I don't think my wife and I were so eager to receive something in the mail as we were with the Purple bed. From the first night we got it, I have slept better then ever. I average about 4-5 hours of sleep a day and now wake up feeling better then my previous mattress. My wife who has numerous pains and aches now has less pain because of how the bed supports her body. Now we are just waiting for the pillows.

This bed is perfect in every way, shape, and form. We got the base model and two Purple pillows. We are so in love with the whole set! My fiancé will get up in the middle of the night and I can't feel a thing when he moves. My back problems have basically disappeared. The only con is that you won't be able to sleep soundly on any other mattress besides your Purple mattress. That's a fact. I'll drive 4 hours home just to have a good nights sleep.

I had to rewrite this... this is bed is so good, my review sounded like I was writing my girlfriend an anniversary card. I. Love. This. Bed!! Oh wait.. "We" love this bed. My girlfriend and myself purchased this bed together for our first bed purchase ever. Right away the first night, I slept better then I had in probably 4 or 5 years (my bed was probably well done like a potato). We use our sleep mask every single night too. I never would have taken myself for a sleep mask type of guy, but hey! When in Rome right?! You guys did a fantastic job with the overall delivery, sales pitch, you name it, you guys did it. I applaud you. I love this bed so much, my friend tell me I should be a promoter, because I Snapchat atleast 2 twice a day on this dang dream machine. Oh, really quick! We also purchased the purchased the protector and the sheets. Also a very satisfied purchase! Thanks Purple Peoples!

We bought this mattress because of the free trial period...nothing worse than being stuck with a horrible mattress for years! If a company has an exceptional product their not afraid to offer you a great warranty. DON'T BE SCARED!!! Best mattress we have ever had.

The ordering process was great. We ordered the Purple Bed2, platform, sheets, and mattress protector. We also received a free pillow with the purchase of the bed. We honestly haven't even slept on the mattress yet. We just got the mattress tonight at 9:30pm through a sketchy "free white glove delivery." We received all the other items we ordered two weeks ago. The distribution company named Mantis delivery services hired another company to actually deliver the mattress. The distribution company finally called to set up delivery four days ago to be delivered today at 1:00. I took off work to be here when it was delivered. The delivery service hadn't showed up yet at 2:15 so I called the distribution company back. They said the delivery wasn't ever set up. I told them they had called and asked if 1:00 today would work to deliver the mattress. The distribution company called the delivery company and verified that the mattress was to be delivered but couldn't get ahold of them and basically told me sorry but not our problem. I then called Purple and spoke to someone that apologized all over the place and gave me a number to call. I called the number and finally got ahold of the delivery guy. He was eight hours away in a different state! He said he'd be here by 6:00. Mind you it was now 2:15 and he told me he had two other stops before he got to our house. Well, the mattress finally got here at 9:30pm. The deal was to have the delivery guys take the new mattress in and hawk the old mattress away. Well, the guy showed up with his tiny girlfriend and that's it. He asked where the mattress was going. I told him it was supposed to go upstairs. The guy looked at me and said they told me there was no stairs! I told him that's why I did the whole " free white glove delivery and hawl out!" He said he'd give it a shot. I told him my son and I would help out too. Well, the guy goes back to the truck and pulls out this huge king size bed box! Yes a box! Not what they show in all the videos! We live in a old hose with a finished master bedroom upstairs. We went with the Purple Bed because it advertised coming in a tube you cut open and it expands ect. I told the guy that I didn't think we'd be able to get a king size mattress up the stairs due to the angle and head room going up the stairs. The guy said he thought he could squish the bed in half if we helped. We were able to get the bed upstairs after a lot of grunting and effort. Totally not part of the deal. The guy did hawl away the old bed. In short, the bed and products seem good but the communication between Purple and the delivery process is terrible. If I was to do it again, I'd just have it delivered to my door. It's be quicker and WAY less hassle. Also, the pillow does have a very strong smell. I washed it with warm water and detergent like the directions say but it still smells. I called the company on this issue and they immediately told me they would send me another pillow. I thought that was good of them just holes it doesn't smell too. Hopefully the bed is good. We'll see!!

I've had trouble sleeping since I was a kid, and while my original Purple mattress doesn't magically make it all better, this is simply the best I've ever slept. I still toss and turn, but it's a lot less often, and it's a lot easier to get back to sleep. The frame isn't totally silent, but it's nice and quiet when I do toss, which is no small fete under my 300 lbs! The sheets stretch more than I believed they would, and so far have maintained their shape nicely. And while the pillow is very comfortable, it's simply too low for me to use alone. This wasn't cheap, I admit that. But I'm very happy with the purchase. I have a mostly-regular sleep routine for the first time in my life, and I feel much better than ever before, every morning. I'd recommend this to any friend, and to you, stranger on the internet. Have realistic expectations, and this mattress will exceed them. Just don't expect magic.

The purple mattress (king size) is very supportive and comfortable. We used our existing box springs as support and it works fine. The height (thickness) of the purple mattress is smaller than our previous mattress and the old mattress cover fits loosely. We plan on buying the mattress cover from purple and avoid the wrinkles.

I'm disappointed I don't sleep better. I was really hoping this mattress would be the answer to helping me be more comfortable at night so I can sleep better. Even with an adjustable power base I still can't find a comfortable sleeping position with my back pain and sometimes neck.

I'm getting no support at all from this mattress after only a few months. They say they'll keep replacing my mattress, but I'm on the second one and after six months there's no lower back support. I just want *one* mattress that supports my back. Honestly, really wanted to invest money into a mattress this time for the sake of my health and I feel as though that money went down the drain.

We purchased the 2" bed approximately 30 days ago. My husband is a back sleeper and says his lower back pain has almost stopped hurting since sleeping on this bed. I agree that sleeping on my back or stomach, this bed is nice. Unfortunately, I am a side sleeper and this bed makes my hips hurt. I wake up 2 or 3 times per night from pain and have to flip to the other side.
