When my husband and I decided to get a new bed we did a little research on what beds were top rating and looked at reviews and asked the military community for honest reviews on this bed. My husband wasn't sold at first about what was considered a bed in a box, but still allowed me to order it since there was a 120 night guarantee. We upgraded from a Serta I comfort to the purple original and it was the best decision we've made in a while. The bed is super comfortable and really hugs are hips right when were sleep, I love also the temperature of the bed. My husband has said every night for the last 3 weeks that this was the bed decision we've made in a while and he's getting better sleep now. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone!

I had heard about Purple for years, I always wanted to get one and when I moved I finally made the choice and I couldn't be happier! The purple mattress along with their weighted blanket have definately helped me with my sleeping issues so I'd highly recommend it to anyone

We got the bed, just like anyone else. FedEx guy hauls it up to the door, knocks, and immediately leaves. There's a massive 110lb cylinder sitting outside. We were excited! After opening, which it was easy just as all the other reviews say, we slept that night like a dream. After about a week, my wife still hadn't gotten used to a more firm bed (6 out of 10 is a fair assessment), we like soft plush things usually. She actually said, I am not sure this bed is all its cracked up to be. Now well over a month of sleeping on it, we ave come to the conclusion that we have never slept better. This bed is heaven. Additionally, we have had a couple nights over the past month and a-half that we had to sleep on a different bed, and we slept awful. THIS BED IS SO WORTH IT.

Our last bed was a pillow top mattress that ended up forming pockets where my wife and slept. I slept on my stomach which caused me to have back pains. Also these pockets made me really hot. Since have the purple mattress there hasn't been a single morning that I've had to stretch my back from back pains. Zero regrets buying it. Also the purple pillow has been a game changer too.

We purchased the Purple Queen mattress and have been sleeping on it for over three months now. One major selling point was the 100-night sleep test. Sure beats trying one on a showroom floor! Our previous name-brand mattress was about eight years old. Almost every night, I'd wake up with pain in my hip due to arthritis. After about one month on the Purple, I noticed the pain was no longer an issue. My wife still has some back pain, but much less sleeping on the Purple. We both agree we're sleeping more comfortably. This review would not be complete without mentioning the price. We spent a lot more for our last mattress. It's still hard to believe we have a quality mattress for such a reasonable price. Granted, the Purple may not be for everyone, but it's the best mattress we've ever owned. I'd recommend giving it a test in your own bedroom. It truly has earned the five-star review.

So I shared this on face book, we ordered our bed on a Thursday night by Friday morning wehad an email saying shipped. I thought it would be monday before it shipped. We got it on the next wed. We are truck drivers. Team, so our truck never stops. It only took about ten min to let it settle and expand. Not the same with foam. Foam takes forever. We have a weenie dog that would not get off the bed. So Ihad to buy a purple seat cushion and make a dog bed. He is happy. Also we would both wake with pain with the old mattress, with this one, no pain, also we do not feel. The bad roads of America, we have already ordered on for my sister that has medical problems. We've had our mattress for about two weeks. There is a ridge in the middle of the bed that pushes us the outside edge. I assumed it was from the packing and would eventually flatten out. This ridge forces me on my back, which in turn causes me to sweat all night long. The moisture on the mattress is causing it to release and produce an outgas smell. So far things are not going to well. I'm starting to think there is a defect, but I'm willing to wait it out and see if the ridge goes away...

At this time I'm giving the Purple mattress 3 stars because the quality, structure, and appearance are all good . But I have to deduct a couple of stars for comfort. For me, it's just too hard! I will continue to use it for the duration of the sleep trial and hope to adjust to the firmness. My husband doesn't find it as firm as I do. For him it's ok.

When I first unrolled that big beautiful purple burrito I was so excited to get home from work and sleep on it! You see purple, I am a night shift NICU nurse, nights in my world can be incredibly long and emotionally draining so needless to say, I value my sleep a great deal! Well purple, I can tell you the first few nights......umm days.....I slept on the mattress I was afraid I had made a huge mistake. I found the mattress to be way to firm for my liking and while I did feel like it cushioned me I wasn't exactly sold for the price I had paid. So three weeks into sleeping on this mattress and I can honestly say I wouldn't change it for the world. The whole thing has softened up and holds me in just the right way. I fall asleep fast and wake up with more energy than with my old mattress. Even my husband ( a firefighter for a living) loves this mattress. Purple gives us a big squishy purple cloud to climb into after long hours of hard work! Thank you purple!

No more back in the morning! It end from severe to minimal the first night to almost no pain in the mornings now. Every now & then depending on what I did the before; I might experience a little stiffness in the morning. However it's not enough to kick me out of bed in the morning like it use to. I'm so happy with this purchase. Wish I would have bought the pillows to go with it...
