Received our purple mattress and sheets there was a hole in the fitted sheet. I called and right away I felt that you cared about the issue. Within minutes I was guided in what I needed to do. A week later I had my new sheets. The mattress is so comfortable. I can't remember when I have slept so well, The sheets are amazing!!

I had bought purple a few years ago, and eventually moved and gave to my family, end up buyimg a cheaper mattress because of logistics reason, now i moved again and finally bought a nice king all for myself again. There is no place like home but there is no comfort without purple

I've had my Purple mattress for about 2 months now and still smile every time I crawl into bed. You can feel the pressure release as soon as you lay down; my back pain is gone. I received the Purple sheets a few weeks ago and they're really soft, but what surprised me most is they don't wrinkle. The fitted sheet still doesn't have a line or wrinkle in it. Some kind of magic going on here but I absolutely love the mattress and sheets. Buying one for my mother soon. I wonder what the pillows will be like, but you can bet I'll try them.

First off... This thing is heavy and definitely a two man operation to setup. Secondly... A deceptively incredible mattress. Believe it or not when you sit or lay on a purple mattress for the first time or the 100th you don't "feel" the plush luxury of a 3k mattress (I know... I own one). Rather you perceive this mattress to be a well made medium firm to firm mattress (and not one that will contour to your body like memory foam). So your thinking support, but not plush comfort. WELL let me tell you that's not the case. The best way for me to describe it thru time. What I mean specifically is when your laying in a certain position for an extended period of time your becomes uncomfortable (on most mattresses) and the natural reflex is to move or shift to regain comfort. Myself or my wife have not had that issue once since owning this mattress. Whatever position you lay in and no matter how you lay your comfortable... period. To be more specific I don't experience any stress or fatigue on any of my body parts which to me is ultimate comfort.

I purchased this setup as a gift for my wife. Queen mattress, support frame and sheet set. She is very pleased with the improvement in quality of sleep she is getting. The mattress is excellent. The frame seems rather fragile and causes me concern. Administratively, there are some issues. After ordering the assembly I requested a 'free' sample. Imagine my surprise at having to pay the postage when the sample arrived. I called to ask if shipping through UPS was an option. I was told 'no'. FedEx deliveries in our area are atrocious. The sheet set was dropped in our driveway. I contacted the FedEx driver to set up a delivery window for the mattress so I could be home when the package arrived. He assured me he would make arrangements with his supervisor for this to happen. The delivery arrived 4 1/2 hours after I asked for it. I wasted an afternoon of vacation waiting for the FedEx truck. Finally, this letter asking for a review, mangles my initials. When an individual provides their initials, instead of a name, they expect them to be capitalized. Not doing that indicates a lack of respect for the language and customer.

I've only had my mattress for a little over a month and it's already beginning to sag/stay compressed where I sleep. It's on a wood platform so the foundation is fine, and I weigh less than 130 pounds. The instructions say to rotate once every six months but I might try that now to see if it helps. I'm still within the 100 days trial period and may unfortunately need to find something else. I've enjoyed all the other aspects - it gives firm support without painful pressure points when I sleep on my side, it stays cool, doesn't move around, etc. It does all the things promised except it's already caving in, which makes me wonder if I just happened to get a fluke.

I was skeptical that the mattress would be comfortable, but boy was I wrong. It supported my lower back perfectly. For the first time in a 6 months I have zero lower back pain. I was also concerned it would sleep hot. It does not. It sleeps cool and comfortable!

The purple bed is so comfortable! My husband and I both used to wake up sore and tight from sleeping on our old mattress. Now with the purple, we wake up refreshed and not sore! No pressure points, you literally feel like you're floating in the air. Thank you, Purple, for saving our sleep!!

Like the mattress. The customer service mechanism is weak. The instructions and tools that come with the mattress are really weak. Saw several other Youtube videos with exactly the same problems. No detailed realistic information on the website??!??!? These should be easy fixes. Especially the letter opener made of vinyl instead of plastic so it doesn't break when you look at it. Really?? CMON!

My boyfriend loves the bed and has no more shoulder or back pain after waking up. Me on the other hand, I feel like I can feel every square when I lay on the mattress and I can always feel one right down the middle of my back. But at least he's sleeping good!
