We purchased the king Purple mattress and we love it. It was heavy (150lbs approx) but the 2 of us got it up the stairs without much trouble. The little cutting tool broke as soon as we tried to use it so we had to slice thru the bag with the sharp edge facing down. Scary, as I thought we'd cut the mattress but it was fine. Make sure the rolled up mattress is on the bed frame BEFORE you take the wrap off as you'll never get it on the bed once it's unrolled---it's heavy and floppy. We've been sleeping on it about 3 months and love it. It stays cool on top and is supportive in all the right ways. Happy with this purchase!!

I am really enjoying my Purple mattress and Harmony pillow! We upgraded from a Queen memory foam type to a King Original Purple. I am a side sleeper and I was starting to have some aching in my hips on the old bed. It took a couple of days to get used to it, but now I sleep so well and there is plenty of room for myself, my husband and all 3 kids who like to pile on in the mornings.

This bed has absolutely been my best purchase ever! I haven't had a bad night of sleep since it was delivered! It's so comfy regardless of how I lay down and my significant other has also been sleeping better. Highly recommend y'all buy a purple mattress!

Your mattress is simply amazing. We had a fairly good coil mattress that lasted us over 10 years and were looking for something different. I've slept on memory foam in the past and never liked the trapped feeling. I have a tendency to be a restless sleeper so need something that's comfortable but allows me to move if needed. I heard about your new tech and liked the concept so we gave it a shot. My wife and I both love our purple. Coil's the end has come!!! Thanks for such a great product!

Except for FEDEX, I had a wonderful experience with PURPLE. Everyone of the Purple representatives has exceptional phone skills. They even went the extra mile when my shipment was messed-up at the FEDEX center. (not PURPLE'S fault) and offered to make my deal a little sweeter. Just based on the PURPLE staff alone, I would buy from them, not to mention the wonderful product itseld. Nicely done.

First, I want to talk about their customer service.. Amazing, alert, awake, enthusiastic and most important.. HELPFUL! I got a mattress and adjustable platform for my Mother, who is in bed most of the time due to Reumatoid arthritis and a severe stroke, she was developing bed sores and also needed elevation for breathing and choking issues. The bed was emergency shipped to us. The ease of being able to adjust the bed is amazing, the reduced stress on her fragile back is amazing, and she can sleep comfortably in a semi-up- right position. I've waited to review to make sure this was not just being relieved to be out of the old bed and it is not. This bed has been our best friend! I priced many adjustable beds and this one is about half of the others out there so bonus! Not hard to set up but awkward as it has to be flat. I asked my Mom.. " Do I want one?" Mom nodded an enthusiastic "YES!"

I bought this mattress with the hopes that it would help me sleep cooler. Unfortunately it still heats up like other foam beds. It may take a little longer to get hot but it still traps body heat and I still wake up sweating. I had high hopes but sadly I am disappointed.

We have been using our first purple mattress for over a year and LOVE it. We love it so much that we bought 2 more for our other bedrooms. The kids begged us to get the purple mattress for them when we moved and we did it. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and a year later I love it just as much as we did when we first bought it. It has kept its shape and is so comfortable!

After struggling with sleep for years, the Purple is a true God send. We have the California King with your wonderful sheets (tried some other bamboo sheets first, and your stretchy ones really are amazing). We also tried a different mattress pad that said it was stretchy since the Purple mattress pad won't be available for awhile and we couldn't believe how much it defeated the Power of the Purple, so we took that puppy off and will be extra careful until we can get the Real Deal. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful bed . . . I feel like a new person!

I used to sleep on a tempurpedic. I would sleep just fine, no pain, no trouble all good. With this purple mattress I cannot sleep comfortably at all. My mid back sinks in and this causes imense pain. There is no support whatsoever. I used to sleep without a pillow on my back, but thats impossible with this bed it causes neck pain. I tried to give it a try with the purple sheets, but after almost 6 months nothing feels good. Wish I could return it at this time but 100 nights is up. 100 nights was definately not long enough to fully get a good feel for the bed.
