I purchased a pillow for my child who is very difficult to find a pillow that can help him sleep. The initial standard one was heaven compared to all of the other brands that we have tried however there were a couple of features he requested to get adjusted. The whole point of us buying a new mattress was because we woke up sore every morning. I do not wake up sore but struggle to stay comfortable throughout the night. Unfortunately, we surpassed our 100 day trial period so it's too late for us to return the mattress. We bought a king and our mattress is now higher in the center. We never had a problem with our previous mattresses.

I will preface this by saying I didn't do my due diligence and research about firmness scale of this mattress. Boy it is ROCK firm. I felt like I was sleeping on a pile of bricks! I am a small petite female, side sleeper and this literally hurt my ribs when I joke up in the mornings. i gave up three weeks in and asked for a refund. It just wasnt worth the back and side pain. May be a great mattress for a person who likes firm but def not for me. Customer service was excellent!

We got the purple mattress with potentially higher expectations than we should have had. Turns out it takes a while for your body to adjust to sleeping how you "should" or actually have to on the bed. It aligns your body in a good way, but for the first week I had pain in my back. Nothing really tells you this online, so you go into it thinking it is going to be like sleeping on a pillow immediately. All of that said, it is super comfortable. Does a decent job of absorbing movement...and our dog loves it which truly is the test. The pillows, which this is not a review for, really made it for us. Get the pillows!!! It is worth it.

I haven't got one yet! the veteran review fits me to a t. over weight very bad back 4 spinal operations 3 knee replacements other than that I don't sleep more than 3 maybe 4 hours every night I go to bed at 1730 hours Im up at 0300 hrs to 0400 every da!!will this mattress help?

I've been playing with the idea of getting a purple for quite awhile and finally decided to take the leap with the hopes that, if I did not like the bed, the return process wouldn't be too much of a hassle. So glad I never had to find that out for myself because so far this bed has been AMAZING! I have sciatica and my old mattress definitely aggravated it and my sleep quality was rather poor, but I'm relieved to say that the purple worked for me! I've only had it a few weeks, but so far I've woken up pain free and feeling refreshed every time. I hope it lasts me a good long time. Love it!

For months I've wanted to buy a Purple mattress, to improve the quality of my sleep. But, due to the cost factor, I opted for something else instead. That something else made my sleep quality even worse, and I ended up spending many nights in my recliner rather than in my bed in order to get a whole night's sleep. I got refunded for the other mattress and ordered a Purple, regardless of the extra cost. Good sleep is too important to skimp on! (Wish I'd have employed that philosophy first!) My Purple finally arrived 2 days ago (delayed by TS Cristobal) and even though I was exhausted already when I got home, I went ahead and set it up. Best decision I ever made! For the first time in months I spent the entire night in my bed, actually asleep! When I woke up yesterday morning, my feet didn't hurt, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt, my arms were not numb. Last night, same thing. I tell you, the difference an uninterrupted night's sleep makes is astounding! I'm more clear-headed, less grumpy, and have more energy. First of all service was great. We got the mattress right away. It was neatly packaged and easy to understand how to unroll it. As to the mattress itself. I have it a four star because it's not my favorite mattress ever. All I can say is when they tell you to get good sheets and pillows do it. It became apparent that the pillows we have used for years were not going to cut it with this mattress. It left us with sore necks. Obviously that is not the mattresses fault. The mattress it's self is comfortable enough but like they say you either love the mattress or hate it. It's a different feeling for sure then any other mattress you have had. My husband loves it so we're going to keep it. I think it's a personal preference thing. But with purples ability to try it for 100 nights. Why not buy it and try it out for yourself.

I kind of had my hopes up for this mattress. It's firmer than I thought it would be. It does relieve some pressure off the hips while side sleeping. For the most part this bed is comfortable. I have woken up to turn over bc or pressure in my shoulders.

We are somewhat underwhelmed by our new purple bed. All the advertisements led us to believe it would feel more like a cloud and that our bodies would sink in and we wouldn't feel pressure anywhere. This is not accurate. Also you feel the egg carton design on your body. We are still in the midst of our 100 day trial but I'm on the fence whether to keep it.
