I was originally shipped the wrong mattress but after a quick call with customer service it was all worked out. took about 2 weeks to get my first mattress but it was the wrong size and then about a week to a week and a half to get the correct size after that. Now that I have been on the correct mattress for almost a month, I find that I really enjoy it. I switch positions a lot and this mattress lets me without making any noise or feel like I am fighting to move then wait for it to re-conform to my body.

My husband and I are physically active people. We work out a lot and go to sleep sore! With the purple, my arms and hands no longer fall asleep while I am sleeping!! We wake up refreshed and ready to deal with the new day!! Or dog Sundae loves the purple matress too!! There is plenty of room for the three of us!! We no longer have to worry about falling into the matress groves our traditional mattress had!! We highly recommend the purple mattress!!

My husband and I have been sleeping on the Purple mattress for about six weeks. To be honest, the first three weeks or so were pure misery. We had a pillow top prior to the Purple, and obviously the Purple mattress was considerably firmer, so we both had weeks of painful sleep; Hands, hips and shoulders falling asleep and frankly terrible nights all around. I read up and know that it takes your body about a month to adjust to a new mattress so we were not too concerned. Our limbs stopped falling asleep around week four, so that was good! My neck still hurts all the time, but it has been challenging to find a pillow that fits with this mattress. My husband's back and neck still hurt when he wakes up. This mattress still is not the panacea for pain and discomfort, but we are still willing to give it a chance within the allotted test period. It does an amazing job at not transferring motion as promised, as well as does sleep very cool. Both of those claims were met, but we are still waiting for the mattress to give us a great nights sleep (which is kind of the whole point!). We shall see..........

I had back and shoulder pain the first few weeks as my body adjusted to the new mattress, and I was thisssss close to returning. But on week 3 everything evened out and ever since then it's been great! Additionally a few of my sheet sets from my previous Queen mattress don't fit this one...

We bought the OG Purple matress because I am a hot sleeper . In this respect the mattress is wonderful! I am getting some muscle aches that I wasn't getting on my old foam mattress. I am giving it another month to adjust and see if I get used it it. I will update then.

It's a good bed comfy as can be. My wife and I went with the purple 4. My one complaint of the bed is for a cooling barres I feel it holds more than anything. I wake up sometime with a sweaty back. Maybe it's because we have the four and it sinks. The price is extreme but hopefully we get our money's worth.

I have chronic back pain that keeps me awake and toss around. So my husband purchased the purple mattress. I can't believe the difference! I get a good night's sleep and no pain during the night! My husband also says he has slept much better sense we started sleeping on this mattress. We have had it for over a year now and we both love it still!

I'm 24 yrs old and always had lower back pains. I always thought it was cause my father has a bad back so I had the same gene, but since sleeping on this bed I haven't felt any pain in my back since day one. It is the most comfortable, and relaxing bed I have ever slept on!

Yep, it seems to be true. I've only had the purple mattress for a couple of weeks and it's in my guest room so I haven't slept on it myself, BUT my guests are raving about it and two of them are ordering purples for themselves. Fast delivery. Super packaging. I ordered the platform as well and even though it's plastic, I think Godzilla could step on it and it wouild still be fine.

I was so excited to receive my Purple. Unfortunately it didn't work for my husband and I, we are side sleepers and the mattress was to firm for our liking. We did order the king platform along with the Purple. We kept the platform and donated the bed. The return was process painless.
