This mattress is in my guest room. We have a toddler and a newborn so sometimes I stay on the guest room to sleep through the night on the purple mattress. I tend to wake up with less back pain. As a consumer, I am still waiting to see Purple's response to the questions around the white plastic particles that seem to be unanswered. I'm not necessarily concerned, but I will look forward to hearing details that respond to some people's concerns.

I was skeptical at first making this investment. I bought a mattress, two of the hybrid pillows, and a seat cushion for my wheelchair that I am temporary having to use. They are all worth the investment that you won't be disappointed in making. They have a 100 night test, well I won't be returning any of it. 5 Stars easy.

After much contemplation about buying a mattress online and not being able to try it first, we decided to go for it based on the 100 day return option. We are very pleased with the mattress. I sleep on my stomach and side, my husband on his back. I loved it immediately. The normal pressure point pain from side sleeping was gone the first night. It took my husband a couple of weeks to get used to it. He feels it sleeps warm. I'm always cold so I don't mind it. We have turned down the temperature of our home by two degrees and he's much more comfortable and I'm not too cold. We are pleased with the decision to give it a try and would consider buying again.

My husband and I are so happy that we went with the purple mattress! The comfort of the purple mattress is like no other. I look forward to going to bed at night and not waking up with any aches! It truly is magical! It really is as easy as purple says! It didn't take long at all to get the mattress and set up was super easy! The customer service is outstanding. I want to buy all purple products!!

I sleep so hot that my thermal image would look like a Game of Thrones dragon had 'taken me out'. The Purple is amazing and a total smashing success for a cool, non-barbecued sleep. That is a downright miracle. Foam beds and any other bed-in-box (Casper,Puffy, etc.) mattresses cook me @ 500 degrees. I am burning up by the morning. Not so (at all!) with the Purple. However, b/c I am under 120 pounds and an exclusive side-sleeper, I found that the Purple original (even after a month) still hurt my shoulders and lower back. I wish I was a back sleeper or just 50 pounds heavier! I tried the Purple for six weeks and had to return it for that reason- it was too firm for me and either numbed my shoulders/hips/back with a feeling of being compressed in the a.m. or... those areas just plain hurt after a night of sleep. But I was cool!

Mattress is fine, but unfortunately I'm rating on my entire buying experience. I've been given multiple delivery dates, taking time/days off from work for delivery and it didn't come. This happened 2x with our first mattress, then we had to exchange it due to a sizing issue, now again I was told the 2nd replacement mattress was due to today, so I stayed home from work and it never came! This is unacceptable! Missing work means less gas, less food, less money for my family. For this to happen 3x now is unreal. I hope this gets fixed.

My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on a Cal King Purple matress for about two months now. Initially, I was a little worried it was'nt as amazing as the hype surrounding it. Like anything worthwhile, this matress has an adjustment period. By about the third week, I realized I really was sleeping so much better than on any other mattress I'd had prior. I feel like I'm sleeping in longer spans than I used to (ie; not waking up to readjust my pained spine 50 times a night). To my detriment, I am having some pretty vivid and intense dreams now, not all of them are welcomed, and so is my boyfriend. There is'nt a "no bad dream" guarantee with this mattress, so be warned, your dreams may become stranger and crazier than normal because you're actually allowed to gain some real REM cycles! That is literally the only downside I have found, and that really can't be fixed by complaining to customer service (not that I tried that...I swear!). In short, when friends have asked about my experience so far, I tell them that this bed is the perfect mix of firm and soft and it really can't be explained without trying it yourself. I'm a happy customer! Oh, and the Purple pillow? I'm not a big fan, but my boyfriend thinks it's literally the greatest pillow ever to grace the planet.

Set up that I paid for was not done. I had to do it myself after spending a small fortune with your company. It was not appreciated as I was out of town and the task was left to my wife and 11 year old son. Other than that, I love the mattress and power bases.

We have had this mattress just over a week and we absolutely love it and are so happy we decided to purchase. We had purchased a new mattress before and it was just awful. We had wished we kept our old sucken pillow top one because it was so bad. So if you have any kind of joint pain, arthritis, anything, this is the mattress you need in you life.

Honestly, don't do it. This bed is way to comfortable. Add the purple sheets and it's over. You won't want to leave the bed. It's really hard to turn off your alarm and get up for work. It's so easy to sleep in and forget plans you made. Think twice before you take the plunge. Also: this is a firmer mattress. I initially jumped for a hybrid premier thinking I would love it because I'm a side sleeper but I was frustrated that my back hurt every morning. Switching back to something closer to the original (firmer) was my fix. Couldn't be happier!!
