Purple is by far the most confortable mattress I've ever slept on. It stays cool all night, and I could sleep in the same position for hours. I wake up feeling rejuvenated! My wife on the other hand likes a softer mattress. Something less firm. She doesn't sleep well on it at all for some reason. I wish I could cut the mattress in half so I could forever sleep on purple and get her something that suits her :-/

The mattresses appears to be well made. Delivery was quick and setup was easy. Unfortunately the edge support and softness did not work for me. I am a side sleeper and I turn from side to side - I also like the edge of the bed. It was hard to maneuver as much as I move around. My husband really liked it. He is a side sleeper but he has minimal movement at night.

I weigh about 110 lbs and used to sleep on a traditional plush pillow top mattress. It took about 2-3 nights for me to fully adjust to my new Purple mattress but I was fairly comfortable even during the adjustment period. I sink into the mattress and it feels cushy and soft when I sit down on it. My weight is evenly distributed when I lay down so that I feel like I am floating on top of a soft mattress. You get the softness without sinking in. Tip on unpacking the Purple mattress: Position the rolled up mattress to start from the headboard. Make sure the seam is facing the headboard so that it will unroll from underneath itself down to the foot of the bed. I didn't have to flip over the mattress afterwards like the people in a lot of Youtube videos did.

I travel a lot and there are tons of beds that I sleep on while on the road. First night I got this bed, it was rough. I thought it was just every other hotel bed I slept in. It felt like a regular firm mattress. Second night I slept like a log. I got support in all the areas I needed. First time in months I didn't wake up with neck and lower back pain. Try it out, you will like it!

We got our mattress about a week before we got our harmony pillows. In that first week we were not sleeping well at all. We couldn't stay asleep and woke up with all sorts of aches and pains. Perhaps it was just our bodies adjusting to how different it was compared to our old mattress, but then we received our Harmony pillows, plush pillows, purple sheets, and duvet. Now we sleep like Kings! We sleep through the night and wake up completely rested. With our old mattress I would press snooze at least three times before getting out of bed, but now, with our purple goodies, I get right up with my first alarm. We have loved our purchases and now we plan on getting some for our children too.

My wife and I have used a Sleep Number bed for the past 10 years after I had back fusion surgery and I thought my sleeping issues were finally tackled. We experienced a problem with one side...it popped! It had a 20 year warranty and I considered calling them but a very close friend, a Purple customer, shared his experience and after much thought, ordered ours. We are so glad we did!

I purchased the original Purple mattress after staying at a friend's house who had one. This was the best purchase I've probably ever made! I actually look forward to going to sleep now and get much better quality sleep. The mattress stays very cool throughout the night, which is great being in south Texas. Every time I'm around friends now, I tell them them about my new Purple mattress and that they should get one.

I'm disabled and spend a fair amount of time in my bed. I've searched my whole life for a comfortable mattress, and I had high hopes for memory foam, until I bought one. Too hot, too mushy. Yuk. I recently bought an adjustable bed frame with a purported "cooling technology" and edge support with a 101 day no risk trial. It wasn't any better than the regular memory foam mattresses, and fortunately I realized it in time to take them up on the guarantee. Then I found a Purple Store, and I was sold! I bought a wall hugging adjustable base from a store in Virginia. I bought the Purple mattress online after appreciating the helpful, low pressure sales person in the store, who suggested that I fill in my order and think about it, so it only took a click to order. That was a refreshing experience after the several other mattress stores I went to, where they were worse than a used car salesmen who badmouthed brands they didn't carry. I'd read that you know right away if Purple was for you, and in my case, that's exactly what happened. I wish they'd work a bit on their advertising, because Purple mattresses are so much better than memory foam, but the ads don't do it justice. I need edge support and can't tolerate pressure points, and the Purple mattress takes care of those issues better than anything I've tried, and it doesn't have the hot, mushy feel of memory foam. If you want a mushy mattress, the thicker Purple mattresses can accommodate your needs, but I need a firmer mattress and the least expensive one fits my needs perfectly. I suggest trying a Purple mattress in person, before buying a mattress online like I did, because memory foam is memory foam, and it's more expensive (or was in my case), and difficult to return. Once you try Purple, you'll probably love it like I do!

It was great in the beginning. Now it's 5.5 months old, but the place where your bottom rests became softer significantly, so following the laws of physics your bottom will inevitably roll into the same position at the same soft spot during the night and start sagging. If you said that's not comfortable you would be right. I just rotated it today but it will probably only last a few more months before the sagging becomes significant again.

My husband did extensive research when we decided to get a new mattress, and after hours of reading and watching YouTube videos, we settled on Purple. The ordering and shipping process was incredibly easy. I loved the mattress right away. It took him a little longer to get used to it because our old mattress was a little more firm, but he's very happy now. I would recommend a Purple to anyone. My only complaint is actually about the sheets however. We received a set as a Christmas gift (we actually just got them last week because they were on back order, which was fine) and the white sheets have a very obvious pink hue to them. The look white in the box but as soon as I put them on the bed, especially next to our ivory-ish duvet, they are very obviously tinted pink. I don't know if we got a bad set or if this was intentional.
