A friend of mine told me at this mattress during my search to find a bed that would help with insomnia. I purchased it and it worked immediately on putting an end to all sleep issues. Loved it so much that I purchased a second one and also purchased the pet bed which my dog loves! This mattress is magical and it is worth the investment.

The purple mattress has literally changed my life. I wake up well rested and ready for the day. My wife has multiple medical issues - needs a knee replacement, has fibromyalgia, and has screws in her back. Couple that with an active type A on the go personality inher early 50s. I'm 66, 50 lbs overweight on a weight loss program. Years ago we tried a number of mattresses - she wants soft, I want firm. Settled on SleepComfort, her at 30, me at 100. All was well until one of our kids got a purple mattress. Long story short, I gave in & we got the firmest purple. Review after 4 months? I hate it. I don't like the cheap sounding crinkle it makes as the crush design takes weight. I like to read propped up on my elbows, but since this mattress can't handle pressure points, it becomes very uncomfortable quickly. Under the crush zone it's a regular mattress, and judging by the feel, not a very good one. Rolling over during the night is a noisy process, as the crush sones rise and fall. This morning I told the wife this thing will be lucky to last 5 years, then it'll be replaced with another # bed, the only mattress able to accommodate our situation, or we'll be in separate bedrooms. "

My partner and I were in the market for a new bed. We're both average sized people, he has some back pain, we're both side sleepers. We thought Purple would solve our stiff uncomfortable mornings. But after a year of sleeping on this mattress it's only made it worse. The mattress has no support, even after a new box spring, it overall is just not what we were looking for. We fell into the bed in a box trend, lots of regret with this purchase...

I have lower back and hip pain. My daughter had read the reviews on this mattress and decided to buy my one. although I had not opened the mattress for over a year. I had finally set it up and the first couple of weeks I slept alright, I am not a great sleeper because of the pain. Now, my pain is back in my hip and lower back so I toss and turn again. the mattress is comfortable but it has not worked for me. The mattress I have is a twin size and is very thick, I am not sure if this is the reason, but it just is not comfortable for me anymore and only after a month of sleeping on it.

I've always had issues sleeping, it takes me forever to fall asleep and I always wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all. I also toss and turn a lot. I finally caved and bought myself a purple mattress, they first mattress I ever bought myself as an adult. It's been a dream. It is so comfortable and It makes me never want to leave it. My body is still taking a bit of time to realign but I feel I'm able to get to sleep quicker. I'm also much less sweaty! I used to sweat a lot in my sleep and the purple mattress has made it so I haven't had that happen at all. It's been a dream so far and I don't see myself returning. I also have the purple pillow and may get my boyfriend one for himself. I got the sheets along with my mattress and they are so soft and stretchy and so comfortable to lay on as well. Highly recommend!!

I have spent thousands of $$$$$$$ On Other brand name mattresses from the expensive air mattresses to the memory foam matressses to the pillow toppers and Purple is the first mattress I can get a good nights sleep on. I use to sleep hot until I got a Purple, I use to wake up in pain but then I got a Purple. See I sleep on my side and have had several shoulder surgeries so it was important to get a comfortable mattress. Well hats off to you Purple! I recommend Purple Matressses to everyone I know. And if you were wondering I have th 'OG' Purple.

I have also been good at sleeping and never want to get out of bed. In the past I haven't wanted to get out of bed because I knew the second I did that my back would start hurting. I have been dealing with terrible back pain for 15 years and it would take me HOURS to fall asleep every night because I could never find relief no matter what position I slept in. That all changed when I decided to get a Purple bed! Since I received it a few months ago I have been falling asleep in minutes and waking up with no pain at all! I have always been a stomach sleeper (yes i know we are terrible people) because it was the only position I could get relief in. But I have noticed now that I have been sleeping more on my side and back. I no longer wake up with back pain and I sleep so soundly that I slept through a hurricane (totally not lying because I live in Florida.) Now the only reason I don't want to get out of bed in the morning is because I know I will never be as comfortable as I am in my Purple bed!

My husband seems to like the mattress just fine. I find it to too firm for my liking. I'm pregnant so I have to sleep on my side and I find that throughout the night my shoulder and hip starts to ache so I have to keep switching back and forth which side I sleep on. I will say though that i do like that the mattress seems to absorb some of the movement when one of us rolls over or gets up.

My husband prefers a firm bed, I prefer soft. I mostly thought I preferred soft because on an average firm bed I would often wake with pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips. (This was also happening with our old soft bed honestly.)The remarkable thing about the Purple bed is when you lay on it, it isn't an instant "AHHHHHH" feeling. The best test for us was NOT waking up throughout the night. I no longer have the joint pain! My husband has significantly less back pain as well. The only con is that it is kinda hard to get out of bed in the morning :) On a side note, I also received the Royal Purple Cushion. It has saved me! I injured my tailbone long ago and have always had trouble sitting for long periods. This cushion is amazing. I recommended it to my Mother too! Thanks for a great product.
