purple!

I was not completely happy with the mattress I purchased so I wanted to upgrade. However, Affirm will not let you finance two mattresses at a time and you will not do a return without picking up the mattress, which means I will be stuck with no mattress for a couple of weeks if I want to exchange it. So now I am stuck with a mattress I am not happy with. My back hurts!

The reasons I like the mattress is that I was waking up with back and hip pain with my old one and when I wake up now I am in no pain. I fall asleep fairly quickly. It's really supportive and is still fun for other activities if you know what I mean. I feel like this mattress will last a lot longer than my old memory foam bed. It feels really durable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it took a while for my body to adjust. My legs were tingling for a month. It also feels really firm even though I know that it's not firm where my pressure points are.

Before I got the mattress I was thinking MAYBE I would get used to it within the time they recommend. I was very skeptical that it was as great as they said. I don't exaggerate... I'm a stickler for describing things exactly as they are... so, I'm not exaggerating when I say that pain in my back was gone the NEXT day; pain that had been there to different degrees of intensity for a long time. It is so comfortable. It feels soo good. We stayed in a hotel a few days after we got it and I missed it. I look forward to getting into bed every night. My overall joint pain (hips, shoulders, back) is not GONE... but it is significantly reduced and again, was noticeably different the very first night. I would recommend it to anyone... how can you go wrong with the money back guarantee?

Really like the mattress. It is nice how it doesn't transfer motion from one side of the bed to the other. Now I don't wake my wife if I need to get up at night. Only problem is I think it is too firm for me. I sleep on my side and my arm sometimes feels pinched.

After doing months of research I finally decided to go with the Purple mattress. I bought a queen size signature mattress. The Good: The mattress is comfortable in a utilitarian kind of way. It took my husband and me about two weeks to adjust to the mattress. During those two weeks we woke up stiff. But this was to be expected. Now, it seems to be a good fit for us both. An odd sort of side-effect is that I've been having seriously vivid dreams. I assume it's because I've been getting better sleep. It's not a bad thing, just a surprise. We live in a cold climate and I noticed that the mattress is COLD. I fixed that by turning our electric blanket on about a half-hour before bed. The Bad: The mattress smell was noticeable for about three weeks. It wasn't over powering but it was detectable. Not my favorite smell. The non-recyclable (also bad): The purple duffel bag tube thing is vinyl and not recyclable! It's such a shame! During my research, I looked into the packing material to see what the deal was there. The purple website said that most of the packing was recyclable. I should have looked further. Worse, they have you cut open the vinyl bag to get the mattress out, so there is no chance of re-purposing the thing. It surprises me that will all the clever engineering that goes into the purple mattress, that something that simple can't be figured out. It would have seriously changed my decision process had I figured this out before I bought the mattress. All in all, the mattress itself is good. Not mind blowing, but it does what its supposed to do. Our backs don't hurt and we are getting good sleep. One thing that I was not expecting (probably everyone else did, except for me) was that you can feel the grid 100%. It took some getting used to. It's not terribly luxurious. It is fine, but I'm not sure how I feel about it at this point. Maybe it will grow on me. Will I buy another Purple mattress in 10 years? Honestly, I don't know. We'll see how long it takes for the mattress to sag, and if they can figure out a more eco-friendly way of packaging the thing.

The purple bed mattress with pillow combo has made my sleep better. I feel I fall a sleep faster due to the comfort and I am experiencing a deeper, higher quality sleep. I get up less during the night. I feel rested in the morning. My typical back pain is gone. Truly the best investment I have made.

I've had this mattress for over a month now. My fiancée loved it right away and slept soo well. I had a back ache after sleeping on it for the first couple weeks. Its better now but Im still not sure. It does affect the way your pillow feels as well.
