I cannot believe how supportive this mattress is - and without a box spring! It really does conform to even my low back when I'm lying on my back. I never thought the wire frame would be enough. Very happy I took the chance on Purple. Now we'll see how long it lasts. Fingers crossed!

I got the hybrid 3, the bed is awesome. For the past 10 years it has taken me 30 mins to be able to stand straight, in the morning, but now I wake up and I'm fine. The bed is so comfortable, both my wife and I love it. Sadly the delivery time for the sheets and pillows sucks. I've been sleeping on this bed for over a week already and still no purple pillow or sheets.

The best that I've ever bought I have bad back problems and really use all the pressure there is no pressure when I'm laying on the bed I wish I could just live in that bad it's such a great bed I've tried therapeutic music beds they didn't work this thing is the greatest bed

I love that I don't feel pressure points with the pillow. I have had trouble with not being able to get the back of my head comfortable with regular pillows. I thought the price was a little more than i wanted to pay but I had to find something. It also does not press against the side of my face if sleeping on my side. I do not find that it keeps my head cooler though and wish I could turn it over during the night, but only one side is for sleeping against your head. It is heavy, but when i travel i just put it in the bag it comes with and it travels well. It is not comfortable if I rest my shoulders on it though. It is only comfy using the extra blow up pad underneath and not another pillow underneath. I wish I could afford the mattress and that they had a full size mattress.

A note for improvement: The one beef I have with my Purple mattress is the side wall. Most mattresses have some reinforcements in their sidewalls. Once you roll to the edge of your bed, it doesn't collapse under you and you don't feel like rolling off the bed. Purple unfortunately doesn't have it. In the first couple of nights I woke up a couple of times feeling like rolling off the bed. Then I learned not to get that close to the edge. If you guys can, take a look at it in the next version! Thank you!

I purchased a King sized mattress and I am not impressed at all! My back still hurts, the bed is not at all what I expected. Before purchasing I watched many reviews and I was intrigued, but after sleeping on the bed for 30 days my husband and I have not felt any difference.

Not going to degrade this mattress because of my own personal opinion but I have not slept well on this mattress since it arrived at my home. Been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks and it is very uncomfortable. If I do actually fall asleep I wake up with numbness in my shoulders and arms. It does support lower back well but way to firm for a mattress that's filled with gel. Unfortunately I am sending it back .

We bought this because our mattress at the time was old and had a spring popping out. We did some reasearch and really liked the things people were saying about Purple and I liked the advertisements. We ordered a queen size and I have to tell you, it is sooo incredible! We've had one for a year now and my husband, who had back problems from injuries in the past, has had his Chiropractor notice the difference in his back since we started sleeping on it. The downside is that when we stay at a hotel I find the hotel mattress not very comfortable because I'm so used to sleeping on our wonderful Purple mattress!! It's such an amazing product and we got free sheets with it that are heavenly as well!! I've recommended Purple to many people and I think it's worth every cent!! We live in Canada and had no issues with delivery and it arrived on time!

The mattress was delivered by Fed Ex to the wrong house on the wrong day--there were conflicting emails from Purple and fed ex as to when it would arrive, had someone there to recieve it on what we were told was the delivery date by Fed ex. No one there when they delivered it a day early to accept it, so had to leave work way early to get it inside, since there has been a rashof package thefts from my neighborhood. It was delivered to a neighbor, someone I did not know, who was in this instance kind enough to call me. Fed Ex picked it up from a unknown neighbor, and delivered it the next day, which necessitated yet another day home from work. Got it inside unrolled it. Had called Purple a month or so before to find out if a plywood sheet could function in lieu of of a platform bed, since I love my bed frame and did not want to have to pay for a platform bedframe-either theirs or anyone elses, since i love my own bedframe. I was on hold for 25 minutes with Purple, finally gave up and selected option for someone to call me back. No one from Purple ever called me back. Used platform sheet in lieu of buying expensive platform bed. Mattressis way too hard. I have nerve imingement in my outer thigh, made it worse. It hurts my lower backand aggravates alumbar problem. My legs feel as if they have been ina curled up position for 12 hours straight, even though I have only been lying on the mattress for 7-8 hours. Very cramped. Am trying to give it more time, maybe there is an adjustment period? Will probably return. Will keep you posted.

I had been sleeping on a 10+ year old tempur pedic memory foam that was over 2 ft thick without sheets or comforter. Thus far with Purple its light, very straightforward and easy to set up. I'm not waking up sore and the mattress isn't as thick as a concrete foundation. It sleeps cool, which is a plus as I'm in the south, and fits well to how I sleep. I'm hoping it continues to perform this way so that I no longer have to look into other mattresses in the future.
