Well, where does it start? Basically it's a true love hate relationship. I oddly love it, but also hate it, because my queen purple at first is strangely soft and then turns too firm. But when you finally go to sleep you don't want to leave. It's like lust, it's that first sight that you love but then the monsters come out of the closet, but in the end even with all the bad in between you fall in love.

After 4 weeks sleeping on our King Purple Mattress, my wife and I LOVE it! Both of us have dealt with sleep issues and some back pain and stiffness for many years now and had tried a couple of different brand name mattresses (innerspring and hybrid). We were never completely satisfied. In a month we have both experienced amazing nights of sleep. Love the mattress! Can't wait to get a pillow.

My husband and I were sleeping apart for a couple months because of his heavy snoring and my light-sleeping issues. At the suggestion of my son who loves Purple's online ads, I watched the ads and read the reviews on Purple mattresses and decided to try it out for while because we could return the mattress if it didn't work out. I have Degenerative Disc (lumbar region) and fibromyalgia. I had gone through three mattresses in a year, before I found Purple, I needed half of a king size bed, because my husband is fine with his. Half of a king is a TwinXL. First night I slept on it, I thought I was going to cry over the relief in back pain. Due to two different pain conditions, finding the perfect combination of support for the my back and still be soft enough to avoid the pain of firm mattress setting off fibromyalgia's trigger points. I loved the mattress immediately, however, after a week, I did add a two inch memory foam topper to it. Spending a year looking for a mattress that I can actually say I enjoy resting/sleeping in it, is over. Even adding in the cost of the memory foam, the price of this mattress/foam combo purchase has been worth every cent! If you are looking for super firm, I would recommend the one named after the friendly ghost. If you want great customer service, excellent price and morning after morning of waking up without feeling like your bed beat you up, GO Purple!!!

If you are looking for a bed with a pillowtop feel, this is not it. If you are looking for a bed that is amazing on your back, this is what you should get. I've looked into the other brands, Casper, leesa, tuft and needle, helix, etc. But none of them or the people really talk about why the bed is better. What makes that memory foam different than the other? Idk and I don't think they do either. So that's why Purple stood out to me. I've heard a lot from my friends about their memory foam beds and how hot they get. My husband gets hot, and I get cold. That wouldbe horrible for us. Hence also why I was looking for another kind of bed. Purple became that bed. The gel top design was fascibating to me. It doesn't get hot but is firm enough to cradle your body. I recently had hurt my back and got diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back due to a slip disk I had a couple years back. Let me repeat it is not a pillowtop, it doesn't feel like a cloud. But it holds and supports you in an the right places. It does not put any strain on any bit of my back and lets me wake up refreshed and pain free. My husband loves it as well because he doesn't get hot anymore. And the moment our dogs laid down.. They have gotten more than comfortable and stay in bed whenever they have access. Highly recommend it.

Sleeping on the purple is amazing to say the least! You begin to fall asleep without even knowing it, and you sleep through the night with ease! I can get out of bed without disturbing my hubby or the cats, and vice versa. I can't believe we didn't get one sooner! It's definitely the best purchase of my life.

my wife and I both had bad back pain and she has scoliosis. Our memory foam bed caved in the middle after one year of having it we always woke up in pain. This bed has made THE BIGGEST difference. You don't sink into a bed of sweat and heat, you lay so comfortably on top of a cool to the touch bed and the SHEETS ARE AMAZING. BREATHABLE STRETCHY AND SO SOFT. The bed frame was so easy to put together I predicted it'd take me an hour or so. No. It took FIVE MINUTES. I recommend this bed to everyone

I've always had issues sleeping, it takes me forever to fall asleep and I always wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all. I also toss and turn a lot. I finally caved and bought myself a purple mattress, they first mattress I ever bought myself as an adult. It's been a dream. It is so comfortable and It makes me never want to leave it. My body is still taking a bit of time to realign but I feel I'm able to get to sleep quicker. I'm also much less sweaty! I used to sweat a lot in my sleep and the purple mattress has made it so I haven't had that happen at all. It's been a dream so far and I don't see myself returning. I also have the purple pillow and may get my boyfriend one for himself. I got the sheets along with my mattress and they are so soft and stretchy and so comfortable to lay on as well. Highly recommend!!

It is not like sleeping on a cloud, though I doubt you could actually sleep on one. The Purple mattress I could melt into when I just fall onto the bed and my partner do not feel my impact. I recently fell down a flight of stairs and sleeping on this mattress helped with my recovery as I did not toss or turn. I could stay lying on my back and feel the weight evenly distributed. I highly recommended this to others in my family who were having trouble sleeping or resting on their current mattresses.
