I have had hip pain since I was 12 years old (I'm 30 now). I have tried so many mattresses over the years but didn't find relief until the purple mattress. I was amazed to wake up after the first night with no hip pain. I have had the mattress a couple of weeks now and I am astonished with how good I feel. This mattress is AMAZING. It took me about a week to get used to it, but once i did it was FABULOUS. It also really helped for me to get my purple pillow in the mail after that first week. the combination of the 2 has COMPLETELY ERASED ALL OF MY CHRONIC NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN!!!!!! I'm not kidding! it definitely sleeps firmer than my squishy memory foam topper, but once you get used to the texture it is more amazing than any bed I've ever had. SO WORTH IT. I also have to give a shout out to all of the hilarious commercials... well done!

We bought a purple mattress in 2016, it was the largest, heaviest mattress I've ever picked up, and I worked for a moving company! It was perfect for my herniated disc and low back injury. But overtime covaved where I sleep (I am 6ft3in 250lbs). So purple hooked us up with our new mattress. This mattress is obviously slimmer and lighter. It doesn't seem to have the same support or comfort that our first mattress had.

I have slept on various beds before, from the temperpedic to iComfort by serta. This by far is the best sleep my wife and I have had. She is a lot smaller than ~120lbs and I am on the heavier side ~250lbs. Finding a bed that suited us both was has and we both had to settle on being uncomfortable. From sleeping to hot due to the mattress or uneven support due to firmness, it was a nightmare. I am glad to have seen the YouTube video for the egg test as that sparked my interest into trying the mattress as it came with a money back guarantee. Took one night, woke up without any stiffness or ache back, was amazed. Haven't slept this good in a long time! About 3 weeks in now, glad I made the switch! Took a bit to get used to the lower bed, but that can be easily fixed by spacing up the box spring. Bought the original Purple since it is stiffer. As long as it holds up well I will never switch away from it.

I had really high hopes for this bed. I moved to a new city and needed a new bed. I saw ads for the Purple mattress and loved the concept of it, so I thought I would give it a try. I definitely wasn't in love after the first night, which was a little disappointing. The bed is extremely firm. I think as a lighter weight person, I was not heavy enough to sink into the top layer of the bed. I'm 5'4'' 115lbs and my boyfriend is 6'2'' 170lbs, we both felt too light when laying flat on the bed. When you sit on the bed it seems so comfortable and sinks in quite a bit, but when you lay down and your weight distributes, it is much different. I read reviews that said to wait 30 days to adjust to the bed, but everyday I woke up sore and hurting. Also not sure if this is from the bed, but I could not sleep under the covers on this bed. I would wake up extremely hot and sweating. I thought the bed was designed to be cool, but it didn't seem that way. We even used the recommended sheets. I wear a Fitbit when I sleep, and I was restless/waking up 30 or more times every night. The one thing I liked about the bed is that the transfer of motion was very minimal. After about a month and a half, we decided to return the bed and get a different one. After reading some of the other reviews and learning about the return process, I was a little worried. We decided we would drop the mattress off for donation instead of having them come pick it up. Some reviews mentioned they no show a lot, and we didn't want to have to deal with that. By taking it ourselves, the return process was super easy! I took the mattress to the Salvation Army, they signed a receipt, I emailed a picture of the receipt to Purple, and they issued me a refund the next day. Took less than 24 hours for the entire process. From our experience, Purple has great customer service/return assistants!

I got my Purple Mattress about a month ago and the only criticism I have is...I can barely tare myself away from it!!!! I love it SOOOOOOOO much!!! No more back aches! No pressure point pain. I've been shopping for a mattress forever. I've been convinced that half of the body ache problems that people suffered during the day is due to sleeping on a bad mattress. Purple proved that to be RIGHT! I finally found my place of comfort on Earth! I LOVE MY PURPLE MATTRESS! It IS my comfort zone!!!! Thank you!!!!!

The purple mattress was very easy to and package and lay on our foundation. We have slept on it for approximately 14 days and it is the best sleep I have had for a long time. Our old mattress was 15 years old so it was time for us to invest in a new sleeping system. Very glad I decided to go with the purple mattress.

We have been sleeping on the Purple Mattress for over 2 months now. We first started our having to put in on our old box springs while we waited for the base to arrive, we were not impressed ready to send it back. The Base made a big difference but the thing that made the biggest difference was when we got the Purple Pillow and Purple Sheets, once we purchased these we really started loving the mattress. With out the sheets and pillows you really can't take full advantage of all the bed has to offer. I have 10 bad disc in my back and both Knees need to be replaced, it has been years since I have sleep through the night after we got all the parts of the bed life has been great!! I'm sleeping through the night and waking up feeling great less in less pain.
