My husband and I were skeptical about ordering a mattress online because we're both the type that have to feel something before we buy it. We both have back problems, my husband from the work he does, and myself from work and recently having 2 epidurals during a c section. After the first night sleeping on our purple mattress, we woke with minimal back pain. By the end of our first week sleeping on it, my back pain has improved by 90%. My husband's pain has greatly improved as well. Overall, it's a wonderful mattress, my only complaint is that it kind of holds in body heat. Still, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I really appreciate Purple allowing a trial period and I wish that the mattress had worked for us. Other people I know really like the Purple mattress, that's why we gave it a shot. Once we decided it just wasn't going to work for us, the return process was easy and I'm very thankful that there wasn't any hassle about it. Thanks Purple for a positive experience.

I had problems with my arms falling asleep and lower back pains while sleeping. I would wake up and feel horrible. It took a couple days to get used to the purple mattress, but I feel great. No pain In my back, shoulders and arms feel good. I Sleep like I should now

Purchased a purple to try out for the rest of the rooms in my home, the problems all arose before it arrived. When contacting customer service a simple order update request was changed to a return, upon receiving email I called Customer Service to get things resolved and had the agent laughing at me and the issue the entire time. After her constant laughter and assurance everything had been fixed and would not be returned. Half of my products were returned to Utah when I asked what was going on it was turned to be my fault for the return and they let me know they would get them out and "they would get there when they get there" I enjoy the mattress, glad I didn't buy anything else at this point as they treat customers as money as opposed to human beings. When there is an i ssue you do not laugh at the consumer for 15 minutes then fail to do what you have requested and as opposed to offer any kind of reconciliation the sheets I paid for arrived a week late and was told to wait it out and enjoy. Customers are people, treat them as so and your company would have been outfitting my entire home as well as the multiple people who have asked about it and are turned off by my experience with Customer Service. Buy Tuft & Needle their Customer care team is both responsive, kind, and treats you as a human.

Slept on a Purple Hybrid Premier and noticed the differences from mattress at home and needed replacement. Thinking Purple mattresses were too expensive went shopping for mattresses at local retail store. Prices were very high and realized Purple mattresses were reasonable. Bought regular Purple full mattress for my son along with sheets and protector. Decided to replace my queen with regular Purple along with Harmony pillow, sheet, and protector. There was a delay in shipping no fault with Purple and was compensated with free sheet set. Definitely considering third mattress soon. Great customer service. There is a difference between the Hybrid Premier and the regular Purple mattress. There should be as there is a big price difference. No hot or cold spot when sleeping on the mattress. You will notice the difference from conventional mattress first time you try the Purple. Bought two Harmony and will buy two more. Highly recommended.

This is far and away the best bed I have ever slept on. I wont lie and say that I was not skeptical when I first saw the ads. How is it possible that a bed could be soft and welcoming, but at the same time provide the support necessary for proper spine and neck alignment? I am still not very clear on the how, thought It sounds like it has something to do with the purple "food grade material" they are using. Visual oddities aside, the bed performs admirably. I can't remember the last time I experienced high quality sleep. I don't remember the last time I woke up without that annoying twinge in my neck or stiffness in my back. I have had to adjust my sleeping style a bit because I am not used to having the support I need from my bed. I am barely 3 weeks in and I do not see myself ever going back to a traditional bed. Take the 30-day challenge. You will more than likely be blown away by how much better you feel.

My spouse and I needed to replace our current mattress, but were apprehensive because we loved ours so much. We researched Nectar, SleepNumber and landed on Purple. We're picky and prefer a firm mattress, and while this one doesn't appear firm at first, it's incredibly supportive. I had no idea my side sleeping felt so much pressure before until I felt the sweet relief of the grid feature -- which gives strong support, while allowing some 'give' for your hips/shoulders to sink in just a tad, giving you better alignment and more comfortable support. Both my spouse and I are hot sleepers and noticed the sort of light and airy feel of Purple. My spouse moves around a lot when he sleeps, but I honestly think I notice it less with this mattress (either bc he's more comfort and moving less, or the absorption in movement doesn't transfer to me as easily...either way, an improvement!).

Though it seems it was unfounded. Had back pain with my old mattress and regularly overheated. Have had the mattress for about two weeks and not once overheated or hurt upon waking up. Feel better rested than I ever have. Will be purchasing a new one should I need a larger mattress for a partner in the future.

My husband and I bought the purple mattress because our two boys ruined our other one. We needed something that would help with his back and something that would keep me cooler at night and we heard the purple mattress was a good purchase. "Good" was an understatement. We sleep throughout the night in a deeper sleep than I thought was possible and my husband doesn't wake up with a sore back, I don't wake up because I'm too hot anymore. We love this mattress. Best purchase.

I have significant back problems, fibromyalgia, arthritis, bursitis and thyroid disease. Needless to say, getting a good nights sleep has been difficult for me for many years. I had a really good bed, purchased in the Midwest for 15 years. It's pretty worn out and I can't find another like it here in Idaho. They don't sell them out here. I've searched and searched for a bed that is softer for most of my pain, but firm enough to support my bad back. I believe I found it, because the Purple is just right! I ordered another mail order mattress last year and it was good, but not as good as the Purple. I returned it and ordered the Purple. I'm amazed at how well it supports my back while completely eliminating my other aches and pains. Thank you Purple!
