I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts and Have had many mattresses but none like the purple. It is amazing! Never knew what a difference a mattress could make. Slept so sound and woke up feeling so rested! It really is the best ever. Love the comfort and the look is nice.

Though we took a couple days to get used the major change from an air mattress, we are fairly pleased with this bed. It felt like it took some time to "break in". My wife has had great success with improving her sleeping pattern. Though for me, since I am a stomach sleeper, i wake up with a sore neck every morning. I believe that we will try to put a pillow top on this to better fit my "flat sleeping". Even with this, I think it is a great improvement from any other bed that we have had. i hope it lasts. I have a bit of a fear that the rubber honeycomb will become cracked or start to deteriorate over time, since the seat cushion that I have does not seem to support as much as it did with the original purchase

Terrible. Beware the fine print- when you order a mattress and bed frame their website does not match to the same size. so if you aren't very careful you get the wrong size frame and are responsible to pay for returning it which is more than the cost of the frame itself. Their "too bad" attitude was the most maddening of all. So we are keeping the frame and returning the bed and buying another brand with better service. Buyers beware if you need any help after you click this is NOT the bed for you

I am a disabled veteran with a bad back and a bad neck. The regular pillow tops, memory foam and firm mattresses were all either too hard or too soft and I woke up sore from multiple tries on different mattresses. I decided to try the purple because of the 100 night guarantee. Once I got the purple and used it, it felt wonderful! I woke up more refreshed since I was sleeping all night and not being disturbed in the middle of the night by pain anymore. It is the best mattress that I have ever owned and would recommend it to anyone and have many times over.

My husband and I are enjoying our Purple mattress. It took a few weeks for me to be comfortable on the mattress. I was used to a much softer bed, and because of my lighter frame (135lbs), the purple bed was not as soft for me as it is for my husband (185lbs). The mattress is very supportive. Now that we are used to the purple mattress, both of us are quite comfortable on it. We plan on keeping it.

I broke my back in 7 places 3.5 years ago and have not slept well for so long from the very night on the purple mattress I have only started sleeping deeper and longer. More comfortable and being able to wake up relaxed instead of in pain or sore. I love it so much!!!

Great mattress. We've had it 6 months and have loved it. We've noticed that it's starting to form divets where we sleep, which are hard to get out of if you're a side sleeper like me. The mattress is very firm, which is great when you sleep on your back, but it can make your shoulders a little sore if you sleep on your side. One complaint that I do have is that it is smaller than typical mattresses, so there's a larger space at the foot of the bed, between the mattress and foot board that the blankets will eventually fall into. Despite that, I love the mattress and think it's a great choice.

We have had so many issues with mattresses!! We have been through 4, yes FOUR, Tempurpedic mattresses through their warranty system. After just a few months we would be in a hole in the middle of the bed and have to climb out. We would both wake up with hip and back pain. We have had the Purple mattress about a month and it is the right firmness, but still soft that you don't feel like you are laying on the floor. It has provided better sleep for us and although we want to make sure it stays that way, we are optimistic!! I'll update this review before my 100 day warranty runs out!!

The Purple mattress is really something amazing. It is a firm mattress yet it is soft at the same time. When you put your hand on it and push it is very firm but when you lay on it, it is soft. It is as though the material gives just enough for it to be a soft mattress yet firm enough to support your whole body. I don't wake up with body aches and pains anymore.

Im sorry to say, I've never received the mattress, so this review is not on the quality of the mattress. I do believe Purple has great quality items and very unique technology that works, and I have one of their seat cushions which is wonderful. I placed the order after being told the mattress was in stock and ready to ship. After numerous phone calls and no mattress over a three week period... no one had a solution. I was so excited to try the Purple mattress, and it was in outer space somewhere and believed to be lost by FedEx. I was never promised anything to make up for it by customer service, it was just... "sorry". I've written two letters to customer support and also to the person who wrote me to be an ambassador, and I have not once received a return response. But yet every time I contact customer service I get the annoying auto prompted email that asks me to rate their fantastic and top notch customer service that they provide. I believe this is inconsistent and not what I have experienced. One thing is for sure, every time I did connect with someone, they were very kind, courteous, and friendly. I have since ordered a memory foam mattress which is very nice. We still would like to try a Purple, but maybe we will go through Mattress Firm. I just can't imagine such a great product and company with production here in the USA, and not one person being aware of their operations and shipping or logistics. I just received my return credit after 1 month, and I am still awaiting my return credit for my pillows, of which have been confirmed and signed for but not back to my card yet? I once again called, and was told yes we have all items back and will eventually credit you. Purple, please spruce up your logistics and shipping. If FedEx can't do it right, then get someone else who can. I want to support a USA company with USA production... I just would like some support in getting the product in a timely and careful fashion. I am still considering trying your mattress, however it will take some deliberate consideration if I want to go through this debacle again. I await in anticipation and hope that things improve from a logistics standpoint. Thank you Kindly,
