As much as I really wanted Purple to be the right mattress for me, unfortunately it did not provide the support that my body needed. I'm a back and stomach sleeper and I started to get severe neck, shoulder, and back pain after the 3rd night of sleeping on it. I thought maybe my body needed time to adjust to it but the more I slept on it, the more pain I was in. It also ran hot for me - not cool at all. I woke up many nights drenched in sweat. Also, the corners cave in when you put regular sheets on the mattress. I eventually returned the mattress after using it for a 3 weeks (technically had it for a month since it took a week for pick up). The representative I spoke with on the phone to start the return process was not very informative and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He just told me to answer the questions on the email that they'll send me and go from there. It would have been nice for him to provide the information verbally just in case I were to misread certain areas. I just wanted to make sure I got all the information since I already had him on the phone. The return process took about two and a half weeks. I choose the option for Purple to help me on finding a donation center for the mattress and they directed me to Sharetown. I got an initial email from Sharetown and then a text from the person picking it up a couple days after. I would have preferred that they provided a name and number of that person picking up the mattress in the email because it seemed a little sketchy at first because he just texted me. Eventually, the person from Sharetown came and took the mattress. He suggests not moving the mattress because it's easier for them to pack and less risks of it getting damaged. Only one guy came and took the mattress. I was so impressed!! He did everything within 30 minutes. I submitted the receipt as soon as Sharetown took it. I received a confirmation for my return the next day. Be advised, they do mention that the return takes a few days to show up in the bank, but after waiting 7 DAYS, I received an email from Purple summarizing my full return but still no money back on my card. It took a week and a half for me to see my money back in my account so keep that in mind.

This mattress so far is better than the Tempur-pedic mattress I had. No matter how I sleep, on my back, side or stomach, the purple mattress is comfortable. I'm not sore from sleeping. I've always had mattresses that sink in the middle after so long, but so far the purple mattress does not do that.

Hi, What can I say. Let's start with a really comfortable mattress. My other mattress that I replaced was very expensive and very uncomfortable. I moved out of my bedroom for three months. One day I visited my daughter and laid on her mattress. I fell asleep. I got the purple mattress and the rest is history. I'm back in my bedroom with the New mattress. Before buying this bed, I was getting an average of 5-6 hours of broken sleep. Waking up with hip and lower back pain. The very fist night on the Purple Matress, I slept a complete 9 hours!! Woke up feeling like a million bucks! Every night from then on out has been about the same. I now get anywhere between 8-13 hours of sleep. Depending on my work schedule of course. I am completely happy that my husband and I decided to try this AMAZING bed!! Totally worth every single penny!!!

I have had other expensive beds before and some worked great for me but not my wife. This mattress is the first one that works well for both of us. It is very different from other mattresses and takes some getting used to, but it is a great purchase overall.

I've been in need for a new bed for the last couple years now and when I was doing my research for the best foam beds out there, Purple was my number one option. So I purchased an original purple with the mattress protector, The purple pillow and got free sheets with it. I can safely say that this is the best mattress I've ever bought hands down. I suffer from back pain and every morning I wake up with little to none to start my day. I love this brand!

I absolutely cannot rave about how well made the mattress protector is. My house in Panama City (Calloway) was hit by Hurricane Michael and my bedroom roof had caved in. I had gotten the Purple Mattress and protector shortly before the storm. Well when I came back to my house after everything to collect whatever was salvageable in my room, to my surprise my mattress made it through all the rain and debris, nothing else made it. I'm blown away. Will be buying another protector when I save up because it was one of the best investments!

I was sleeping on an innerspring-memory foam hybrid mattress with a pillow top. It started sagging and getting obvious dips in the mattress in just a couple years. I started having extreme pain in my neck, shoulders, and eventually down my arms. I started going to a chiropractor for the pain. That helped some, but she recommended getting a new mattress. I researched for weeks. I liked the idea of having the mattress delivered to my door and was going back and forth between two when my boyfriend showed me Purple. It was different from everything else out there, so I decided to try it. I've been sleeping on my Purple mattress for a couple months now. It's difficult to describe the feel of the mattress. It's firmer than I'm used to, but soft at the same time. I don't sink down into the mattress. It seems to hug my body in all the right places for support. I never wake up hot like I used to, and I no longer have to go to the chiropractor. The pain is gone. My sleep seems to be deeper and more restful. I hope that it lasts longer than my last mattress, because as of right now, it's the best mattress I've ever had.

After having my Purple mattress for 1 month I must say I look farward to coming home and falling asleep every night! The quality of the bed is absolutely great and I feel the perfect amount of comfort and support no matter which way I'm laying or resting or sleeping. im used to sleeping with an electric blanket because I am always cold but somehow this mattress keeps the perfect temperature with just my regular blankets, not too hot and not cold at all.
