My husband and I are enjoying our Purple mattress. It took a few weeks for me to be comfortable on the mattress. I was used to a much softer bed, and because of my lighter frame (135lbs), the purple bed was not as soft for me as it is for my husband (185lbs). The mattress is very supportive. Now that we are used to the purple mattress, both of us are quite comfortable on it. We plan on keeping it.

We ordered the purple mattress and initially liked it a lot. After 8 months we started experiencing extreme pain due to two large dips in the bed. Our arms and legs felll asleep every night. We were assured this wouldn't happen again with the replacement mattress. Time will tell.

I was set on getting a Tempurpedic mattress and my husband convinced me to try the Purple - he is a hot sleeper. It definitely sleeps cool but adding an extra throw blanket is perfect for me too. I could not be happier. Sleep so sound and wake up refreshed. Never had good sleeping experiences until our Purple arrived.

I have to be honest I was super excited for this bed. Set up was easy, no smell ect. 1st night was great had the support I wanted. Im a few weeks in, and now Its like sleeping on the ground. Hard as a rock my back is killing me every morning I wake up or even wakes me up in the middle of the night. I wish I would have upgraded to the other bed that is softer but cant afford it.

Our old mattress was 15 years old. I thought my back was stiff and in pain because I am getting older, but I take good care of myself, stay active, eat right, yet my back was miserable. I was in a lot of pain, and it stayed with me all day. After one night's sleep my back pain was 85% gone. And over the next few days it disappeared completely. I wake up now feeling 10 years younger and have more energy.

Alot of people asked for reviews of Purple. I can say they are full of promises they can not deliver. I need to return my mattress for the firm option. It is not simple nor easy. In fact I will be without a bed for WEEKS if I chose to exchange it. If I am not happy with that mattress I am not allowed to return it. The only option of communication for the process is email. I get a response 24 hours or later from the time I send my email. The bed lacks support. The quality is poor. Do not waste your time! Purp lo e is NOT recommended by me

I have been on the original Purple for 3 weeks now. It definitely has helped my lower back pain. I still have issues as the day goes on, but I wake up pain free. It provides the proper balance of support. It truly does sleep cooler to neutral temperature.

After sleeping a few weeks on this thing I'm pretty sure it's woven of rainbow unicorn mane, held together by the laughter tears of a thousand elven babies and coated in the dreams of Care Bears. And that's just the science part. It feels a bit like you're floating on it actually. It doesn't really feel like you're sinking into anything, and yet all your pressure point areas feel perfectly comfortable. Lying on my side puts no pressure on my hip or shoulder, lying on my stomach doesn't hurt my neck or back, and lying on my back gives me perfect spinal alignment. I actually sometimes sleep without a pillow (which I never did before) because the mattress was actually more comfortable than my pillow! Also, getting up in the night doesn't create any jostling or vibrations to disturb it's other occupants. tl;dr This bed rocks. (It doesn't feel like rocks though...that would be bad. You get it.)

Before purchasing the purple mattress I had a memory foam mattress which I found very comfortable firmness-wise, but it slept very hot. My husband has back issues and was hoping to find relief with the purple mattress. Unfortunately after sleeping on it for a month he is in terrible and excruciating pain. We kept our old mattress and moved it to the guest room and he has actually slept in the guest room for the last two nights on our old mattress and his back has improved. I have had terrible numbness and pins and and needles in my limbs since sleeping on the purple mattress. I am a stomach sleeper and I've never had this problem before with our old mattress. I am so exhausted because I have been waking up in the middle of the night every night with numbness in one or both arms. I woke up at 6 am today with my arm completely numb. I couldn't even move it. After shaking it out I attempted to go back to sleep, but could not because every time I did my arm would start going numb again. The only positive thing I can say is that it sleeps much cooler than my old mattress.

We bought a tempurpedic mattress a couple of years ago and were redecorating our room so we purchased the purple mattress (Original) as part of our redecorating process and moved the tempurpedic mattress into the guest room. I knew we had been sleeping better on the purple mattress and were both feeling well rested and pain free when we got up, but had no idea how much better until the other night. I had to sleep in the guest room one night this week due to illness of my partner and had the worse night trying to sleep. I woke up several times during the night and just was not comfortable at all. Thank you guys for the best sleep ever.
