I have the original purple mattress and as advertised, it is a great mattress for hot sleepers such as myself. It does take some time to get used to, especially if you previously had a mattress that did not provide support like the purple mattress does. Highly recommend for hot sleepers and those looking for a supportive mattress.

We bought The Purple Mattress, two pillows, the mattress protector and two sets of bedding. Everything is great quality and The quality of our sleep has increased so much. The pillow is undeniably great but a little flat for my liking so I am going to pass my purple pillow to my spouse as soon as the fluffier purple pillow comes out and buy myself two of those. There was a hiccup with the bedding and the delivery date but the costumer service more than made up for it. The only improvement I would suggest is to remove purple's Estimated delivery date and just have people click on the tracking number to get this information directly from the company doing the delivery so there's no confusion but other than that, great products, great service and great company, I will buy again and I would recommend Purple to everyone.

We've had this bed for a month now and my husband and I both love it more everyday. It is a bit more firm than I expected, but all of your curves just sink into it and it cradles all the right places. I used to wake up stiff and sore every morning and did not think it was abnormal. However, I do not wake up like this anymore and I sleep so soundly during the night. I sleep on my back/ front/sides equally and have found every position to be just as comfy on this bed. This mattress is much more solid (and heavy!) than I expected, which really gives it a quality feel. It is much heavier than a regular mattress and a bit more awkward to move since it is pretty flexible. I recommend not opening the package until you get it into the room where you want it. Also, despite what it seems like when it arrives in the packaging, it is a full, 10-12 inch thick mattress and it expands instantly upon opening, no waiting for it to take shape like memory foam pads/mattresses. I HIGHLY recommend giving this bed a try!

My wife and I have been through a few mattress over the years. I have some back and hip pain which I now believe came from the mattresses we were using. My wife had to sit up half the night to sleep and toss and turn the rest for yrs. I then saw this small ad on the purple mattress and couldn't pass up on the "if your not satisfied 100 day money back guarantee". They also ship it for free, rolled up and you just lay it on the bed cut the plastic and it unfolds on the frame, simple! The video they show is "matter of fact" and if they are confident then I thought there is something to this because you don't get that from any other mattress store I've bought from. The very first night my wife slept through the whole night on her back and woke up with no hip, back or neck pain!! I had the best night sleep that I could remember also with no pain in my hip or back. It has been a month and this is no doubt the best mattress we have had. I will never buy any other mattress I will tell everyone I know to buy this mattress. The mattress is really great quality and the technology is cool, but it just isn't working for us. I'm 120 pounds and just don't feel like I sink into it enough. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulders just hurt from the pressure. Interestingly, my husband is 220 pounds and basically has the same complaint. We've been sleeping on it for close to a month now. We were hoping that we would adjust to it over time, but we're both waking up sore and achy. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll need to return it, which I'm very thankful is an option.

I'm in love This is totally the best mattress I've ever slept on much less owned. I was a bit skeptical about it at first, with purple "plastic" on top! But now that I have it I'm very impressed. I slept like a baby from the very start and it continues every night. My only problem now is trying to get out of bed in the morning! I highly recommend this mattress to everybody that's looking for support and a very comfortable sleep. Thank you team purple!

My husband and I were very excited for a new bed after we moved. We decided to get the zero gravity new purple mattress. After buying it, it's frustrating to know they are basically impossible to move. Due to the structure of the bed being limp and 200lbs. Now it has been 8 months since buying the mattress and we got a mattress topper to go on it which is very disappointing for the price. Apparently I don't weigh enough to sink into the bed properly. (My husband has no issues; I'm 112 he's 260) The mattress would cause me lower back pain very frequently and shoulder/neck pain rarely. My husband had none of these issues. Cooling on the mattress is great and was almost too cold for me during winter.

I bought the Hybrid 3 after watching many purple videos and talking my husband into this mattress. I thought it would be perfect and would hold up well compared to others we have had. I am a side and back sleeper and he is a stomach and side sleeper, and we both wake up in so much pain every day. We didn't return it before the trial period because we wanted to be sure that it wasn't us needing to adjust to it. Needless to say, big mistake! My back aches everyday after sleeping in this bed. My husbands shoulders ache. Every time we sleep in another bed for a night, we wake refreshed. This bed is terrible! Do not spend all the money on it.

My mattress was delivered before my bedframe that I had ordered and I had to look at this mattress for five days before I could get the bed and put it together and when I finally put it on the frame I was not disappointed this bed is exactly what they said it was. As a heavier person I was looking for a mattress that didn't get hot. it always seems that I sweat when I'm sleeping on my other mattresses. But with this mattress I have not been sweating at night and it is very comfortable. I love this mattress

So far, it has been a most comfortable bed, much better than the all foam ones I was used to. My back already feels better in the morning, I used to wake up sore. My only issue is I sat at home all day on two separate days when it said my bed was supposed to arrive, both times it changed from "Arriving" to "Pending" and then no other information was given. Finally it arrived, 10 days after leaving on a random day. Glad I was able to get someone to go by and put it in my house
