So far the mattress has been great. My husband has been sleeping better. I like the firmness, but that it cradles your body too. About the only issue is that you put those pockets in there to help cool it down, but we're in winter and it takes longer to heat up the bed than previous mattresses. Heat it up with body heat and rice socks.

This bed has honestly changed my life. I know it sounds dramatic, but I've never slept better. I've gone from waking up often and tossing and turning to full nights of rest. I now feel refreshed in the mornings (like you are supposed to!). I would definitely recommend this bed to any who are searching.

I am two months in with using the purple bed. After the first week of my body becoming adjusted to the bed, which is going to be common since it's a bed type that your body has never rested on, I no longer have back or neck pain. This mattress is absolutely phenomenal. I praise it to everyone that I come across and I've mentioned it several times while just talking to my friends about how amazing it is and I encourage absolutely everyone to get one. I don't ever see me going back to any other type of mattress other than the purple mattress. The mattress cover is also extremely soft and absolutely so comfortable. In short I love the Purple. -I bought this bed for full-price and have in NOWAY been incentivised for this review.

Tried it out for a couple months and it only seem to get worse. As soon as my back touch the mattress it's in pain. Even my shoulder and hips. I'm a back and side sleeper and I wake up every morning in pain and go to sleep in pain. I bought this to replace my old one because it was causing me back pain. At this point i would much prefer my old mattress than this one.

My husband and I are tall and on the heavier side, this Purple 4 has been amazing. We've owned it for a few years now and NO sagging like we've always had in previous more expensive mattresses. I tell everyone, try this - give it a few weeks and you'll be amazed at how your sleeping better!

As the title states, it really is very sad that I am writing this review. I am 31 years old and I bought my Purple hybrid 2" mattress (I think it was called a Purple .2 back then) about 2 years ago. For the first year/year and a half, it was the best bed I ever slept on. I loved it. I consistently got great sleep, was very comfortable, and had no back pain. However, in the last 6 months, the bed has gotten quite a bit firmer and I wake up pretty consistently with back pain. I did a lot of research before I ended up purchasing a Purple mattress, and again, loved it at the start. However, 2 years in, I will have to look elsewhere for a mattress that will suit my needs.

When I was doing research on a new mattress, I was hard to convince simply because I couldnt actually lay on the bed. But after receiving my purple mattress, I know that I made the best choice. The mattress is supportive but soft. It holds you but also let's go immediately. There is some bounce and it is cool and breathable. Only wish it were thicker.

I had previously tried the TEMPUR-Cloud®️ Supreme mattress by Tempur-Pedic because I wanted a soft and comfortable bed that was still supportive. However, for me personally, as the night would go on, the Tempur-Pedic would heat up, become softer, and I would wake up with a very sore lower back because the bed was not supportive (and I have never had back problems before, I'm only 25 years old)! Fortunately, I was able to return the Tempur-Pedic mattress for almost a full refund; I then purchased the Purple Mattress and Purple Pillow. Now that I am sleeping on the Purple Mattress and Purple Pillow, I sleep in a bed that is very soft and comfortable, yet still supportive all along my side, back, and stomach. I am very pleased, especially considering how much money I saved over the Tempur-Pedic.

I have had this mattress for about 3 months and so far its been fairly comfortable. on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being vary hard its probably a 6 or 7 on the firmness scale. the only thing i don't like about it really is it sleeps hot around the lower back and hip area witch has caused me to want to sleep on my side half the night instead of on my back as is normal. I am looking forward to seeing how it will stand up over time as i am a very big guy.

We have been fans of Tempurpedic for decades and reluctantly gave up that bed for The Purple as we are in need of a bed without any pressure points. WOW What a find! The Purple Bed is the best bed we have ever owned. It is so comfortable and has relieved hip and back issues that we just thought were forever ours.
