I am so glad that our son physical therapist reccomended he get a Purple mattress after a car accident. I laid on his and was hooked. We bought 2 more for our split king and another for our other son. We are an all purple family. I sing the praises of our Purple every chance I get!

I purchased the Purple 2 mattress and immediately fell in love with the mattress. It truly is a great new initiative mattress for the 21st century. If I could separate my ratings, I give this mattress a 5 star rating. Where this review falls to 3 in my book is all around customer service. When I purchased the Purple 2 I sent an inquiry to update my order. It took a few WEEKDAYS to get any response. They did make things whole, but I was and still am kinda in awe that when you pay $1-2 Grand for a bed, you'd expect top of the line customer service with a top of the line product. I've received better better customer service form a snarky cars salesman last year. For that round, I forgave them. They are clearly understaffed and things happen. However, I decided I wanted to upgrade to Purple 3 (from my 2) because as a side sleeper I need something softer. Throughout the return process I thought it would be better and it wasn't. Again, after making the purchase I asked customer service to confirm a detail on my order. It took 6 days to get a answer to this question. Completely unacceptable, especially when you're asking customers to dish out couple grad for mattress. There are other great beds in the market...don't let customer service ruin. My advice to upper management. Hire more customer service reps if you're as busy as your managers say you are. Stretching them thin will turn away customers to other great mattress products.

This was the worst purchase ever. I got the purple plus in October for my new place and started sleeping on it in February (so outside the 100day return window, my fault). Since February I've been having constant low back pain. It got so sever I had to take time off work. I spent a weekend at my parents' where I slept on a regular spring mattress and my back pain went away, I came back home and the pain came back. It's at its worst in the mornings, but sometimes it starts shortly after I go to bed. I 100% regret purchasing this mattress, it was a huge mistake and now I need to figure out how to get ride of it and get any other mattress that wouldn't cause so much pain. I hate going to bed and sometimes just prefer to sleep on the couch to avoid excessive back pain.

Purchased the purple 2 last month (April 2019). During the first 30 days of the trial period, I think I had maybe 4 nights of good rest. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and way to hard. Fortunately, the mattress company we purchased the purple bed from allowed us to exchange for a well known other brand. The purple product is way over priced and does not bring the type of customer satisfaction it warrants for the price. Happy this experiment is over and looking forward to a good nights sleep again. Do not recommend product!!

I'd been sleeping on an ancient, hand-me-down mattress for years until I decided enough was enough. This mattress improved my sleep patterns when I didn't think they were all that bad. I'm now sleeping 6-7 hours without interruption and waking before my alarm rested and ready to start my day. Best money I've ever spent!

I have been searching for a great mattress and after a going thru a few foam and one air / number mattress I have finally found restful, thermally and pressure regulated sleep. I am very happy with the purchase and any future mattreses for my home will be the Purple kind. Every night on the mattress gets better. I also LOVE the sheets. I was skptical of them but after one night I know I mad the right choice with linens as well.

After only three nights, I loved my Purple mattress so much, I gave 'her" a name..."Penelope"! Seriously, though, I have back issues (a compressed disk and arthritis) and I feel so much less pain with the Purple mattress, just wish I hadn't waited so long to make the purchase!

I was surprised excited to get this mattress. Their marketing team is one of the best. When I first got the mattress I was really impressed. It was fun to push in the mattress with your hand and watch how quickly it responded. However after using it for a few weeks I swear it felt firmer and firmer. To the point where my arms would go numb from sleeping on it. I would wake up 2-3 times a night to adjust. I was expecting it to have more give. However it really only seems to give to smaller pressure points and not all of them. Hence why the eggs don't break. I have a feeling that it wouldn't pass that test if they used larger eggs. I don't think the necessary sized egg exists.. ostrich eggs?? But none the less I felt down. I did like the fact that is slept cooler.. but honestly that was the only thing I liked. It also wasn't dramatically cooler. So if you really like a firm mattress with a little bit of unique give and one that sleeps a little bit cooler than normal this may actually be good for you. However I can't recommend this mattress at all. I fall asleep on my side and wake up on my stomach and it did me no favors. I think perhaps it may be best for back sleepers.

The bed arrived within the 2 weeks as promised when I purchased this bed online. Super easy to unpack and unroll. My wife (pregnant and now post-pardum) loves it. She has no more hip pain or problems. I Have some neck pain still, but I think I need to get another pillow. Hopefully that goes away. Great so far.

This is the best mattress if you are looking for a good night sleep and something that is very comfortable. Its great how parts of you just sink in and everything else is supported. I was sad that it took so long to be delivered but then you have to realize that it is being hand made in the USA and is so worth the wait. OK, now for the bad parts. If you want to be productive and on time to work this mattress is not the best. It sucks you in and makes it so you don't want to get out of bed in the morning. You will have to set your alarm clock in the other room so you have to get out of the heavenly bliss that is purple to shut it off. My only regret is not getting the king mattress. I will be giving the queen to my teenager next year and ordering the king.
