If I could explain how bad my hips felt everyday prior to the Purple Mattress and how now I look forward to bedtime, fall asleep easier, stay asleep throughout the night, awake refreshed with more energy. Before I believed seven inches of foam on top of a thick mattress was gojng to help but how wrong I was. Now I just have to save up for pillows! Thanks Purple for turning my bedroom into a sanctuary!

So from the beginning upon receiving my mattress. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the duffle bag packaging was. Not sure if this was from the delivery truck but man that thing was filthy. Now on to the matress. I've been a side sleeper all my life but I can not sleep on my side with this mattress... Maybe I still have to get used to it but for the first couple weeks I could not sleep at all. So I have resorted to sleeping on my back which is actually pleasantly comfortable to me for the first time ever. I think it's because how your shoulders sink into the top layer. so my inability to sleep on my side on this mattress has forced me to try and get used to a different position and I'm not totally dissatisfied with that because I now wake up feeling a little less stiff then before. I'm a little on the heavier side at 245 and 5 and 10 inches tall do was a little concerned about my back on a squishy mattress but it haven't been an issue. However it's not entirely squishy I refer to it as squishy firm. So after a few weeks I am finally getting used to it and I am starting to like it hopefully after a few more weeks I really start to enjoy it. If not I might have to try something else unfortunately.

We ordered the Purple Mattress. The live chat customer service was amazing and they recommended the cheapest Purple mattress based on me being a back sleeper and my fiancé being a side sleeper. The mattress delivered quickly. It is even better than I was hoping for. It's a little softer than I'm used to but it has the support we need. It's not too soft. I can't feel my partner moving next to me. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone.

Purple has been showing up in my feed since the year it was released. My roommate bought the original Purple bed in college. I slept on it whenever he was home from school, and I've fantasized about having my own Purple for 6 years, and it didn't disappoint when I finally got my own purple bed. It's no joke. You can literally breath through this mattress face down

We have gone through 5 mattresses this year: Serta, Leesa, Puffy, Casper, and finally Purple. With all the hype and ridiculous commercials I didn't have high hopes that it would live up to the expectation. But I couldn't get a consistent good nights sleep with any of the others so we decided to take a leap of faith. The first night, I knew we were on to something great. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but with the bed and new purple pillow I've woken up to no back or neck pain. The support is unimaginable. There is certainly an adjustment period, especially with the neck because of how much lower the pillow is than a regular one, but it is so worth it. I'm so glad they sent the free pillow, it's a game changer. You CAN feel the gel a little bit (when you first rest your head), so if you're really picky and particular about little things like that, I might not recommend the pillow. But the bed feels great.

We've had the Purple 4 just under a week. We got it to replace a major brand memory foam hybrid pillow top numbers that cost way too much in hindsight. The wife and I are loving it. The wife was skeptical when I ordered it, so I had to brace for the first impression after it was installed. We both loved the comfort right away. And currently don't have any regrets.

This is the most unique mattress I've ever slept on. It's also one of the most comfortable. I wasn't sure whether the advertised tech offered real benefits, or if it was just marketing. Now I know. The tech really works - and it works beautifully. We had to go through a couple mattresses to find this one. But - even though we like different levels of firmness, and I sleep on my stomach, while my wife sleeps on her back - we both love this mattress. We're a Purple family now.

When my husband and I decided to get a new bed we did a little research on what beds were top rating and looked at reviews and asked the military community for honest reviews on this bed. My husband wasn't sold at first about what was considered a bed in a box, but still allowed me to order it since there was a 120 night guarantee. We upgraded from a Serta I comfort to the purple original and it was the best decision we've made in a while. The bed is super comfortable and really hugs are hips right when were sleep, I love also the temperature of the bed. My husband has said every night for the last 3 weeks that this was the bed decision we've made in a while and he's getting better sleep now. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone!

I suspected my spring mattress, which was who knows how many years old, was sagging and decided to go with Purple. After the first night, I woke up and instantly thought, this must be how baby angels sleep. Either because I would ignore it or maybe because I thought it was normal, but I had no idea how much aching my spring mattress was responsible for. By the time I woke up, I was ready to get up and go, unlike with my spring mattress which I had to give a minute to let the aches settle. Temperature is also very well regulated. Much more airy than I expected. (Got the 4th of July special and it came with the Purple sheets, which are great too. They're as soft as they are stretchy. May take some getting used to though) That said, as it turns out, my sagging problem wasn't in the mattress, but the box spring itself. Figured I may as well get the full Purple experience (minus the pillow) and get the Purple platform base for that next. Overall, it's a great buy and I'd recommend to everyone.

For several years we have had the sleep number bed. It worked fine for me but my husband was still having pressure issues. Numb hands, feet and back pain. From the first night on the bed he slept all night which in turn made me sleep all night. We didn't realize his pain issues kept me up as well. It has been 1 month and so far we are loving the bed.
