The Purple Mattress is the bomb dot com! I'll admit, the marketing drew me at first but having their proprietary honeycomb, from the future top layer, I knew this was the mattress-in-a-bag I had to have. It's quite difficult to discribe the feel of this thing, it's firm yet soft...the dog even even sleeps on the bed more now! Great product, priced right, will do again. The sheets aren't bad either!

It was a weird start, not your typical cozy bed feel at all. But our sleep was fabulous... so we got used to it! I wish it could be a little thicker, it's a skinnier mattress than your standard size... but it's not a deal breaker. We feel supported (side and back sleepers) and don't wake up with achey backs! We had a sterns and foster, then tried a Brooklyn bedding and then finally a purple.. and purple is the winner! Even better their customer service sent us a brand new mattress when our first one was damaged in shipping.. at no charge... AND let us keep the damaged one which we gifted to a friend in need. Very satisfied

This is without a doubt the most comfortable mattress ever. Prior to getting the Purple mattress I would wake several times a night trying to get comfortable. I no longer do that and definitely feel more rested in the morning. I simply cannot say enough positive things about Purple, it is worth every cent!!

I bought the set: one queen mattress, the platform base, two pillows, protector, and two sets of sheets. To begin with, the platform makes noise, The sheets and pillows are taking over a month and a half to arrive. The mattress is ok for the money. I would have been pleased if what they platform base didn't make noises when rolling over. I would have been pleased if the items did not take two months or more to arrive. It would have been better if the website stated out of stock.. Conclusion I'm planning to return my order,

This mattress is incredible. I've never slept better and I've never been more comfortable. I'll recommend this mattress all day, every day. There's only one complaint I have about it - it's too dang comfortable. If you hate getting up in the morning, this mattress is the worst because it's dang near impossible to get up. It's too cozy. So, buy this mattress, and then rearrange your life so that you can live from your bed.

only had few weeks and starting to sag, very uncomfortable. wish we could return, for firmer one if possible. this one is very squishy and as I said already has sagged badly. I think this is the first review I have ever given that has been negative. Sorry, but very unhappy.

I was having back, knee and hip pain when I woke up in the morning. I didn't even make the association that my mattress might be part of the problem, but when I moved to my new house we bought a bigger bed and a new Purple mattress. The pain has gone away and I feel that I'm sleeping better and more soundly. The only problem that we had was that the new sheets that we bought were a little bit bigger than the mattress. Purple now sells sheets, so that problems solved. If you're looking at Purple for your next mattress I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

I enjoy the comfort and softness, but it's more work than it's worth. It is soooo heavy, like a ton of bricks. I had to get a friend to help bring it upstairs and set it up. And even though he and I are both strong, it was so hard. I struggle to even change the sheets. Also, it's pretty thin, and you definitely need a box frame, so that it's not so flat. I wanted a higher mattress, without needing the box frame. I have a supportive base for it, so I want a stand alone mattress. As for comfort, it is comfortable, but I can't say it does wonders for my back. Sometimes I wake up feeling sore on it.

Wow...I'm 66 years young now that i sleep on Purple. For a few years I've been running half and full marathons. Living in Florida training starts at 5 a.m. the coolest time of the day and for meany other reasons. Recovery on this new type of bed is Fantastic. No more joint (or a lot less) soreness in my joints and muscles. Now i enjoy my ability to move (run/train) further! Thank you!! ElwinB. Fl. USA

I'm not sure where to start. I weigh 370ish and I am side/stomach sleeper, I prefer a harder mattress. My wife sleeps exclusively on her side and likes a soft mattress. We weren't sure how we would do with this bed, but after looking at reviews and researching all kinds of different beds we decided to take the plunge. I immediately fell in love with the mattress, it was comfortable, my arms stopped falling asleep, and I was getting good sleep. I love that I can sleep clear at the edge of the bed without falling off. It is comfortable to sit and read on. My biggest concern for me was my weight, would I just go all the way down and feel like I was sleeping on a hard platform, this just wasn't the case, it is super comfortable for me too. My wife took about a week to finally decide if she liked it or not, but now loves it. She is getting great sleep as well. She says she doesn't feel me rolling around, getting in and out of bed, etc... and the hardness isn't like a hard mattress, it still has give to it. It sleeps nice and cool and I am so glad we chose it over any other mattress.
