I am now obsessed with purple and their products. As soon as I laid down in it I wanted to go straight to sleep it was that comfortable especially if you buy purple's Bamboo sheets to go with it. OMG you talk about the most comfortable thing you've ever slept on. I love how your body just sinks into the bed without giving you that quicksand feel that most memory foam mattress give you. As soon as you get up the mattress goes right back to how it was and doesn't leave impressions. I weigh about 115 lbs my husband weighs about 235 and we are both very happy with this mattress and it works great for both of us. I would suggest that if you weigh more than 250 you should try the purple 2 mattress but anything under the original purple will be just fine. There is still an adjustment period for some people. That's why purple has a 100 day trial. Not everyone loves this mattress instantly. Some of you may still need time to adjust and you're still waking up sore in the morning. Believe it or not it's because your spine is getting use to being straight. It's kind of like it choir class when you have to sit up straight all period and although it's so good for your spine it hurts in the beginning when your getting use to it. Same thing. Sounds crazy I know but when we first got this mattress that's how it was for us. it was so comfortable we would doze right off and go straight to sleep but we hated how we would still wake up sore in the morning. It took about 30 nights for us to get use to it and not wake up sore in the morning anymore. Now we wake up so refreshed and feel great. Give it a chance. If you don't like it you can always return it. You won't be sorry.

This mattress is the best mattress I have ever owned. I was always tossing and turning in my old mattress, it came to a point where I would have to wake up in the middle of the night to get comfortable again. Purple has made my nights way better I've woke up in the same position I went to bed in. I'm recommending it to my co-workers, friends, and family because this is by far the best mattress in the world. Thank you!

I've been struggling with chronic neck pain and arthritis. I used to wake up 3-4 times a night to change positions and would wake up with numbness in my arms and a headache. This mattress is the most comfortable and supportive I've ever slept on. I've only had it a week, but it's already improved my quality of sleep, and thus my quality of life, substantially. Am telling everyone I know about it.

It was great at first, overtime I believe heat and pressure made this mattress weak. I live in hot south Florida and can't escape from heat during the daytime and when trying to conserve energy bill. Now I can't stop tossing and turning, I am very disappointed with the life span of the mattress.

We love the mattress particularly the no hot spot sensation and super even support and the Dogs love it too. But... Don't buy the Purple sheets or pillowcases The sheets don't fit and the pillowcases fit even worse. The Purple sheets are too small to tuck in on the sides, they stretch like elastic but of course wont stay tucked in any better then a rubber band would. The pillow cases on the Purple linen set with the Purple pillows in them are way too big, or the pillows way too small. there must be a one foot tail on the pillowcase with the pillow in it..

At first I was mega excited to sleep on a comfortable bed. And it was mega comfy but for some reason I couldn't sleep. I would sleep for two hours and wake up. After about a month or so I started knocking out the second I was on the bed. It was great, it takes a while to adjust but worth every penny.

Two important points about my purple. First, there is no question but that some of the minor aches I experienced during the night and upon waking on my old mattress were almost completely absent with my purple. Second, for some years now I have been experiencing a stuffy nose at night, to the point that I have been wearing the Breath Easy strips on my nose to improve breathing, for several years. With my purple, for reasons that I cannot explain, I no longer need the Breath Easy strips. Perhaps it was toxicity from the old mattress, but whatever was causing it, it disappeared since I've been sleeping on my purple. This has made an enormous and positive difference in my sleep.

Purchased a selection of face masks for myself and the family after receiving an internal special offer email from Purple, the strap failed and broke rendering the mask useless as I was unable to even tie it back together (broke inside the stitched fabric). I hope the 5 masks don't similarly fail like the first one! It broke after approximately 60 minutes of wear time... dissatisfied.

I cannot believe how supportive this mattress is - and without a box spring! It really does conform to even my low back when I'm lying on my back. I never thought the wire frame would be enough. Very happy I took the chance on Purple. Now we'll see how long it lasts. Fingers crossed!

We replaced an expensive hybrid coil/memory foam/pillow top mattress that was less than 3 years old with the purple mattress and it is amazing! My husband and I are both experiencing better sleep and less pain because of the purple mattress. I also purchased the purple mattress cover and sheets - super stretchy and so so soft! I also love that the sheets stay super tight on the mattress - no bunching and no slipping off the corners. We love our purple mattress!
