I have to admit I was apprehensive about this purchase. I can't say enough good things about this mattress. When I first got in it I thought what did I do? After the first night I was a believer. First of all I've never been able to sleep on my left side due to old injuries. Now I can. When I would get up from the old mattress, I walked like the tin man. Not now! Being 65, when I would wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, I had a hard time getting comfortable once I got back in bed. Not anymore. Once I'm back in bed I'm out in no time. I did a lot of comparisons of all the internet brands. It took me four years before I made up my mind. I wish I did it sooner. Great mattress.

I am so happy with this mattress. The moment my boyfriend, my best friend, and my Mom each lay on the bed for the first time, their eyes lit up and they commented on how nice it felt. I was impressed that they each had such immediate reactions, as I did. My boyfriend, who cannot sleep well on any old mattress, is very pleased. As for me, I wake up every morning smiling and thank my mattress.

We bought the mattress for my wife since she has osteoarthritis and couldn't sleep in the bed she had. The original matress was 3 years old. After comments from a friend about some people he knew that had back issues and would now sleep through the night we thought we'd give it a try. We have had the mattress for 2 weeks and she now sleeps better than I do. I am jealous and can hardly wait to replace my matress.

We have used this mattress for about 3 weeks. Back pain and stiffness are gone for both of us, and my husband doesn't wake up hot or sweaty. My husband has asthma and is allergic to everything, so I was a bit concerned about all the fuss people were making over the white powder issue. Honestly, I took the top cover off, got a black t-shirt and bounced around for a while to see if any residue came up. Nothing showed up on the t-shirt. Still, better safe than sorry so I got out the vacuum and vacuumed the mattress to get as much of the powder off as I could. Then, I put the cover bag on and vacuumed again. Just like I have done with every mattress we have owned for 20+ years. I think the people that are freaking out over the powder are the same type of people that believe that fluoride in the drinking water will kill you and that vaccines are poison.

We've had this bed for a month now and my husband and I both love it more everyday. It is a bit more firm than I expected, but all of your curves just sink into it and it cradles all the right places. I used to wake up stiff and sore every morning and did not think it was abnormal. However, I do not wake up like this anymore and I sleep so soundly during the night. I sleep on my back/ front/sides equally and have found every position to be just as comfy on this bed. This mattress is much more solid (and heavy!) than I expected, which really gives it a quality feel. It is much heavier than a regular mattress and a bit more awkward to move since it is pretty flexible. I recommend not opening the package until you get it into the room where you want it. Also, despite what it seems like when it arrives in the packaging, it is a full, 10-12 inch thick mattress and it expands instantly upon opening, no waiting for it to take shape like memory foam pads/mattresses. I HIGHLY recommend giving this bed a try!

The mattress is quite different. It takes me about 10 minutes to get comfortable but after that I am fine. I have been able to sleep on my sides longer than I did on my old bed. I find that I am colder in this bed so I had to put a fleece blanket under my mattress pad up to my knees. I haven't decided yet whether to get another one or not.

Through these first three years of my marriage, cuddling was nothing more than 5 sweet minutes of blissful affection. After said 5 minutes, I would be pushed off framed as a space heater that makes the bed too hot for such closeness. I thank purple every night as now my husband rarely ever gets too hot and now what was once just a tease of needed human touch is now fulfilled every night! The ONLY downside is our dogs also LOVE how comfy y'all's mattresses and after we tell them to get off, they'll wait till we fall asleep to jump back on and hog all the space and we bought a king!!! Sheets are amazingly soft and NEVER wrinkle on us which i hate about fitted sheets! And LASTLY, the pillows are amazing! We were confused with all the bad reviews we saw about them, but figured they must of bought the 7.5" pillows thinking they must of thought the were better cause theyre bigger? We bought the 6.5 cause we sleep on our stomachs and backs a lot and theyre suuuuuuuper comfy! Im also a somewhat sode sleeper and they were still comfy! Like acloud pillow!!

A lot of businesses preach about their warranty, and then when you go to use it, surprise it's not as easy as they made it sound. But our platform base broke and punctured our purple king mattress, and when we emailed them with pictures they shipped both the frame and the bed out that night no questions asked! Seriously, there was 3 emails exchanged and they were so apologetic. That's a pretty penny they replaced with no argument! If you're looking for a new mattress, go with Purple! We've never seen such great customer service. Not to mention, their mattress is AMAZING!

No more back or hip pain. Both my husband and her I suffer from back and hip pain. We decided we'd give this bed a try. It's been 3 weeks and we both feel so much better. We can now get up in the morning without hobbling around. We're in our 70's and the Purple Bed is fantastic. He's a back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper.

My husband prefers a firm mattresses and I prefer soft this is perfect for us. We are still adjusting to it but we love the feel of it. Hopefully it just gets better once our body adjusts more. It has been about 2weeks and we love it so far. We also got the purple sheets and we love them. The jersey sheets were a little hot for us. We also got the mattress protector and that is good too. It fits good and does not make us hot.
