I love that there arent any "dead" spots in the mattress. It took a week to get used to the feel and now we are sleeping like babies. I cant feel my husband move in bed anymore and I no longer have a permanent dent in my mattress. Its still oretty new but so far we are loving it

I have had several mattresses over the past years some that cost over $4000.00 and others in the $1500.00 range they have been memory foam, pillow top, hybrid, and a pillow top latex mattress. So far the purple mattress out performs all of them. With all the other mattresses I woke up with my back hurting arms numb and it was hard to fall back to sleep. Long story short, we have a split king adjustable bed and I am an extreme case when comes to finding a mattress due to Chronic Back Pain. Our 7th mattress\sleep system in the last 10 years. We purchased 2 Twin XL PURPLE Mattresses which completes a Split King adjustable bed. I personally only lasted 3 nights and went back to my recliner where I have slept 9 out of 10 nights for the last decade. My wife LOVES her Purple mattress and I would even say to me the mattress is supper softer, the cover is super soft, very well made product. So like many mattresses we had the conversation, and she flat out refused to give up her Purple mattress, in her opinion hands down the best mattress out of the last 7. I contacted the Purple mattress refund department and of course was like can I get a refund for 1 of the 2 mattresses which they happily agreed to. The refund was 100% hassle free, refund was in my account on day 4 after completing the donation form. Needless to say my split king now has 2 different mattresses for each side of the bed. I would recommend Purple to anyone even folks who suffer back pain as the reason for back pain can be caused by many different things (I have to have 100% control of firmness on any given day, you have nothing to lose but a few weeks of your time for delivery. The refund from the purple mattress paid for the mattress I replaced it with.

tried another mattress in a box from online but It was way more firm than anticipated. Even though it was more expensive, the quality of the Purple Mattress was phenomenal and well worth having great sleep. My wife also sleeps very hot, and so the Purple grid helps tremendously cooling her off and her sleeping through the night.

I bought this mattress to replace my old caving in mattress at the height of some major lower back pain. It was an amazing relief. Firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to conform to my back. It's cool to sleep on and doesn't hold heat to make you sweat. Highly recommended.

We have had our Purple Queen for about 3 weeks now and are still getting used it, although, we enjoy it so far. There was an issue with the length of the first one we were sent, it was about 3 in short of the spec 79"; this new one looks about right, however, I have not measure it yet. Our previous mattress is about 3 inches thicker than the Purple, and that is weird how much of a difference the bed height is now, but I may put some thicker boards under our box springs. I was looking for a mattress specifically to help me with pain in my lower back. My brother has a purple mattress and said that he felt it improved the condition of his back. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. After using the mattress for the trial period, morning back issues were worse rather than better. It was unfortunate because I liked the feel if the mattress when I reclined on it. My wife, conversely, found it to be too soft. In both cases, the mattresses didn't work for us so we proceeded with the return. I must say that I was disappointed that things didn't work out. I really liked the company and the people I dealt with were upbeat and honest. The mattress was unique and modern and well conceived. I want them to succeed. Buying a mattress is so hard. They are big and expensive and it takes time to find out if it will work for you and your partner. Purple made it so I could try the mattress for an adequate amount of time and made returning it easy. Their website and staff were helpful each step of the way.

My wife wanted a really hard bed. We got one. Her back aches improved but it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. I had resigned to a life of camping in my own bedroom when I stumbled onto the Purple ad online. What a serendipitous moment! Now we're both happy. She gets her firmness and I get my comfort.
