I am a hot box when I sleep and I can literally feel how cool the purple is when I touch the mattress. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night sweating. When you lay down on the purple, it feels like it's hugging you! The purple is so comfortable I can't take many naps on it anymore because I end up sleeping for over 3 hours! Haha best mattress purchase I have ever made and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for that cool comfort we all need to get a good nights rest!

This bed is amazing! As soon as you lay down on it, it's like sleeping on a cloud! Our last memory foam mattress ended up feeling like we were laying down on a stiff blanket, but Purple is SO comfortable! We are beyond ecstatic with our investment!!!

I'm a 31 year old Service Technician for John Deere. I hurt my back about a month ago and realized my old mattress wasn't doing me any favors recovering. I read all the reviews, researched extensively, and decided to take the plunge. I gave it a couple weeks, and the results were obviously noticeable. Offered support to my lower back and shoulders, all while being extremely comfortable and cool. I bought into the hype, and I'm extremely impressed. Totally satisfied! Thanks Purple!

This mattress is pretty good, but I have serious back issues, so a firmer mattress may be in my near future. I've only had this one for 3 weeks, so going to give it a little more time. I may consider trading up. The one noticeable issue with this mattress is the sides...I feel as though i'm going to roll off if I'm within 10 inches of the side. Still weighing my options.

I have been sleeping on PURPLE for about 1.5 months and I'm very pleased with my quality of sleep. I have this on an adjustable base that makes bedtime even more enjoyable! Shortly after I began my PURPLE mattress sleep-love I received the PURPLE sheets too. WOW! I think that heightened my quality of sleep & not too hot, never too cold. Honestly love my bed! Kim

Both my husband and I love our Purple mattress. We spent years on a pillow top mattress, and were never really happy with it, but it was what we had so we dealt with it. From the first night on our Purple we've been getting great sleep and waking up refreshed! My husband has also stopped snoring! The only downside is that now we're nervous about going on vacation, knowing that we won't get as good of a night's sleep as we do at home.

We've had the purple for 2.5 years. When we first got it, it was comfortable. Now! All you feel when you lay on it is the grid and we wake up every morning with lower back pain. Not just me, both my boyfriend and I are walking funny and barely getting up for work because of how lousy we are sleeping. I paid over $1000 for this mattress when all was said and done and we also have the frame that goes with it. That type of money and my mattress only was comfortable for TWO YEARS! I am not satisfied. Now I have to start mattress shopping.

I think Purple in general is a greap company and the whole process was stellar unfortunetly their mattress is just not right for me and thus I gave it a one star review. The mattress does seem of good quality and its nice and cool to the touch. However after a few hours of sleep i would wake up in lower back pain. I'm a stomach sleep and thus it was not providing enough support at my hips giving me U shape posture as a slept. I would wake up in pain. However I will admit I was sleeping 5-6 hours straight so it was good enough for my body to keep sleeping up until my muscles couldnt take the stretch.

First off, it's a firm mattress. It's like laying on a fat mans belly but this fat man has like a beer belly so it's a little hard and not too squishy. Sure if you put your hand on the mattress it feels nice n squishy but once you lay your whole body on it, it's a tad bit different. I will say however, that I had back problems on my other bed and was impossible to lay on my stomach because it felt like I would sink in around my abdomen but this bed really does "hold you up" greatly when lying on your stomach and side. I'm a bit on the heavy side around 235 (maybe a little more since it's turkey season).

LOVE Purple Mattress! I just purchased my 4th one so now there's one in each room for my kids, myself and guests. Can't say enough how much it has saved my back. I always had back pain prior to getting purple regardless of what kind of mattress I bought. Couldn't be happier.
