This is the best mattress I ever had. Since I got this mattress a couple months ago I sleep straight through the night every night and wake up feeling great. My previous mattress which was more expensive than Purple I thought was good until I got the Purple. I never slept straight through the night without tossing and turning. I also bought one for my 14 year old son and he loves his too. My wife also thinks our Purple is the most comfortable mattress we ever had.

Purple Mattress has been great to me. I have never once in my memory been able to sleep comfortably on my back. After a few weeks on the purple mattress, I am sleeping better all around, never wake up with back pain, and can even sleep on my back for a hour and still be comfortable. As soon as I first laid on the mattress, I could feel the purple grid moving to conform to my body and provide support where I needed it. Great product.

Over the past fifteen years, I have been on a quest. I have been looking for the best nights sleep. I was buying a new bed every two years (it takes me about a year to decide if I really like a mattress or not). After trying all sorts of different technologies and brands, someone suggested looking at one of the new bed in a box companies. I did my research, looked at all the major players, read tons of reviews, and finally decided Purple looked the most promising. And, it was a fraction of the cost of many of my previous beds! I took the jump, and ordered a queen sized Purple mattress. I can honestly say it was a lot of fun to unpack. My favorite part is breaking the vacuum seal and watching the mattress pop up like a giant marshmallow! I remember laying on it just minutes after unpacking and feeling absolutely weightless. I spent the next week trying to find an uncomfortable position to sleep in (I failed). No matter how contorted, I'd fall asleep within minutes. It is also the only mattress I have found which allows me to fall asleep on my back (priceless). Fast forward one year, and I have ordered a king sized Purple (upgrading). If these beds sleeps as well on year five and year ten as on night 1, they will be more than worth the investment!

I was sleeping on my rock hard childhood mattress after a move back home. My back was achy and my neck hurt when I would turn my head. I got the purple mattress after trying a friend's. It's like I'm sleeping on a cloud. My back feels so much better and I have less knots. Thank you purple!

My Fellow Americans, On this day I bring you sad... sad news. The Brothers Pearce have committed a horrid and grievous sin! They have made a great intergalactic enemy in the Flying Purple People Eaters... You know of them. One-eyed, one-horned... all majestic. It appears that these extra-terrestrial beings are the main ingredient in this incredible sleeping implement!! THAT is where the company namesake color comes from!! I know... I know... please take a moment to collect your thoughts. With that said, I'm okay with this. You see, the "bed" that is generated from this deplorable but well-engineered process is outstanding in every imaginable way. I will try to express this in a way that is probably an understatement now matter how I try. You just have to try it to get it, but I'll go on anyway. I love this mattress, I did my homework, I read everything I could (which led me to the uncovering of the poor PPE eradication) and it wasn't enough to appreciate this bed. It does sleep cool, it is soft and firm and yet that is still not enough. One thing I did note that I hadn't seen is how this bed absorbs you. As you sit down or fall or crawl into the bed it just takes your energy and holds it. You don't bounce or get push back or odd twisting, you just... fit into it. Every time I've entered the bed it felt like the first time. If you have done the research and are here to decide, don't hesitate, Purple is it. You'll know what I mean if you really did the reading. Of course, all that glitters is not gold, the bed does require some weight to appreciate it. I'm an average American male at about 5'10" and 210ish lbs, give or take a few weekend donuts. My wife is not interested enough in science to provide her dimension, but she's in the range recommended. She too loves this bed immensely. If I were a jealous man I may have returned it, but as it is; it's sexy enough to me to just let it go. She's a fan. But my son isn't a fan, he's 10 so it's actually a good thing he's under the 150lb min suggestion. Another point that's brought up a lot but I wasn't ready to appreciate is how cold it sleeps. We have modal jersey knit sheets which are a fantastic pairing for the bed, and the first few nights I had to find thicker blankets as it was jarring. It is oddly a good thing and a bad thing. But as we get into the Summer I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it. Winter's, we'll see. Overall, I'm a big fan and will be so for life. I'm sure others on the market are good for their buyers, I mean... an investment like this you, better love it. To me, it's a great investment. If you've taken the time to read all this, it'll be worth it to you as well. One final thought, when the intergalactic version of Interpol appears to bring the Pearce Brothers to justice for their direct involvement in the devastation in a once adorable alien race; I have it here on record that I was against the atrocities brought against our celestial visitors. But my goodness I am sleeping like a baby!

My fiancee and I bought the purple mattress because our old mattress was getting up there in years and was beginning to hurt our backs. My fiancee also has multiple problems with her shoulder because of a car accident. Since getting the purple mattress my back pain is gone and her back and shoulder pain is much improved. She's no longer stuck on the couch due to an uncomfortable mattress. At first the purple mattress felt a little warmer than our traditional coil mattress but then our bodies adjusted to it and we no longer notice it. Sometimes I will lay on the mattress and actually feel my back pop in relief. We're thrilled with our purple mattress.

I'm a very hot sleeper, and I have had problems with my lower back and knees. In a regular mattress I would wake up most nights with night sweats and joint pain. My Temperpedic did okay to handle my joints, but I still suffered from night sweats, and I had the mattress model with the cooling top. After researching Purple extensively, I gave it a try. True to their word, my Purple mattress disipates the heat my body gives off all night long. I have never had a single night sweat since I switched. My husband and I woke up the first few nights with a backache. I think it's because we were so used to our old lumpy mattress. We decided to give it a week before returning it--and are we glad that we waited! We've been enjoying restful, uninterrupted sleep for months now and are quite pleased with the product. I was apprehensive at first because of some many different companies out there selling almost the same kind of Mattresses. I took the leap and ordered one for my son. He's a teenage football player. After the first night there was only words of praise from my son. Due to his response I bought one for my daughter. Hopefully I will get the same results from her.

I have a rare spine condition that causes a lot of pain. I cannot sleep on most mattresses without being in agonizing pain.
