They thought their mattress was fine. I got this for them and after the second night they realized they had no clue how uncomfortable their old mattress was. I have a purple myself and its amazing. Sometimes I sleep at their house when they travel to take care of the dog. It was 50% a selfish gift but they love it now and welp it was an easy find for a Christmas gift.

First of all my husband who has chronic back pain loves it. This is the only mattress he has been able to sleep on comfortably throughout the night. I love the cool temp. High 5. However, motion isolation is not very good. Rating for this is 1. The purple waffle layer is not smooth, I find this uncomfortable and rating for this is 2.

About three days before our wedding, my cat peed on my and my soon to be husbands bed. It was a great bed and severed us well, but with the pee, it had to go. I already knew we were getting a purple. I had obsessively researched about a year prior for mattress (idk why) and purple seemed perfect. We came home to our honeymoon to the mattress. Me and my husband love it, the first night we both noticed it didn't hurt to sleep on our arms, they were numb when we woke up. My husband then decided it was good the cat peed on the bed. He also now complains any time we go anywhere that doesn't have purple mattress. My father who had to sleep in chair because of injuries purchased a mattress right before me, can for the first time time in about 10 years sleep laying down with out terrible pain. My mom and step Dad sneak into our rooms and take naps when they come over. My brother won't even lay down on our mattress because 'anyone who lays down on that thing buys one and I don't have money to buy a new mattress'. Our next step is to buy another one for our guestroom when we have the money. I really can't say enough good things.

I love the purple stuff. It's springy and collapsible. It feels soft and so good. I wish there was more of it. I'm a side sleeper and my hips and shoulder tend to hit the foam layer too soon. I still toss and turn. I think if there were a thicker layer of purple, it would be superior.

I don't claim to have the vocabulary to accurately describe how good it feels to sleep on the Purple mattress but in a word, "Heaven" comes to mind. I love Purple's marketing campaigns for the humor they inject into their ads, however make no mistake Purple products are not a joke, their products are seriously comfortable and are high quality. My only regret buying a Purple mattress and Purple pillow is I didn't buy one sooner...and I maybe I spend a bit too much time in bed.

My wife and I recently purchased a purple mattress! We in love with it the first night. We have been using it for a month now and we are liking it even more. Whatever they said in the comercial video is really true ! Thanks purple for the new wonderful sleeping experience, We highly recommend this mattress to everyone! Way to go PURPLE and thank you !!

Wow...I'm 66 years young now that i sleep on Purple. For a few years I've been running half and full marathons. Living in Florida training starts at 5 a.m. the coolest time of the day and for meany other reasons. Recovery on this new type of bed is Fantastic. No more joint (or a lot less) soreness in my joints and muscles. Now i enjoy my ability to move (run/train) further! Thank you!! ElwinB. Fl. USA

I have slept on many mattresses in my lifetime and this one won with flying colors one, this is the one. After leaving the Army I've had trouble waking up exhausted or never staying fully asleep. After sleeping on my purple mattress, I, now, get full sleep! I wake up limber as can be and ready to tackle on the day. I will say so, being so comfortable, I tend to sneak an extra 15 minutes before getting up lol. My girlfriend truly loves this and she's slept on many memory foam mattress but not one like this. She has bad back and hip problems in which her previous mattresses have done nothing for her, until now. She told me she was skeptical on this mattress but after a week she loved it. She wakes up refreshed, no back or hip problems when she wakes up. Like me, she stays fully asleep throughout the night, in which, I can vouch for. (Waking up to use the bathroom, I hear her snoring louder than our dog lol)

Our family has purchased 3 (three) purple mattresses. All queen size. I have also told people i work with about the beds and they also have purchased. Theirs was a king size. We are considering the pillows that just came out. We absolutely enjoy our purples. They may seem a little high in price, but once you receive it you will understand paying the price. Well worth it. We suffer from back pain and neck pain etc. Have had numerous surgeries and this mattress really makes you feel less pain and enjoy your sleep more. We will continue to tell people about Purple. I bought this mattress because my husband complained of back pain due to arthritis and sleepless nights, he is 78 yrs old. Not once since the first night has he complained of either one. He sleeps like a baby and wakes with more energy than I. I only wish the Ca. King had been available then. When it comes time to replace my Queen you can be sure it will be a Purple. Thanks Purple, such a wonderful nights sleep without all the big expense.. Can't wait for the pillows.
