the corners lift up on this mattress - twin XL. We contacted Purple customer service and they said someone would get back with us in a few days - we still haven't heard from them. And sheets won't stay tucked in.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Purple mattress. I've given it more than enough time to adjust-I've owned it for eight months-and my body actually hurts more now than it did with my old mattress. It's incredibly uncomfortable and creates a lot of pressure points instead of relieving them. For something marketed as "medical grade," it completely misses the mark, especially for someone like me who has had three spinal cord surgeries. This has been, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever owned and a huge waste of money given how expensive it is.

I used to wake up with back pain every morning. This mattress changed that completely. The 2 " gel grid keeps you supported and cool unlike memory foam mattresses that accomplish neither. After 8 years of owning one the only issue we had was a small section of the grid ( about 6 " diameter) had broken down and created a small dip in the mattress. I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent within a week. It is nice to see a company nowadays that actually stands behind their products and warranties for them . Definitely will buy again and highly recommend to my friends.

I didn't expect this mattress to be as soft as it was. I expected a lot firmer and more back support. I can maybe see it working for someone else, but I would rather try another that was thicker and firmer. I don't know what to do now, and I have so much back pain.

My daughter has a Purple mattress and really likes hers. I though it would really help me sleep better with less pain but that's not really the case. It's not very comfortable. I thought it would be softer than it is. It's very fine which I don't like and that should be explained when describing this mattress.

Comfortable. supportive and reduces body aches and pains upon waking.

Like many, I was very hesitant about Purple because of the high price, but after a windfall I decided to bite the bullet. I was very nervous that I wouldn't like it or that it would be "just okay" but I was thrilled with how much I love it. It's just squishy enough while still being very supportive. I don't usually sleep in one particular position, I constantly turn between stomach, side, and back, so it can be hard to find something that's soft enough for side sleep yet firm enough for stomach sleep, and the Purple nails it- I can get totally comfortable in any position. My previous mattress also made my lower back sore as it would cause it to arch uncomfortably, but on my back on the Purple I feel fully supported. For what it's worth, I'm about 5'4" 135 lbs. I really feel like it's cradling me when I'm in bed. Finally, one of the main things that drew me to Purple was the breathability- I run very hot when I sleep and before it was common for me to wake up in the middle of the night sweating. I can say that has significantly decreased since switching to Purple, which has been a huge relief. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase. Now all that's left is hoping it lasts for a decade or more.
