The purple bed is so comfortable! My husband and I both used to wake up sore and tight from sleeping on our old mattress. Now with the purple, we wake up refreshed and not sore! No pressure points, you literally feel like you're floating in the air. Thank you, Purple, for saving our sleep!!

My spouse (whom is a side-sleeper) would rate this bed at around a 2, whereas I would put it at a 4 or 5. It's very comfortable and feels like you're floating when you lay on your back, but if you try put all your weight on your side, you end up sinking straight through the purple layer and into the foam, which is extremely hard. We will be upgrading to the Purple Premier Hybrid 3" in the hopes that it will be deep enough to prevent these issues.

I won't say the bed isn't comfortable. I think the pillowy aspect is the problem. I'm a big girl and I tend to sleep on my back most of the night. It seems there is a pocket in the bed now of where my rear sits! It just didn't do everything I thought it would. And honestly, this is just me! My husband, who we bought the bed mainly for due to a car accident and 2 years now of recovery, doesn't like it at all. It was more of a disappointment than I was thinking for the amount of money we spent on it! I feel him moving around all night long trying to find a comfortable position!

We had a Sealy iComfort gel bed and I woke up every single morning feeling like I was beaten up, in pain and struggling to make it through the day. I dreaded sleeping in that bed and slept on the couch instead. Friends of our recommended The Purple bed and after a week of sleeping on it I really enjoy going to bed again and waking up pain free. It is truly amazing how great this bed can make you feel. It was a pleasure to write the review. This bed is the greatest!!!!!!!

The mattress is extremely comfortable I do not have pain in my hips anymore. I also got the sheets and mattress protector very soft and very stretchy, moves As you move in the bed and does not Bunch up under you. My only complaint is the delivery service. As I track my order my power base sat in San Francisco for 11 days before being delivered. I called countless times and no one ever answered the phone with the delivery service. Finally Christy at purple was able to get my delivery within 2 days.

Used for about 30 days, no obvious complaints. We dont notice the material like many other reviwers said. I like the support/firmness/lifting feel it gives. Hard to describe. I dont seem to notice heat, but for those worried its cold, its not. It just doesnt warm up which is great for me. No issues with motion transfer from spouse. Will update if anything changes but so far seems to be a hit.

I had just been injured at work , on my left side when we recieved the purple bed . I was very sore , but the bed was very comfortable and so comfortable that you didnt realize in the mornings how your body didn't feel like it was beat up . Wonderful tribute to the mattresses ability to not notice how uncomfortably you were all night

I'd always bought cheap mattresses all through college and decided to try the purple out. I was beyond amazed at the quality of sleep I received starting on day one, its been about two weeks but I can say that I will get a great sleep on this mattress for at least a couple of years

My hips and shoulders were bothering me very morning after sleeping in my bed. I figured I needed a new mattress although the one I had was only 4 years old. I did some research on different types of mattresses and saw that the Purple Mattress got good reviews and was rated well.. My daughter had also bouts one and liked it. I thought I'd give it a try especially since you had over 100 days to try it out. After the first couple of days, I no longer woke up with hip and shoulder! My husband also said that his back no longer bothered him! I love the bed because it gives great support but is not too firm and not be soft- just right! Both my husband and I have slept so well on this mattress. I am so glad I bought it! I am a side sleeper but during the night I tend to go on my back. Either way I sleep, I no longer have any pain.

I love my mattress the only issue I have is kicking myself for not getting the Queen my boyfriend and I love to sleep close when he's over but I honestly feel like closer to the edge there's a little less support and wonder if that couldn't be fixed by spending the extra hundred or whatever to upgrade to the Queen?
