My husband has mid-back pain, and this mattress unfortunately made it worse. After 2 months, we just could get used to the feeling of the "grid." It's very cool, but in the wintertime, it was sometimes hard to stay warm while sleeping on this mattress. The return is very easy and the customer service is great.

So prior to buying the purple mattress I slept on a Sleep Number mattress. I got caught up in the hype of the sleep number with its promise of adjusting the mattress to your comfort and the pretty remote. But from the day I bought it I ended up with back pain. The sales rep said it take about 3 to 4 months for your body to adjust and I bought into it. 7 years later and I still had nothing but back pain and then Along Came the purple mattress. From day one of sleeping on the purple mattress I felt the difference immediately no more back pain and also no more feeling of the mattress sinking in the middle. I am very pleased with my purchase of the purple mattress I rated it a four out of five stars. I would have waited at a five-star except for 1 Problem. It tends to sleep a little hard for me but overall I am very satisfied with the mattress and would recommend it to anyone looking for hey mattress to help with back pain. Do not believe the hype of the sleep number the purple mattress is way better especially if you have a partner to share your bed with

I have been excited for purchasing a purple for years! I recently made the purchase and full disclosure I am still a few days shy of the 30 day trial additionally I am a very overweight man. Usually a back sleeper I wake up most morning with stiffness and soreness in my lower back. My wife reports significant relief from back pain. I just sadly cannot say this was the experience I was looking for or expecting. It feels strange because for years I yearned for a purple, encouraged friends and family to explore it as a sleeping option. Bought purple pillows and bedding, etc.. but now I dont think I could reccomend them anymore.. Perhaps it is the specific purple mattress I bought (which was not one of the deluxes) but I caution people to be careful. Fortunately I have heard they have reasonably good customer service and that returns arent too difficult. So there is that. So I suppose I will see when the 30 days is over.

My wife and I knew we needed a mattress. We both were experiencing stiff lower backs and pains almost every morning (and we're young). Doing our best, we shopped around for months looking for the "best" deal. I had several friends who purchased Purple and swore by it, so we jumped on the bandwagon. This mattress sleeps so cool. I used to wake up sweating literally every night only sleeping with a sheet. Now I sleep with the luxury sheet by Purple and a comforter to keep warm. It's amazing how well the mattress breathes. We purchased the Harmony pillows as well, very cool design and pillows stay cool as well. The profile of the harmony is a bit high, if I sleep with it any other way than on my side it causes a little neck discomfort, but for the wife she is in love. Overall we have had a great experience with everything Purple, glad we took the plunge. And did I mention no more back pain?! A+

I was skeptical about buying and spending the money on this. I did my research paper n it and read through hundreds of reviews. I finally pulled the trigger and bought one and I'm 100% satisfied. The only thing I feel like is bad is putting the mattress cover out on it. I feel like the mattress doesn't do it's full purpose of cooling with it on. But other than that. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I had terrible back pain and could never get quality sleep so I decided to purchase a new mattress. After searching, comparing several brands and reading reviews, I decided to go with the Purple mattress and I don't regret it! I've had it for 4 months now and am so very happy with it. I finally don't have back pain throughout the night and feel well-rested each morning. The mattress curves to fit in all the right places and even my dog - who isn't the type to get on beds - won't get off! So glad it came with the Purple Pillow too. That took a few days to adjust but now it's the only one I use.

Mattress was conveniently packed, easy to unpack, and shipped fast. I move around in my sleep typically, my wife is the same. Now neither one of us can tell when the other is moving and the mattress stays cool which is excellent. On a support note it cradles you and yes you can feel the grid just gently touching the mattress but you cannot feel it while lying on it. Never wake up sore anymore, no shoulder pain, no neck pain, no lower back tension. I've had it for 2 months and waited 2 months before I gave in a review. Excellent purchase highly recommend it.

Everything in the ordering process went quick and smooth. The package tracking was a little confusing but everything arrived pretty quick. Ultimately it's about the comfort and quality of the mattress. In that respect I have found nothing better so far. Fantastic night sleep. Didn't want to get out of bed the first morning.

My child found this mattress acceptable. I slept on it for one night and found it to a very very hard mattress. I purchased a mattress topper from the company casper in queen and this made the mattress more comfortable. I would return the mattress if ti weren't for all the hassle and COVID-19.

I've had the bed for about 4 days and I'm already sold on it. Having read many other reviews, I was excited to get the bed but did have some reservations going into it. There are a few minor things that I noticed on day one. First off, it is very important to unpack the bed in the right order. The mattress isn't easy to move around once it's out of the roll. I found that out the hard way but that was my own fault for not reading the directions first. The mattress did have a slight odor to it, almost like a talcum powder smell. One quick spray with Febreeze and I haven't noticed it since the first day. I wondered if some of that was because I unrolled the mattress upside down and did have to get pretty aggressive with it to flip it over on the bed frame by myself. Either way, it's not something I've noticed again. I'm 6', 200 lbs. The bed feels both soft on the pressure points and firm when you lay down. I've yet to feel like I was "bottoming out" on it like others have mentioned. My previous mattress was foam and hurt my shoulders and hips when I was on my side for too long. The Purple mattress has been the complete opposite. I move around quite a bit before falling asleep and I've yet to find a position that I dislike just because of the bed. If I sit down on the mattress or put an elbow down it sinks in more and feel soft. When I lay down it feels more like a firm mattress. To me, that's the best of both worlds. So far, it's been the best purchase I've made in a while. I only wish I would have ordered it sooner.
