I must've spent a good 200+ hours online comparing and watching review videos of different web-ordered mattresses. My research always lead me back to Purple at the end of each session. I've slept on the mattress for roughly 2 months now. It has changed my life and increased my quality of sleep a hundred fold. Purple strikes the most beautiful balance between soft (like a cloud) and supportive (sink when you need it to, firm support once weight is distributed.) And it is very coo and airy. Top attributes of the Purple mattress for me: 1. Best balance between soft comfort and supportiveness. 2. It sleeps very cool with excellent airflow. One of the coolest around. 3. Very quick form-fitting response. It is a decently bouncy mattress, unlike the laggy, weird behavior that fancy memory foam mattresses have. This makes changing positions throughout the night very comfortable. 4. Customer service is excellent. I had to exchange sizes and the support staff is prompt, friendly and very helpful. After inheriting an expensive, insanely firm pocket-spring mattress from my parents for 6 years, my anterior mobility (inside the shoulders) is harshly compromised because I'm mainly a side-sleeper. Purple has already helped me so so much in my physical training and overall mobility. My sleep quality is up by a significant amount. Minor gripes: It's a heavy mattress. Unpackaging and positioning it all by myself (got a King-sized one) definitely worked up a sweat. Ask a friend or two to help will make your life easier. At first, some people might not be used to feeling the grid support structure on their body slightly. I have to say, it was not an issue for me at all. I got very used to it very quickly, even just the first night sleeping on the mattress. I also definitely recommend their sheets, which is extremely elastic with very good airflow. I love your product Purple. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a KING-SIZED Purple Pillow. I am definitely not the first one to ask for one, I've already seen multiple reviewers asking the same thing. The pillow just pairs TOO WELL with your bed, but we NEED the extra width to roll around comfortably. PLEASE consider selling Queen and KING-sized PURPLE pillow. Thank you. Love it, got it, is probably gonna pick up another one for the guest room. You won't regret it.

The delivery staff who set up our mattress need to find a new job. These guys complained about it being a 2nd floor installation (no one ever asked). But seriously, don't you run into that occasionally? They weren't aware of their language in our house. To complete the sub-standard experience, they installed the bed 90° off, and then proceeded to lie about it. Other than the above, the bed is now sleeping better. Looking forward to great sleep.

Alright y'all, anyone who knows me knows I have alot (and I mean ALOT) of problems with my back. My pain came way before having the kids and the now current pain I get (especially in the colder months) from where I was given the epidural. Back in 2008 while at my first chiropractor visit they discovered I have a small hole at the base of my spine and this was more than likely the root of my problems. So needless to say I've had a pretty long history of sleeping, or should I say NOT sleeping for very long periods of time or very rarely without pain. More recently I've had a few problems develop with my feet, and the shooting pain in the morning when I would wake up was enough to make you want to cry at times. We've tried alot of things over the years to help "deal" with the pain from mattresses to pain meds, electronic patches, chiropractor visits and even heat patches all of which helped of course for a little while but you needed repeatedly to follow up with all of theses methods of treatment. One night while laying in bed we came across the add for the PUPRLE MATTRESS and after talking it over we decided to try it out. Last night was our first night sleeping on it and I have got to say that I honestly slept the entire night, that's right friends I went to bed around 1030pm and did not wake until almost 8 this morning!!! NEVER have I had sleep like this, I usually toss and turn continuously through the night but if I moved around last night there is no memory of it. In our old bed I would hear and feel every time my husband got up for a drink or to use the restroom... Not last night and come to find out he was up a few times! It's seriously crazy. so not only did I get a great night's sleep but my back....NO PAIN!!! My pain level before had been about a 7 to 8 waking up each morning, today A BIG FAT 0!!!! my back feels amazing, my hips don't hurt, and I could actually get outta bed this morning because my feet were not shooting with pain. The way that this bed forms to your body (not at all like memory foam don't get them confused) is fantastic, it hits all your pressure points just right and takes all the weight off leaving you feeling almost like air. Speaking of air, we have our fan placed on the floor near the foot of our bed and this mattress is so amazing you can feel the air from the fan circulating through it!! You don't ever have to worry about getting hot or sticky!I am not a big fan on trying new things but this was well worth it. I would highly recommend the purple mattress to anyone who is looking to get rid of the old spring mattresses and box springs. I look forward to many more good nights sleep ahead!!!

I usually get very warm, and toss and turn a fair amount. I just moved into a new apartment with my purple mattress and their Soft Stretch sheets, and I don't need to worry about sleeping warm ever again. The mattress is super comfortable, and isn't just padding and fluff to make it feel soft. The stretchy sheets get a big thumbs up from me too, because you can actually feel the mattress you are sleeping on.

With time it seems that I wake up with more noticeable back pain. Not thrilled about the investment. At first it appeared to be a dream mattress, making me return a competitor's (at return fee loss). Now the honeymoon (and trial period) is over and I notice lower back pain upon waking. Not sure if the mattress is defective or perhaps, with time, not as firm; therefore causing pain. It is what it is.

First, it's pretty amazing to get a mattress shipped to your home. More amazing is that from the moment it was unrolled, it has provided me with a very comfortable platform for my seven to eight hours of my daily life which I devote to rejuvenating sleep. The mattress is firm but not hard, not hot, and my morning back stiffness and dull pain is gone! This has proven to be a purchase with no regrets or second thoughts. I wish some of my other investments were as successful! And not dealing with salespeople at a mattress store is priceless! Sleep well!

I order my mattress one month ago, everything was fine until it got into the hands of pilot shipping services. They "lost" my first mattress at the Boston location the day before it was supposed to be shipped along with my bed frame. I reached out to purple to see if what the issue was and they said what I wrote above, pilot never reached out to them to alert them of this issue as the Customer service rep I talked to from purple was unaware of the issue. They said they would ship out a new mattress with their "white glove pilot team". So I had to wait another two weeks for them to get the mattress "rushed" to me which is a joke because it took two weeks for them to get the first mattress out there. Fast forward two weeks and delivered the mattress but now there is no frame. They didn't tie the orders together for whatever reason, marking a second day I took out of work for them to delivery the stuff I paid for. When I reached out to purple one of the representatives stated that this is a "common and known" issue and that they would do their best to get it to me the same day. The same day came and went and still no frame. Dealing with pilot a company that purple chooses to do their business with has been nothing short of a nightmare, and for that reason alone don't bother giving them your money. Purple also didn't real work to hard to make the situation any better my guess is because they already had my money and couldn't careless. Their rushed shipping taking two weeks is also a joke. I know we are in a pandemic and shipping routes are probably funky but that is no excuse for the lack luster response to my issues. Maybe the bed is good, I don't know because I have been waiting a month for mine but I will make sure no one I know buys from Purple because the shipping process was so horrible.

My wife loved this bed the first night we got it. We've had it for about two weeks now. She told me she has dreamed and remembered those dreams every night so far. I thought that was pretty telling because we've been together for 20 years and she rarely remembers her dreams. Who would have thought a mattress can help you out with that? No more tossing and turning. I like the bed as well. It's very inviting. Especially in the morning. I was concerned at first about the soft edges that squish down easy, but they haven't been a problem at all. You can sleep right on the edge and it doesn't feel like you're gonna fall out. I am very curious to see how the foam in this bed holds up. I'm a solid 250 pounds and I sleep the same way every night and get out of bed the same way every morning. Let's see if it holds up for 10 years like they say. The sheets took some getting used to, but they're nice and comfy now. My wife got a pillow and she loves it. We also got the mattress protector like they recommend and it's very nice. All in all we are VERY pleased with our purchase. Purple has been wonderful to deal with. Thanks purple. So far so great!!

The items I orders are great the only issue I have is the order they came. The mattress isn't light and that came first before my platform. So I installed mattress then had to remove and install platform. That wasn't fun at all. But all in the products are great.

Well, I did have some back pain after the first night - however- it was because I slept with the top portion of my bed angled upward and I am a side sleeper. Once I flattened out, no pain or problems. The Purple mattress works great and is much more comfortable than the memory foam mattress we were using. Thanks Purple!
