Stopped, by the cute ad on the internet where they're squashing eggs. Impressed, by independent online tests between Purple and Casper. Intrigued, by the 100 night trial. I want to say we were convinced after 1 night, but that sounds melodramatic, but... we were convinced after one night.

We're love our purple! We tried another bed on a box first and it was too firm for us but I was concerned about it the feel of the purple would be. We got the original, it is heaven. I also want to give a shout out to their customer service department. We did an exchange because though we loved the mattress we didn't love the split king. The process could not have been simpler and the difference in price was refunded immediately after we showed proof of donation. We have really had an amazing experience. I haven't had sleep this good in years, and I know it will hold up because my mother in law has been using one for 8 years and it's still going strong. Honestly we spent WAY too much time reading every possible review and watching a ton of videos comparing different mattresses. We should have gone with the purple from the beginning.

The mattress is amazing! My shoulder issue doesn't feel as severe, and I feel more rested than I have in a very long time. The shipping, however, was less than desireable. My package was delivered on the expected day, but it was brought to me in the back of a police car. It fell off the back of the FedEx truck at some point, but FedEx never contacted me. After about a week I called them and told them what had happened and how the package was destroyed, but the contents were fine. They didn't care about the fact the package was MIA for a week, so when they found out I had received it, they told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Anyway, great mattress! Poor shipping. Which isn't your fault. Soooooo, in closing, I recommend that everyone buys a purple mattress!

Enduring painful aches from changing from back sleeper to a side sleeper I was not getting the rest I need. It suggested that I purchase the Purple mattress. That was two years ago, we just received our purchase within a week. Easy to setup and no funny orders. To say the least I am pain free thanks to the Purple mattress. Both my spouse and I can sleep through the night and wake refreshed. Thank you Purple.

I have recently developed back and hip pain while sleeping. I tried several mattresses, and each one caused more pain. Then I bought a Purple mattress, and I have been sleeping much better. It is very comfortable, and has reduced my back pain. Purple was recommended by a friend, and I'm glad I tried it. I highly recommend this mattress.

I fully enjoy the Purple. My wife and I are sleeping relatively well on it, too. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I don't know if I liked my older mattress better when it was new... But y'know what - I think I didn't. I'm changing back. FIVE STARS!

I can't decide if this bed is too firm yet. It is more on the firm side, but the top layer gives where it needs to. If your used to a plush pillowtop, this will probably be too firm for you, otherwise I think most will really enjoy it. Love the sheets too!

I love it but my wife, a side sleeper, now has pain in her neck shoulders, knees and back. Our old mattress was a medium firm memory foam that we bought when she was pregnant. We both liked it but decided to give purple a try since we wanted to upgrade to a King. It's only been a few weeks so we're still hoping the purple proves it's advertizing! Side note details: we purchased the mattress protector but not the sheets and the mattress is on the ground till we get a new bed frame, if that makes any difference.

We came from a bob-o-pedic style mattress. It had originally been fine but it had dished over the years. The Purple felt different. It compresses differently when you lie on it and, to us, had more of a feel of a sprung mattress (but ours is not the one with coils).. We preferred it but not by a great deal. Over a couple of years the Purple mattress too dished (we are both slim build with the heaviest of us being under 150 lbs). We notified Purple and to my surprise, after asking us to jump through a couple of hoops, they replaced the bed. I have no idea, and Purple seemed to avoid saying, whether, we had a problem unit or whether they all suffer from this issue to some extent or another. The new one feels just the same as the old one. I commend Purple for their customer service but I do not know if all purple regular model beds will dish. There are two further comments. The bed is heavy and so is difficult to move around to change the sheets, even for those of us who go to the gym regularly. And without an array of mattresses to move between it is a highly subjective process to assess a new mattress when all it can be measured against is one different old mattress.

I've had my purple mattress for over a month now and I couldn't love it more. We have a high end sleep number bed in the other room and I honestly don't know which bed I prefer more. But the sleep number was three times the cost. :/. Get a purple! And if you can do it, get the adjustable bed frame. The gravity free position is so amazing.
