We ordered a king- they sent us a Cal. King in a king package. I emailed them, but it took about a week before getting a response to those emails. Note: calling was immediately effective, and the customer service was pretty darn good. They had a new mattress to us in 3 days after calling. I don't think I'll be buying another mattress from them, though... with a 10 year warranty, there's no need to. I've used a trial of all of the other mattress brands you see while scrolling through your Facebook feed, and this is the one right here. My back pain is gone and I'm no longer stiff when I wake up. It's a 15/10

We've had the mattress for two months now. I have hip/siatica issues and my husband has lower back issues. Since we've been sleeping on a Purple things have been great. No more waking up with stiff sore backs and tossing and turning has stopped. It is great getting up and not bouncing the other person awake; can't tell when the other has moved. We will definitely be trying the pillows.

The overall experience with the king size purple mattress is good. We ordered the king size mattress and and it was scheduled for delivery. The frame arrived on a Tuesday as scheduled and the mattress was suppose to arrive the next day and never did. When I called Purple and told them the tracking said it was suppose to arrive, they just told me sorry. The mattress ended up arriving the next day and we have slept on it for about 2 weeks. At first, we noticed that it was a little more firm than expected, but we have adjusted and I have had some very good nights sleeping. We overall like the mattress in out short time with it, and recommend it.

We've had the bed for a little while now and it's great! The only problem I have with it is the few inches it's short to make it a actual king the small gaps it leaves on the top and side are noticeable and annoying. Also I'm around 250 lbs and my wife thinks I'm crazy but I can feel the slates of my bed through the mattress! I'm gonna try and make it flat underneath to see if it helps. Other than that

I've only slept on the mattress for three nights. But they were good nights. My hips didn't hurt!!!! Those first three nights showed me that sleep can be pleasant and painless again. I had a three week trip planned immediately after those three days, and can't wait to get back to the PURPLE! While I've loved my days here, the nights are grim. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't tried out my new mattress before.

I'm not sure that I notice a significant difference in the mattress other than it is super quiet! There are no noises whatsoever and moving around does not affect anyone else on the bed. It's a nice purchase, however, I almost returned because it is so hot!! Omigosh I swear way more than I did with By other mattress, but it is the sheets they give you with the bed that is completely intolerable. They have some sort of rubber incorporated in them. Although the sheets are very soft and comfortable, they hold heat in the mattress more than is bearable. So we have only used the sheets provided a few times before realizing where the extra amount of hot was coming from. Oy vey! They advertise the mattress has cooling effects.... ours definitely does not. And with their advertisement it says free refund.... Well it's not the bed being returned to the manufacturer, it's you donating it in the allotted time frame, submitting your donation receipt and hoping you get a full refund. Doubtful. Unfortunately. For that reason we decided to keep the mattress and deal with it. Ugh.

I've done nothing but RAVE(Brag in case someone is all "Dictionary") about the Purple since I bought it. The Affirm payment plan is perfect for me and offers booth cooling while sleeping, and also comfort and support for my hips so I don't wake up in pain. I won't give this bed up ever! but buy all the options to make the perfect blend of comfort and rest!!

Had a purple mattress for about 4 years but seems that it was having issues where I would just fall into a ditch. After contacting support in a week I had a new fresh purple mattress because there was an issue with my bad and the support was amazingly helpful to thank you so much this actually fixed the issues my body was having.

I've been sleeping on my purple mattress for about a month now. The first morning I woke up I instantly knew I had made a good decision on purchasing it. I have been struggling with back pain for almost a decade and Purple relieves the pain. It is so soft but firm. I had read many reviews say that before and it was hard for me to imagine but it really is true. The purple mattress also keeps me super cool. But I also bought the Purple Sheets and the Purple Platform. I look forward to going to sleep every night. If you're thinking about it, just do it. You'll thank yourself and Purple

mattress is a little firmer then expected but still very comfortable & cool. area for improvement would be amount of time for shipping. mattress took 3 weeks to be shipped then only 3-4 days for delivery. why so long to leave your facility? A great mattress overall
