I got purple mattress today and I am so excited to sleepon it that I considered going to sleep at 5:00 pm. There was an interesting situation with the delivery that almost had me regretting getting the mattress. The bed was delivered 20 miles from my house but the delivery company said they couldn't get my mattress to me for a week. I called the shipping company and asked if I could pick it up. Long story short, Brooklyn at Purple and Natasha at the delivery company went out of their way to make sure I was able to pick up my mattress. I thank both of them for their fantastic customer service. I look forward to many nights of unbelievable sleep. Thanks Purple.

My two daughters, ages 14 and 12, love the two Purple mattresses that we ordered. Contact free shipping worked well, and it was nice to have the duffle bag style shipping containers with straps and the tool to easily open the mattresses one we got them to the upstairs bedrooms. They were easy to carry with the suitcase-style straps. Also, removal of the plastic wrapping was easy with the nice tool you provide with the shipment. I am so glad I did not waste time in mattress showrooms. Ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza (this is the same thing I said when I ordered my Tesla car). I highly recommend your mattresses. Your no questions asked policy for returns is comforting at time of ordering. Now I know why - No one would find a more comfortable mattress, finding it very hard to want to send it back. I purchased a king size purple knowing what an awesome product the purple mattress is! My girlfriend owned a queen size original mattress and we were not disappointed with the size upgrade ! We also recognized the added foam support around the perimeter and found it to be a welcome benefit to the overall edge configuration. I'm about 1.5 months into sleeping on this mattress full time and my back has never felt better and my sleep never more restful! I tell anyone who'll hear about my purple :)

I have the Purple 2 (the hybrid), an adjustable base, and the purple sheets. When I purchased this mattress, I wanted to love it sooo bad. I had heard great things about purple, seen the commercials, and read many reviews. As someone who has experienced back pain for quite a few years due to herniated discs in my cervical and lumbar spine, I thought this mattress was going to change my life and help me live as close to pain free as possible. Well it did change my life, but I was so wrong about living pain free. It has wrecked my life both physically and financially. Since I've had this mattress my pain levels have skyrocketed and whereas the pain before my purple was isolated to my neck and low back, I now experience a constant and very intense tightness/pain in my collar bones, throughout my ribs, and my entire upper back. I've had this mattress for 8 months now so these aren't things I've discovered in a couple nights, weeks, or even months of using this mattress. I missed the 100 day trial period due to the distractions of a divorce and I can't afford to replace the mattress. I've been going through consistent chiropractic care for the last 4 months to try and offset the affects of this mattress and even still, I wake up everyday absolutely miserable. I've tried every sleeping position they recommend. I've tried sleeping with the frame adjusted in every angle you can imagine, mixing the positions with feet up, slight head incline, flat... stomach, side, back... pillows positioned in certain ways, etc. and still I can't sleep through an entire night without waking with a toss or turn and acknowledging the movement as an attempt to relieve the pain I feel from this bed. The only relief I get is when I stay in a basic hotel bed when I travel for work. I will say that I've slept on a purple 3 a few times, and the difference is insane, but as for this mattress, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The pain in my hip had gotten so bad, I was no longer able to sleep on my side. I didn't really believe a mattress could have that kind of effect on the body, so I chalked it up to aging. Even so, when my husband said he also found our mattress uncomfortable, I jumped at the chance to get a new one. Through YouTube reviews and a few word-of-mouth endorsements, we decided on The Purple Mattress. After sleeping on it for just a couple of weeks, the pain in my hip began to subside. And now I am back to comfortably sleeping on my side! Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get a good night's sleep!

When dad became ill a new mattress that would work on a hospital bed was needed. We needed one that also was supportive as comfort and skin integrity was important. Dad/ Grandpa is now home on his Twin XL mattress on his hospital bed and it works great! He is sleeping well through the night and managing well. Thank you Purple for taking such good care. Both OT and PT have said how wonderful the mattress is. This was a 10/10 purchase.

First of all service was great. We got the mattress right away. It was neatly packaged and easy to understand how to unroll it. As to the mattress itself. I have it a four star because it's not my favorite mattress ever. All I can say is when they tell you to get good sheets and pillows do it. It became apparent that the pillows we have used for years were not going to cut it with this mattress. It left us with sore necks. Obviously that is not the mattresses fault. The mattress it's self is comfortable enough but like they say you either love the mattress or hate it. It's a different feeling for sure then any other mattress you have had. My husband loves it so we're going to keep it. I think it's a personal preference thing. But with purples ability to try it for 100 nights. Why not buy it and try it out for yourself.

This is, hands down, the best mattress I have ever slept on. I had read that the grid could take a little getting used to, but the first night I slept on it, I fell asleep and got one of the best night's rest I've had in ages. Since then, I have been sleeping much better and waking up feeling more refreshed. I used to wake up in the night or toss around due to heat and general uncomfortableness, but I haven't really noticed that since I started sleeping on this bad boy. The cost was concerning, but after a month, I'm very happy with the purchase.

We love our mattress! My husband and I would wake up every morning with terrible aches and pains. Our chiropractor mentioned the Purple, which I had already seen on Facebook before. Once he suggested it, we were sold! We have never slept better or woke up pain free until we used our purple mattress. It does take some getting use to, but once you adjust you will be so happy you stick it out and went with Purple. And if this says anything, we went in vacation for a week. After day 2, we were ready for the rest to fly by because we couldn't stand sleeping in anything but our Purple mattress. You know your bed is good when you are wishing for vacation to be over just to get back to it!

This is the first mattress purchase I have made in years. I have many back and neck problems that send me to the chiropractor regularly. This has helped me so much! I can actually sleep through the night and wake up in minimal pain. I would normally wake up in excruciating pain every morning and throughout the night. I am in love with this mattress!
