I have wanted a purple mattress for a long time. My mom thought it was just a gimmick. I saved up and my mom finally got me one. I have had all of my best night's sleep ever since unpacking it. I found I need fewer hours of sleep time because I am not getting up so much from discomfort. I got my mom to finally try it. She says it's ideal for anyone suffering from severe arthritis like she does, and she's decided to get the softest one you make for herself. Unpacking this mattress is really cool!!! It opens up like a flower in a hurry.

My last order makes 4 purple mattresses that I have purchased from you. Love the mattress but dealing with your customer service this time is the reason I am giving you only 4 stars. The freebie with the purchase was a set of sheets. Without consulting my wife I opted for the split king. She was unhappy with this and wanted a regular king. I called customer service to ask if I could purchase just a king fitted sheet. Informed that was not possible and I would have to return the set, I would not get any refund since it was a freebie. I would then have to pay for the other set and when the return was received I could ask to get my money back. They could not assure me that it would be done. At that point I told them what they could do with their sheets and hung up. I would probably recommend your mattress if someone asked but I would give your customer service 1star

This review will sound just like the adds--but I assure you I am a normal person, working 40 hour weeks, with a youngun running around, with a better half who has bad back problems. I thought I was getting good sleep before--little did I, or we, know what was in our future. We truly didn't need another bed, ours was still in good condition even being about 15 yrs old. (CANNOT say that about most!) But I went ahead and did it after tossing the idea around for about a year and a half. Swallowed the bullet. SO GLAD I DID!!! I doubt I will ever go back. I can say I now sleep through the night and had no idea before. My better half has many less aches and pains, and sleeps better as well. We also purchased the purple harmony pillows-if you are like me with softer support, the 6.5 is right up your alley! If you are like my husband who used to sleep with 5 pillows and like a sturdier pillow, more firm, then the 7.5 is your ticket. He now only sleeps with the one pillow and loves it! With more sleep I cannot express to you how much better my attitude is for getting up for work, or how much quicker i tend to fall asleep! It has been 2 weeks and I have not looked back in any way, shape, or form! I immediately bought one for my little guy, and he no longer wakes in the night either. Purple, you have been the blessing I wasn't aware I needed! We got the firmer standard bed, not the hybrid or premium. I am a side/stomach sleeper, while my husband is side/back sleeper. I would strongly recommend you to anyone-and have! Use of Affirm has made the whole purchase a cake walk!

My husband slept great on the mattress within the first few days of getting it. However, it took me nearly a month to get adjusted to the bed! Now that I'm adjusted, I sleep so well and never wake up with back pain like I did with our previous memory foam mattress. Our King size purple mattress was a little bit awkward to carry upstairs in the house but well worth the effort to get it set up! My husband also used to struggle with getting too hot and waking up sweating with our memory foam mattress and this has not been an issue with the Purple mattress! So far, we love our Purple mattress and definitely recommend it!!

My roommates laughed when I purchased a mattress that was twice as expensive as their mattresses combined... I had the last laugh when it came in and was laid out. Everyone who has come over to try it out says its the most comfortable mattress they have ever laid on. It took about 2 weeks of sleeping on it before my body adjusted but now I wake up and feel refreshed, no longer starting my day with a back cracking session, something I have done for about 10 years. It is not too firm and gives just enough. I bought this mattress on a gamble, having never tried one before, and I must say it was well worth it!

Wasn't really looking for a Purple mattress or anything specific. I'm a skinny 6'-4" guy who works construction and enjoys his sleep after the kids go to bed. Had a Vera Wang for 10+ years. It was time.... impulse buy based on recommendation for a friend. Easy ordering, easy packaging to unravel, nice bamboo sheets, mattress is great, couldn't be happier with it. Firm but soft enough to keep this aging back from hollering at me in the morning. Thanks Purple.

We have needed a new mattress for a while, but always waited because we weren't sure what to get. We had been looking at purple and had a chance to sleep on one in a vacation rental and we were hooked! We have ours now and it is wonderful! We love it!

I have slight insomnia, it usually takes me 2 or 3 hours to get to sleep (been a big problem for quite a while). Likewise my girlfriend wakes up whenever i open our bedroom door. Not only did i sleep on our first night of getting the bed but i went to sleep within 5 mins and i stayed asleep even when my girlfriends alarm went off (girlfriend experienced similar effects). They say they've thrown all kinds of science into this bed but i think its pretty obvious whats going on... The purple employees are all wizards! This bed is too comfortable and gives you a much better nights sleep to be the product of science. This bed (and their sheets) are everything this company has promised and more, i felt like i got a really good sleep last night. The only con (and its small) is that if your not spread out your likely to hit the bed frame underneath you due to the mattresses thickness. This is easily resolved by getting a 3 or 4 inch foam thing to put under the mattress and this mattress is worth every penny.

My husband and I bought the purple mattress because our two boys ruined our other one. We needed something that would help with his back and something that would keep me cooler at night and we heard the purple mattress was a good purchase. "Good" was an understatement. We sleep throughout the night in a deeper sleep than I thought was possible and my husband doesn't wake up with a sore back, I don't wake up because I'm too hot anymore. We love this mattress. Best purchase.

I want to be honest with you, this is the most supportive bed I've ever owned, and the most comfortable one, I am very satisfied. I no longer wake up in the morning with a sore neck or an acing back. Its true and no one is paying me to say this. There is one problem I have, its because I'm 6,4ft tall. I need Purple to make a California King length bed. I must sleep diagonally to keep my feet from hanging off the bed. I own a queen Purple, I need a longer bed due to my height. Everything else is perfect. Good thing my girl is 5'7, she scoots to the side and gives me more space.
