I have never slept better in my life. Everything about this mattress is amazing from the delivery to the setup and to a wonderful nights sleep. You feel cradled all over your body and aligned in all the right places. I haven't had my mattress long but my back pain is already improving from years on an old worn out pillow top. I am very happy with my Purple mattress and it was worth every penny.

I work night shifts and on my days off, on my old bed, I typically found myself having a hard time sleeping during normal sleep hours. I would have to pop a melatonin in order to get into the sleep cycle. Incredibly, since switching to the purple mattress, I find my body relaxing into sleep mode without help. It's been so much easier switching from nights to days with this mattress! Maybe it's because I don't struggle to find a comfortable or cool position anymore. My body always feels ready for my next shift or day ahead.

I purchased the mattress, protector, and weighted blanket. The blanket was faulty and the warranty/return policy is poor. I am now stuck with a damaged blanket that cannot be used to no fault of my own, out the $200 + it cost me. I will never purchase from this company again and I suggest the same before investing your hard-earned money. Don't do it. I will also write reviews on several other platforms so that no one else wastes their money. I wouldn't even give it one star but had to in order for my review to be submitted.

We ordered the king mattress and platform on a Tuesday and by early Friday we had both products delivered to our door. SUPER easy set up. It only took us about 30 minutes for the entire process and we immediately fell in love. We had been using a "gel memory foam" mattress that within a year had fallen apart and was almost unbearable to sleep on. This was a lifesaver. It has solved so many of the problems we were having. It sleeps cool (even in Texas heat with two people), no more falling into a crater in the center of the mattress, we wake up with no aches and pains, and there is almost no motion transfer so when one of us gets up in the middle of the night the other isn't bothered. It's easily worth the price. Seriously, buy it.

My fiance purchased a King sized mattress for my Christmas present (upgrade from our Queen). I purchased a memory foam mattress about 4 years ago and loved it...I just wanted more room! I was optimistic about the Purple mattress since I was familiar with the brand and heard good things about it. After it arrived and I unpacked it, I was still optimistic because just pushing my hands into the mattress and basically everything but laying on feels great with the mattress. I gave it the full 3 months and I just can't deal anymore...and here is why. The mattress feels like I'm laying on a flat, hard floor. I don't feel any major contouring when I'm laying down in any position, especially not the intense contouring felt when just pushing your hand into the mattress. I have also woken up in sweat multiple times...which never happened with my cooling memory foam mattress. -- I travel a lot for various things and spent a night out of town a week or so after receiving the mattress...then another week away about a month after that; I slept amazingly every night I was away. If you're into really hard beds, I'd suggest this bed for you. I have no complaints about the quality or company...just not my thing. I prefer to feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud! If you're interested in having a bed asap, this may not be for you. The mattress takes about 3 weeks to arrive at your door. --To add to this comment, this company's customer service is amazing. The first mattress sent out to us was damaged and their communication throughout the process of getting a replacement mattress was fantastic. They also offered free sheets and pillows for the hassle of waiting 3 more weeks for our mattress. I have already started the return process for my mattress and the excellent customer service doesn't change when you request a return.

I bought the Base model Purple mattress as I was sleeping in 20 minute intervals a night and waking up sore as the pillow top mattress I had was so hard. Wanting true comfort I believed the marketing on the Purple product so I took a chance and splurged. It arrived in great packaging and now I sleep in about 2 hour intervals as the product is a bit better but not enough to suit my personal needs. I would have been better off shopping local mattress stores and testing multiple products at better price points. Wish I could trade this one mattress as I believe I could have bought both a box spring and better mattress for the same investment. Now the mattress budget is gone and I am just living with my decision to gamble on the Purple until a future point in time. Lesson learned. Test mattresses before purchasing.

Everything finally came in. Although i don't understand why i received it in three different shipments. The mattress is very firm. Almost as firm as the one i just got rid of. Still find it hot while sleeping. Not what was advertised. But still a very good product.

We are beyond happy with our new mattress!! We just upgraded from a purple Queen that we got 5 years ago to a purple king. We also bought the purple sheets this time and I highly recommend because they are so comfortable and fit the shape of the bed perfectly!

When my wife and I decided to upgrade to a king bed after many years on a queen, we searched for what mattress to buy. After a lot of research and suggestions from friends, we decided to try Purple, given their 100-night guarantee. We purchased a king mattress, mattress protector, sheets, a platform, and two king size plush pillows for about $1550, a great value! We absolutely LOVE the bed! I had ongoing issues with sciatica in my right leg/hip for the past year. All of my pain was gone after one night on the Purple and has not returned!

We have had our purple original now for a couple weeks. This is def not a bed for a back sleeper. I do not feel any contouring from the bed at all when on my back. I do tend to sleep more on my side and that seems to get a little relief as I have a lot of lower back pain. I will say, I do believe I sleep cooler than the memory foam we had prior as I have not woke up with sweat all over my head and neck since we have had the purple. My husband said he sleeps hard since having the purple so I think he likes it better. I'll give this a couple more weeks to decide and a trip or two to the chiropractor to see if I can get any back relief.
