We purchased the Original Purple in 2017 and we're very happy with our purchase until about 9 months later. The longer we have the mattress, the more we notice the level of support diminish. I've had to buy a latex topper to add to the mattress and still have horrible back and neck pain when waking up. I broke my back a few years ago and need a supportive mattress. My husband (who rarely has back or neck pain) had been waking up for the past couple of months with neck pain. He recently stayed a week in a hotel for work and said the bed there was so much more comfortable than ours. He didn't wake up once with neck pain while sleeping on that bed. This morning, after one night of being home, his neck is bothering him. I wish I could go back in time and buy a different mattress!

Spouse was a stomach sleeper who had surgery and has been on back and side since he had been complaining about his back and so I ordered the purple < 3 Loved the hed test was worried if firm enough for him 2 firm 4 me was not the case , grows on you.

This mattress sleeps hot i mean hotter than if you have a cheap memory foam topper this mattress sleeps hard if you like soft and comfortable this is not the mattress for you ive been sleeping on this for a few weeks now and it still hasnt gotten better but im still trying they say it takes a bit for your body to adjust it hasnt yet but im trying

I will say I am very impressed with the Purple mattress. My old pillow top mattress was giving me joint pain and I couldn't get comfortable but since I have had this Purple mattress, I don't wake up with pain. I will say it does take getting used to but I believe any mattress you purchase does take time to adjust. I am extremely pleased so far with my purchase. I have noticed I am sleeping better and waking up with no pain is great! I do recommend this mattress.

My two daughters, ages 14 and 12, love the two Purple mattresses that we ordered. Contact free shipping worked well, and it was nice to have the duffle bag style shipping containers with straps and the tool to easily open the mattresses one we got them to the upstairs bedrooms. They were easy to carry with the suitcase-style straps. Also, removal of the plastic wrapping was easy with the nice tool you provide with the shipment. I am so glad I did not waste time in mattress showrooms. Ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza (this is the same thing I said when I ordered my Tesla car). I highly recommend your mattresses. Your no questions asked policy for returns is comforting at time of ordering. Now I know why - No one would find a more comfortable mattress, finding it very hard to want to send it back. I got the purple 3. It's super squishy on top but seems supportive enough underneath. I like it. It feels luxurious. Definitely not cooler than a regular mattress. Still a sweaty sleep. The original purple mattress is THE worst mattress I've ever been on. You sit on it & your booty hits the bed frame below. It's awful. I actually felt kind of guilty donating it BRAND NEW to a furniture bank

After a few weeks with our Purple Mattress my wife and I have been very satisfied. We have both been sleeping very well. I no longer feel like I have spent several hours getting beat up when I wake up and No longer have a stiff sore shoulder when I start my day. I have and will continue to recommend Purple even after such a short period of time.

Seat Cushion - 2.5 to 3 stars Smaller than expected Although I have a small buttocks the cushion is narrow enough that one side or the other of the butt is usually on or over the edge. Does not fill the seating area of a rather standard office chair Pillow - 3 stars The air bladder seems like a second thought addition. Air bladder is hard to fill. Combination of small size, short stem and difficult to open lid is less than optimal. Once filled the bladder is in place and filled the desired amount, it still tends to shift. Time will tell how well these two items hold up and how comfortable they are in warmer weather. Finally, I do not like the idea having my credit card charged before the item is shipped especially when the item is weeks from shipping. This policy has made me reevaluate purchasing a matters from your company.

I have had my current Purple mattress for 5+ years. I used to have lower back pain with my previous mattress but have not had any pain since changing. In fact, we just bought 3 more Purple mattresses for the other beds in our home, so the rest of the family can enjoy the comfort. Highly recommended!
