We ordered a king- they sent us a Cal. King in a king package. I emailed them, but it took about a week before getting a response to those emails. Note: calling was immediately effective, and the customer service was pretty darn good. They had a new mattress to us in 3 days after calling. I don't think I'll be buying another mattress from them, though... with a 10 year warranty, there's no need to. I've used a trial of all of the other mattress brands you see while scrolling through your Facebook feed, and this is the one right here. My back pain is gone and I'm no longer stiff when I wake up. It's a 15/10

I'll start with the cons about the bed: it took a while to get to me. I also ordered it at the beginning of the Pandemic, so I can't be too mad at that during unprecedented times. That's it for the cons. This bed is INCREDIBLE. It's a strange feeling, almost as if I was floating atop the bed rather than sinking in, but the moment I focus on my breathing, I can feel that all of my prominent parts are being supported. I haven't looked forward to laying down for sleep in a few years, my bed was not conducive to rest. I was shocked to wake up without back pain, or sounding like crispy rice cereal. The bed and the pillow together, sleep is my friend again.

We had a Select Comfort for years and recently decided to make a change. We had good things about the Casper bed, so we thought we would give it a try. After two weeks, we had them come pick it up. It was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever had. My wife saw the Purple bed , so we ordered one right away. This is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. My only complaint is that we can't watch TV in bed anymore because my wife keeps falling asleep ;( Yes, it's that comfortable. I'm a side sleeper, so I sometimes would wake up with stiff or sore shoulders. This is a thing of the past with the Purple Bed. We have already referred a friend to buy one, they ordered it last week and they you can't wait to get it. Buy this bed, you won't be sorry!

Trying to get used to the mattress, but I wake up with a bit of upper back and neck soreness. Plus I'm tossing and turning a lot more than my norm. I definitely wake up more tired. I'm wondering if the mattress is too firm for me. The only plus side is I don't wake up with hip pain anymore.

We got the purple mattress with potentially higher expectations than we should have had. Turns out it takes a while for your body to adjust to sleeping how you "should" or actually have to on the bed. It aligns your body in a good way, but for the first week I had pain in my back. Nothing really tells you this online, so you go into it thinking it is going to be like sleeping on a pillow immediately. All of that said, it is super comfortable. Does a decent job of absorbing movement...and our dog loves it which truly is the test. The pillows, which this is not a review for, really made it for us. Get the pillows!!! It is worth it.

The bed came in super quick and took minutes to set up. It took a couple of days for my body to get used to sleeping on the new mattress but after a week I was sleeping like a baby! I love this mattress and I will definitely get another one on down the line.

This is our second Purple mattress, the first one we returned because it too was terrible. My husband and I wake up everyday with back pain. It feels like we are sleeping on the frame or the floor. Some days I wake it and I can't even walk my back is hurting so bad! When we had these issues with the first mattress we were told it was from "a bad batch of foam". We didn't understand that, but we thought we'd give it another try with a replacement mattress. I guess all their foam is "a bad batch" then. We also have the frame and it's terrible. The bed squeaks so bad! We can't even move an arm without waking each other up with the noise. When I woke up this morning I told my husband that I regret getting this Purple bed.

Not gonna lie, I do like it, most of the time. Seems a little on the firm side, but from the reviews I've gathered on mail order mattress brands, purple is on the softer side. May try a pillow topper with it. Overall I'm enjoying it. I don't have anything negative to say. Plus it was easy to setup and was delivered VERY fast! Kudos for that! And I use the supplied sleep masks regularly. Thanks purple

We switched from a 15 year old Sleep Number to a Purple a few weeks ago. From the very first morning after my husband wasn't limping when he got out of bed in the morning! Neither of us are achy and sore when we get up. And its wonderful not to even be able to feel when one of us gets up or changes position!

I'm not that picky about the mattress I sleep on. I tend to prefer firmer mattresses. So far my experience with Purple has been great. It's been much cooler than other mattresses I've tried, and has been comfortable. The only negative thing has been that the polymer smell has lingered for almost two weeks at this point. It's not bad, but would be nicer without it.
