We received our base first, which ended up being damaged (not sure if that was a FedEx issue or not), and the Purple folks gladly sent a replacement. Unfortunately that replacement was lost in the world of FedEx, so our Purple sat in its bag on our bedroom floor for two weeks before we finally received the replacement platform. The customer service folks at Purple were great. And now that we have slept on the Purple for a little over a week I can say my husband and I love it, and no longer wake up with aching backs. But, we did not like how low the platform base sits, nor the legs on the platform base, as we stubbed our toes on them repeatedly until I wrapped them in fabric. We built an additional wooden platform to sit atop the metal platform base from Purple, and now the height of the bed is perfect.

My fiancé and I decided to get a new mattress as a fresh start into our married life, and we are extremely happy with this mattress! We've had it for almost a month and are sleep isn't interrupted anymore, we don't wake up with back or neck pain, we are both combination sleepers (we sleep in all three positions). Even our Great Dane loves our mattress! Super satisfying, highly recommend!!!

I am well aware that it is a difficult time for everyone right now. However, when a purchase of this size is shipped incorrectly and initial requests for help take more than 5 days to even be answered it doesn't show good customer service. Nearly a month to receive what should have been here in 3-5 business days is simply wrong. The bed is comfortable. The experience was not. So no, I would not recommend buying direct to anyone.

My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on a ROCK hard mattress the last 4 years, giving us horrible back and shoulder pain. Day 1 after Purple and now two weeks later, we have not had a day of back pain since. In fact, it's hard to get out of bed in the morning! Thanks Purple!

We received our king size mattress (heavy) in March and have not had any problems adjusting to sleeping on it. My old mattress was making my hips and shoulders ache by morning and I haven't had any issues with aches and pains with this mattress at all. Other mattresses we were looking at, we were told to give it 60-90 days to adjust so we were expecting some problems...none! I highly recommend this mattress! (Unpaid advertisement) :)

I'm so happy with our Purple Brand twin xl mattresses, sheets and mattress protector! I highly recommend them! They make a wonderful king size bed on our adjustable frames. The Purple Brand stretchy sheet sets are so cuddly too. They are made to stay on the mattresses. I love everything we purchased from Purple. I asked a question and the owners answered with great integrity. I really appreciate a company that can be honest, sincere and well spoken.

The purchase of our Purple King Size Mattress corresponded with the addition of a CPAP machine to my sleep. Between both of these devices, I haven't slept this great in years. Items I know I can attribute to the mattress is my very old pillow top would cause pressure points in my ribs when laying down on my side. Climbing into bed was actually something I tended to not enjoy. The hardest part of this purchase was the wait, though surprisingly the mattress was delivered sooner than I had built up expecting. Probably about 2 _ weeks. The package was delivered in great condition and with the help of a friend I was able to get it up the stairs and into my bedroom with ease. Unrolling it was something that I could do myself, through my FitBit registered that I was exercising for about 20 minutes while I did. We also purchased the mattress cover since we have small children as well as the stretchy sheets. Both of these added to the price of our overall purchase but with certainty the stretchy sheets are worth it. I was worries that my wife would not like the bed, but after about a month both of us are very satisfied with this purchase. Thank you for making a bed that is truly unique, and thank you for marketing that makes you truly enjoy a brand. On the note of a CPAP, many people struggle with sleep apnea for years without much clue. As a 36 year old man, I fortunately addressed it early and believe that I am recognizing many health benefits from it.

I saw the commercials. I saw the videos on YouTube. I found them funny but didn't believe completely that everything promised was completely honest... well well well, I stand corrected. It is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. I got the package and opened it right in my living room (huge mistake because moving this this when it's unrolled is extremely difficult) I layed on it and I didn't want to get up. After about 10 minutes I felt my back trying to adjust itself. All of a sudden I felt a loud snap. I didn't even know my back was misaligned!! Anyway, AWESOME product. GET IT!

I liked the mattress at first. Woke up feeling pretty rested. That only lasted a short while and then I started waking up with aches and back pain. Unfortunately for me when I decided to call for a refund I was 4 days past the trial period. Now it seems I am stuck with a mattress I don't like. If you start to doubt if this mattress is right for you get a refund immediately.

This is my second time ordering products from purple and both time were a good experience. First time i got myself a queen mattress and have had it for a couple years now. Second I got a twin for my son. Everything came in great condition and on time. Was able to track all packages as well the whole time.
