I bought a King-size Purple bed about 4-5 years ago when they first were hitting the market. I received samples of the material and was excited to try. I loved my king-size bed and the original mattress material. I have since bought a new Queen size original mattress and it seems like they may have changed there materials possible because this bed does not feel like the original king-size mattress I bought. I have not been happy with my new purchase.

For the past 3 years my husband hasn't been able to sleep more than a couple of hours at a time in our bed. He has injuries from a motorcycle accident ... literally a deer ran into him one morning on his way to work! The deer died, thank goodness my husband did not. Anyway, since then his "best" sleep was in his recliner. Out of desperation and worry for his health, I started looking at different mattresses. I read some reviews on The Purple Mattress and it sounded hopeful. So I ordered one for our guest bedroom... just in case. My husband, Lord bless him, has been able to sleep a record 5 hours at a time on The Purple Mattress without pain jolting him awake! Now I just need to get him back into our bed... so I'll be purchasing another Purple Mattress next year, for sure! :)

Ordered a queen online, got a king size. The packaging doesn't list a model # or sku anywhere, so you don't know what you have. The weight on the label matched the item we ordered, but not what we got. Not easy to get these people on the phone at all. 45 minute plus waits 1st day, multiple 20 plus minute waits 2nd day, and never got anyone the 2nd day--disconnected while on hold. No offer to rush it, no pricing concessions offered. Nearly 2 days later...no tracking #. I get that shipping a 110 lb item rushed isn't easy or cheap, but they seemed to not care at all about the situation. I would absolutely never recommend this company based on limited service capabilities.

I'm so happy I chose this mattress. I was looking at a few options, but just decided whatever, I'll choose this one to try something new. And wow! I'm a side sleeper, but I have very wide hips and the rest of me is narrow. This hugs the side I sleep on so that my back is almost perfectly aligned. I say "almost" because, again, I have Very. Wide. Hips. Other mattresses always gave me a sharp lower back pain the next day. I had to choose between sleeping comfortably and spending the next day with pain, or sleeping uncomfortably and spending the next day all grumpy. This mattress fixed that after just one night's sleep. I also got their sheets and I find them so soft and comfortable. I find that the sheets run a little too warm for a hot summer's night with no AC. But either way, I love it. My cat loves it. My boyfriend loves it. He stopped tossing and turning, which left us both with a good night's sleep.

As you may know, purple is not a cheap mattress, and you'll know why once you sleep in one. I'm 6'1 weight around 170lb and used to have lower back pain, I knew it was my mattress so I did my research for a week and came to the conclusion that purple was the best in the game! If you already thinking about dropping some $$$ I strongly suggest you consider purple mattresses.

I could not be happier with my new Purple mattress. After decades of insomnia and tossing back and forth on a not so comfortable mattress, this one is a dream! Full support but incredibly soft and comfortable. After using more for 1-2 months I bought a second one for my guest bedroom.

I purchased a purple mattress with cover and got a free purple pillow. From the first night, my husband did not like the mattress. I was satisfied with it, but with more time, it became more uncomfortable and I began waking up in pain as I had before getting my purple mattress. After much discussion and a couple of months, we decided that we no longer wanted our purple mattress. The refund process was easy and I had no issues finding a charitable business to donate the mattress to (we used the local battered women's shelter). I sent Purple the letter they gave me via email and was refunded the mattress price, including tax, in less than 3 days. I still use my Purple Pillow every night.

I will say that at first, neither my husband nor I were happy with the Purple mattress. It was much too soft compared to what we were used to. But several days in, we both love it. My husband has been commenting about how he has no pain in his back as the mattress has no pressure points. Totally happy!

It's definitely a uniquie mattress and pillow. The cover is great. We had to return the mattress and pillow, because my wife and I had neck pains waking up in the morning, but I think these issues were just specific to us. I can see how this would be the perfect mattress for most people. The return process was easy and seamless. A great company, just wish it worked out for us.

My husband has had back issues for years due to the type of job he does and our mattress made it worse. He felt a big difference the first night sleeping on the purple mattress and his back pain got better. Due to his hard physical job it won't completely go away but the mattress definitely helped a lot. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this!! No one paid me to say this! It's all true
