I like more of a soft-medium firmness on my mattress and the Purple mattress is pretty firm but at the same time it's pretty comfortable. After a month using the mattress, I decided to purchase the Purple pillow and I have yet to wake up with a kink in my neck which was a normal thing for me in the mornings. It's not a fluffy pillow top mattress like I'm used to but I'll take the no back and neck pain any day! I'm really surprised how comfortable I actually sleep in it. Another plus is that my husband, who suffers from night sweats, has yet to sweat while sleeping on this mattress which is pretty amazing in itself!

I'm a long-time sufferer of lower back pain from 3 herniated discs in my lower lumbar. I'm male, 6'-2" with an average build of 205 lbs. Less than two years of sleeping on a very expensive and now crappy pillow top mattress (rhymes with Laatva) from deep, permanent body indentations (even thought I'm not exactly crushing it), I really got sick and tired of waking up every morning feeling like a bronco kicked me in the back down a drainage ditch, leaving me for dead. I saw a YouTube commercial for the Purple mattress a few weeks ago and decided to give it a go. Since I was just going to try it, I waited on buying a platform frame, so I tested out the mattress on the floor to see if it lived up to its hype. The next morning, I woke up with NO BACK PAIN and actually felt like I got a good night's rest for the first time in over a year! Second night / morning...same result! Third night / morning... sealed the deal. I'm very satisfied with my new Purple mattress! I'm all set up now with a platform frame and thankful every time I wake up pain free and as well rested as Rip Van Winkle. Time will tell if it holds its form over time, but as of right now... Well done TPM!

Great for couples who find it difficult to agree on too hard to soft issue...its just right for both. Plus I tend to sleep hot since I have been battling breast cancer over the last year. The treatments have forced me into menopause...but my night sweats are greatly improved on the purple mattress. Its a great value as well compared to other mattresses that are upwards of 4000$. My husband & I have never slept better and like many others have said, you may find it hard to get outta bed. The purple mattress, sheets & protector are all very awesome products.

I'm in love with my mattress! I went from a terrible, hard queen sized bed to a twin Purple and I couldn't be happier. I used to wake up with horrible neck pain, and sometimes I would get out of bed early just to get away from my uncomfortable mattress. That hasn't been the case at all since I've gotten my Purple. It's the perfect mid-ground between soft and firm, and I sink into the mattress in a really lovely way. I change positions a lot during the night, and I find that it's comfortable on my back, my side, and even on my stomach. Combined with the Purple sheets, my bed is so ridiculously comfortable that I don't ever want to leave it!

For months I've wanted to buy a Purple mattress, to improve the quality of my sleep. But, due to the cost factor, I opted for something else instead. That something else made my sleep quality even worse, and I ended up spending many nights in my recliner rather than in my bed in order to get a whole night's sleep. I got refunded for the other mattress and ordered a Purple, regardless of the extra cost. Good sleep is too important to skimp on! (Wish I'd have employed that philosophy first!) My Purple finally arrived 2 days ago (delayed by TS Cristobal) and even though I was exhausted already when I got home, I went ahead and set it up. Best decision I ever made! For the first time in months I spent the entire night in my bed, actually asleep! When I woke up yesterday morning, my feet didn't hurt, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt, my arms were not numb. Last night, same thing. I tell you, the difference an uninterrupted night's sleep makes is astounding! I'm more clear-headed, less grumpy, and have more energy. About 6 years ago, my wife really wanted a king size pillow top Tempurpedic mattress, which cost us in the area of $5500 or so. I hated it from the get go - it was really hard and since I am a side sleeper, my IT bands on the sides of my legs would get inflamed often, waking me up constantly (a problem that runs in my family). I'v had the Purple for a month now with only one episode of sore legs in the entire month! I had thought I needed a super soft mattress, but it turns out I needed Purple. Thanks Purple! This experience has been amazing from start to finish! Picking a mattress was easy! Pricing was more than fair. Finding out about the financing option was a great way to ease into the financial side of things. Application and approval was in within minutes! The site said 4-6 weeks shipping due to COVID, the mattress got here within a week. It was SUPER heavy, but when it laid out and fluffed right up, everyone in the house wanted to lay on it. I've never slept so great in my life! Hip pain is a thing of the past. Would absolutely recommend to any and everyone!

Had to replace the first mattress after only 7 months due to severe body indentationsand lack of support. Have had the replacement mattress for less than 4 weeks and it is deteriorating (body weights approximately 200 pounds and 110 pounds). Back problems are exacerbated. Refund should be given at this point or we will end up replacing the mattress every month for 10 years which is a waste.

Our family has purchased 3 (three) purple mattresses. All queen size. I have also told people i work with about the beds and they also have purchased. Theirs was a king size. We are considering the pillows that just came out. We absolutely enjoy our purples. They may seem a little high in price, but once you receive it you will understand paying the price. Well worth it. We suffer from back pain and neck pain etc. Have had numerous surgeries and this mattress really makes you feel less pain and enjoy your sleep more. We will continue to tell people about Purple. It's been 3 nights so far, too early to rate the mattress 5 stars. I actually wake up refreshed, rather than "sore". Our Purple mattress replaced a Seally Posturepedic. We appreciate the fact that movement doesn't transmit throughout the bed (the wife likes that). The platform is very sturdy (and plenty of room for storage (I am working on "drawers" to surround the base). The mattress arrived 3 weeks (as scheduled) after ordered, extremely well packaged. The platform arrived a week after that. Platform was very easy to "assemble" and well constructed. Definitely need 2 people to unpack and place the mattress on the platform. We believe this mattress will be with us for a long time.
