I loved the overall comfort of the mattress, but could not stand the feeling of the grids through the sheets...way too bumpy for me . And using a thick blanket under the sheets, would've been defeating the purpose of the experience of the mattress. Therefore, I sent it back.

I bought a regular Purple mattress because I need more support, and boy does it provide! It's far less squishy and soft than I anticipated, yet it's very comfortable. I've been waking up pain-free (this wasn't often the case with my old unsupportive pillow-top) and well-rested. The first couple of nights sleeping on it were a little odd as I adjusted to the new feel, but now I couldn't be happier.

I was anxious to receive my bed as I had read a lot of the great reviews and questioned the consistency of them, I also read some bad reviews and became stressed all the more. However, after receiving my bed and lugging the super heavy tube up three flights of stairs I've been sleeping like an angel. The bed is brilliant and truly unique, give it a try, you've nothing to lose!

I was very excited when purchased the Purple 3 King sized mattress. Sure, it was few thousand $$, but I figured it was worth the investment on good sleep. I was notified by Purple's Distribution Center (Manna) that the mattress would be delivered 7/31. In reliance on that delivery date, I gave my old mattress away and decided I was fine to sleep on an air mattress for a few days while my Purple arrived. HUGE MISTAKE. It's now 8/9 and I have no mattress. After calling both Purple AND the distribution center, I've been extremely disappointed with their conflicting stories of "sorry only the purple 3 king size mattresses are out of stock" when A FRIEND PURCHASED THE EXACT SAME MATTRESS (PURPLE 3 KING SIZE) A WEEK AFTER I DID AND LIVES ONLY A FEW MILES FROM ME AND HAD THE MATTRESS DELIVERED ON TIME WITH NO MENTION OF IT BEING OUT OF STOCK. So today I called Purple Customer Service and was told that conveniently the mattresses are in stock again. They arrived today! Really? Something isn't right. What a disappointment my first experience with Purple has been.

Unfortunately the product didn't work for me it had been modified to what I was used to sleeping on from the first product I purchased but the assistance from the staff was excellent and I do recommend to others who are looking for a comfortable bed to try purple I just wasn't for me and thank you

I am so happy I bought this mattress, it is great! I have slept better on it than I have on any mattress in a very long time. It absorbs your movement so you don't wake your partner up, and it keeps us from getting too hot in the night because of the air flow! I highly recommend this mattress!

Got a new hip in April of this year and began to hate going to bed because I knew if I actually found a comfortable position & could sleep, I'd wake up stiff and in pain. After a week on the Purple, I'm sleeping much better and easily sleep on my new hip without pain. My back feels more aligned. The sheets are comfortable - glad they were free cause I don't think they're worth the hefty price (also my cats' claws pull strings in the fabric).

My wife was skeptical when we first talked about trying Purple because we hadn't had a great experience with other premium mattresses. However, she was willing to try it due to the 100-day guarantee. We both really like it! It's the right amount of firmness and softness both! No more back aches!

I have had issues with my shoulder for almost 20 years now, and it only made it worse when I slept on my side, which I love to do. After sleeping on the purple mattress for a few weeks my shoulder pain is all but gone!! It doesn't even really bother me during the day anymore! This mattress is AWESOME!!!!

We have officially owned the purple king mattress for one month now. It is by far the best sleep I've ever had. Seriously, we even find the dog napping on our bed constantly now! I am 6 months pregnant and was having to sleep with pregnancy pillow and in pain every morning before we got this bed. My husband's back pain is gone. Now I will tell you if you are like we were the first time we laid on it, I almost felt like every area of pain I had on my body had pressure on it. But that feeling only lasted the first night. Once we woke up, it was literally like it melted away. I never feel like I'm sinking or get hot in this bed. We also purchased the platform base. It was easy to assemble and gets the job done. I enjoy all the space underneath . I have already recommended this bed to anyone and everyone who asks. Do yourself the favor and take the plunge! Two side note: unpacking the mattress is just like the videos show. As soon as we cut open the purple plastic casing, it was ready to go. But the sucker is HEAVY and you will need some assistance. Also, given how heavy it is had we had to return it...I don't know how we owuld have. But luckily I wouldn't ever give this bed back!
