Still think my body is adjusting to the new mattress from my old latex mattress. My back is a little sore, but I think that is also due to my pillow-purple pillow is on the way soon-so hopefully this will alleviate this issue. Love the initial feel when I first get into bed and that I am still cool when I wake up. Wish I could have got the purple sheets free with all that I've ordered as my jersey sheets are just ok. I'm only 1.5 weeks on the new mattress and an hopeful that in a few more weeks I'll have no more back aches. Love the advertising and the outside the box thinking with the products!

I bought this mattress thinking I would be helping my wife who was injured in a car accident, all ive succeeded in doing is causing her more pain and myself. My neck and shoulders are hurting every morning since I've slept on our new purple mattress. I'm not sure it's my own body tension or incorrect sleep position . I've tried different pillows but still no relief. I'm sleeping on a different mattress now to try and rectify my pain. My husband and son however , are in love with the mattress. Still not sure if we are going to return it?????

My experience with Purple was very easy, quick, and friendly. My mattress actually came sooner than the anticipated date! I personally don't get that initial "ahhhh" when laying down on it, but I do sleep better and don't wake up as sweaty. Definitely worth it!

Love the Mattress. Felt the payment process difficult to navigate and by the time I had decided to move forward with the purchase, the payments that had been shown changed due to a high interest rate. I would buy again but I feel the purchasing process should be more transparent.

I got hit with Covid a few days before my bed was delivered, only a matter of time since I work in a hospital. I had bad body aches like a was being squeezed. When first laid down that night my body aches lightened up and I knocked out! I have to say this bed did help me with the Covid body aches. Fast forward to today the virus has left my body, and I'm still sleeping cool and pain free. Bed is nice and firm, but not too firm it's never felt like any other mattress I've had before. I'm coming from a tuft&needle and this purple mattress blows it out of the bedroom! Can't wait to get the weighted blanket.

I've had this mattress for 1.5 years, and the grid seems to have melted(?) in some areas. There are now fairly large holes throughout the mattress... I am not a large person, either (140lbs). I wanted to love this mattress, but it gives me terrible back pain as well, unfortunately.

This Mattress feel comfortable when lying on your back. When i tried to sleep on my side it give me shoulder and hip pain. I am using a stretchy cover so it can stretch with my weight on it but the result is still the same. Something is wrong under the top surface, either the mattress is too thin or the bottom foundations is too hard. Deciding to returned.

This mattress is the world's best kept secret and I don't know why. I had never heard of it until I saw it in a couple of showrooms when I went to find a mattress to replace my 13 year old Tempur pedic. I got the Purple 3 and have had it for a few months. It's incredibly comfortable but also provides support and is cool, which in the south where I live is very important. The sales people were great and the delivery people actually came an hour early which is unheard of. It does take getting used to however especially because you don't expect to feel like you're sleeping on several thick down coverlets and yet get the support it provides. It's made in the USA. Good job! Just need to get the word out more.

I was so excited to receive my original Purple mattress. I spent weeks reading reviews and researching mattresses. The cost was affordable and really reasonable for such a quality product. When the mattress arrived my partner immediately fell in love. Each friend that tried it our loved it too. Unfortunately the mattress was way too uncomfortable for me. I kept waking up sore all over. I'm a side sleeper and I'm about 115lbs. Purple and I just weren't a match made in dreamland. We decided to return the mattress. The process was easy!! Every Customer representative that I interacted with was helpful and friendly. In the end I got to donate my mattress to a wonderful cause and was issued a full refund. Even though this product didn't work for me, I would still recommend it to others.
