This is bed is great in every way I can think of. It was an excellent price compared to the garbage we got 10 years ago from those rip off mattress stores, its easier to setup then what we had, its very comfortable to sleep on and don't notice any movement while sleeping on it from from my spouse on the other side. The actual fabric covering the mattress can actually COME OFF by easily unzipping the top off, which was so smartly designed I was so shocked when I noticed how easily it came off, literally only took a minute to un-zip it, even with the bed being a touch on the heavy side, and then the mattress fabric can just be washed in the washing machine. This is how every bed should be designed, so smart and comfortable!

Hands down the best mattress I've ever owned. Worth every penny and then some My husband has a bad back and every few years we have to replace our mattress with hopes that he will stop tossing and turning all night keeping me up too. We've both slept 8+ hours straight through for the first time in years. Super comfortable. Just enough softness not to feel like sleeping in a board but enough firmness so I don't wake up sore.

After my Military injuries I would always toss and turn at night and wake up in pain. I would haft to say this is the first time since the injury happened that I haven't woke up in pain. Three of my friends that I also recommend buy your bed love theirs as well.

My main bed at home is a Double Purple and I just love it!!! So, while on my travels six months a year I wanted the same bed, but you know, Airstream. Most trailers in the 25 foot range have a corner that is curved.....my single purple bed is perfect there too! The mattress is so good, I really didn't need the warranty.

Best mattress I have ever slept on , and the purple staff is by far the best I have ever dealt with , professional and friendly they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied can't say enough good things about Purple wish I'd bought one years ago NO more pressure points! Just comfort

Was on my 2nd queen sized mattress (loved my first one) and couldn't figure out why after a year I was getting terrible sleep, no support, woke up sore etc. Emailed purple and did an in home test, they replaced my mattress in a hurry (it was defective) couldn't be happier with them. Thanks guys! Will definitely buy again when I'm in need of another!

I am writing this review after only one night on my Purple mattress... I AM IN LOVE!!! A little background on me. I am a single (mention that cause I sleep alone not for dating purposes lol) 30 y/o male, 5'8", 190 lbs (more muscle than fat) stomach sleeper. I am an Army Vet and an RN in an ER (more on that later). First, to address the picture of the Purple blade. I don't know if I was just excited and wasn't taking my time, but I got the under portion (not pictured) of the safety blade under the plastic and as I was straddling the mattress I was cutting down and between my legs, as I was going along the plastic piece broke and the blade went right into my thumb!!! :( Now, I am not blaming Purple for this. I should have been cutting away from my body and did it a little safer, but I still wanted to put that in the review so future buyers can learn from my silly mistake....and so you don't get blood on your pretty new white mattress (luckily I didn't). Anyways, the Army, working in healthcare, being a stomach sleeper, and when I was overweight (260 lbs) has put a number on my lower back. I started working out more and lost over 70 lbs and STILL had back pains. So I started doing research for a new mattress. I previously slept on a cheap no-name inner-spring mattress that was several years old. I found that what I needed was a firmer mattress that maintained my spinal alignment - enter Purple. Love at first sight (lay down). I haven't had a full night of straight sleep in years!!! I constantly have to try to lay on my back with a pillow under my thighs to take the pressure off my lower back (a position that is IMPOSSIBLE for me to sleep in) or lay on my side with a pillow between my legs; eventually going back to my stomach and waking in pain. Last night was probably the best night of sleep I have ever had!!! I will say that I am still a little achy and it is my thought that I will still need some time for my body to adjust to the mattress as my spine has been out of wack for years. Purple even stated this in its instruction paper that some people need up to 30 days to fully adjust, so I am optimistic that the pain will subside completely in that timeframe. Purple is exactly as advertised and has exceeded my expectations. The mattress cradles my body perfectly in the correct areas without a feeling of sinking, stays cool (I also sleep hot), and just feels like my spine is in perfect alignment which creates it's famous "floating" sensation. I just cannot state enough how happy I am with this mattress and I would highly recommend it for stomach sleepers. I saw Purple's other options with a taller purple grid and all the other bells and whistles, but I stayed with OG mattress as it is my interpretation that this was the firmest options they offered. Very satisfied with my selection. I hope this review was helpful. Definitely recommend doing your own research, read reviews, watch videos via YouTube with multiple people, and see what is the best option for you (and your spouse if applicable), but I definitely recommend Purple for my fellow stomach sleepers and it even feels great in the other positions. If you're considering it, go for it! You spend 1/3 of your entire life sleeping. Treat yourself!!! Oh and my dog loves it too lol

Wish I could even say it felt like foam but since I couldn't even get it upstairs because of the weight I had no choice but to return it. I even wrote the company asking for an earlier return date because of this. I'm still waiting on my instructions, 3 weeks later. Will never buy something of this caliber by mail again.

We bought your mattress as a result of reviews from friends and online research. First thing I noticed was the immediate comfort. No matter what position I am in, it's the right one! Next came the "temperature neutral" aspect of the Purple. Darn skippy it's temp neutral. Cold nights, hot nights...didn't matter. I am normally a hot sleeper and ever since we got your mattress I am comfortable all stinking night regardless of blanket or comforter. Here is were your product destroyed my life; I started getting such good sleep that I kept sleeping through my alarm. It didn't take long for my boss to get tired of my tardiness before he fired me. Because I was unemployed I lost my house and cars not long after. Well the wife wasn't about to stick around with some jobless loser who sleeps all the time in his ultra comfortable mattress, so she left me for some dweeb that still has a spring mattress. Well here I am living in my parent's camper (they still don't know) with only my Purple and my phone (that's what I'm writing this review with). I'm hungry, alone, and not sure what the future holds for me, but at least I'm well rested. If you want to ensure you never sleep so sound you lose everything go ahead and buy the old school mattresses. If you're wanting the best nights sleep ever...grab a Purple. All kidding aside, the wife and I love it and will never go back to the spring style mattresses ever again.

We are so pleased with our purchase of the Purple mattress! The customer service rep who helped us went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got the mattress a week before our son's spinal surgery. The first night he slept on it (pre-surgery) he was able to fall asleep right away and woke up the next morning very happy with the mattress! After his extensive surgery, it has provided him with firm but comfortable support for his spine. We do have it on an adjustable bed frame, which I think has also made a difference in the level of comfort as well. We couldn't be happier with the Purple mattress! My husband and I are going to be buying one for ourselves soon!
