I am the cheapest person alive but also willing to try anything that allows me to wake up pain free. So I was hesitant to try the purple mattress bc I just didn't want to spend the money. I'm so glad I did. The first night with the purple was the first time I've slept through the night in years. I didn't wake up completely pain free but felt better than I have in a long time. I now own the mattress, sheets (they're AMAZING!) the seat cushion and 3 purple pillows. As crazy as this sounds, this mattress has changed my life for the better. It's amazing what a night of good sleep can do for you. Purple has a loyal customer for life.

I was skeptical about buying a mattress without having tried it out in person but the Purple really blew me away. It was instantly more comfortable than my old box spring. I could never seem to make it through a night without sweating but with this mattress I wake up dry and rested. Thank you Purple!

Got my bed back in September 2018 and fell in love. All pain immediately disappeared, we were sleeping like babies through the entirety of the nights. However, since April of 2020 I purchased a "platform bed" frame from purple for more storage and now I cannot sleep longer than 1-2 hours every night constantly waking up due to discomfort of the bed. It feels as if it no longer has the support my body needs. I'm 5"10 180 so I know I haven't really broken it down myself with a 10 year warranty. Just wish I could've had the honey moon phase longer than a year and a half.

I love this bed it supports in all the right places and my back dose not hurt when i wake up in the morning but my only problem with it is I am 6 foot tall so when I lay on my side or my stomach with my arm under my head my toes dangle off the bottom of the bed. With my old queen Serta sleeper the mattress was about 2-3 inches longer then the queen purple mattress but I am single so the my easy solution is to lay at an angle and take up the whole bed my next would be to buy the next size up which in the future i will definitely do, I have highly suggested this mattress to all my friends and a few are considering buying one.

In 2019 we were shopping for a new mattress to replace our 15 year old Simmons Beauty Rest. I was intrigued by the Purple mattress but was a bit reluctant because it was quite a bit different from other mattresses. Because my son had just purchased a Casper mattress and was very pleased with it we decided to by the Casper. My wife loved the Casper but I thought it was just okay. Fast forward 3 years and I am waking up with shoulder and hip pain. Then I remembered the Purple Goldilocks commercial from 3 years earlier talking about shoulder and hip soreness. I thought we should give the Purple a try. I felt a difference the first night, no more shoulder or hip pain. We've been sleeping on it for about 6 weeks now and absolutely love it. My only regret is not buying it 3 years ago. Be aware though not to use a mattress topper because it defeats the purpose of the Purple grid. My wife installed a one inch mattress topper and I experienced the same shoulder and hip soreness immediately. We removed the mattress topper and I was back to painless sleeping. Great mattress, you should give it a try. With the 100 day trial period you've got nothing to lose.

I have had my purple original mattress for almost exactly 1 year. I noticed about 1 week in I wasn't sleeping so good so I figured I just had to break it in. After about 1 month I started sleeping normally but about 2 months ago I noticed I was having the worst back pain Lowerand upper and hip pain ever ( I am a side sleeper) and I haven't been able to fix the issue. I try sleeping in different positions but nothing helps. Purple should have a 1 year guarantee . I was such a believer telling EVERYONE that I had a Purple mattress and now I am totally disappointed in Purples sleep quality. Now I'm researching more mattresses and trying to figure out how to get rid of this one .

I have had several back surgeries and have had problems sleeping on other mattresses and believe me I have tried quite a few of them. In the first week I experienced better sleep and less back pain. I would strongly recommend giving Purple a try to my friends and family.

We did enjoyed the purple but it didn't help my husband and I. Due to, we have chronic pain. And it wasn't made for us. It made us have more pain then ever. But thanks to team purple for giving us the opportunity to give a try. I have no negative remarks about purple. But you just have to try it if you like it... once again, thank you very much team purple!

This is probably my fault but based on online reviews and ads, I was expecting a bed which fulfilled all my needs. The most important need was to wake up without back pain. The purple bed fulfills this need and a result, I will be keeping the bed. But the purple bed is not as comfortable as I was expecting. I have woken up to arm numbness and I can tell I most of my pressure is now on my shoulders. I am a 6'2", 265lbs side-sleeper. I wake up throughout the night to flip over to my other side a few times a night. I am not getting the most rested night of sleep as a result. But I am not waking up with back pain.

I delayed writing a review until a full three months had passed by even though I noticed the results within the first two weeks. I have a bad back stemming from a motorcycle accident when I was in my twenties. The decades have not been kind and I have had terrible sleep for years. We tried memory foam and expensive air mattresses and I only had limited relief. With the Purple Mattress I have significantly less back pain overall, but specifically less hip and shoulder pain that would wake me up in the middle of the night. I am very pleased with the purchase and would heartily recommend to anyone looking for a new bed.
